things I learnt from my time away:

vulnerability and fragility are not the same thing

it's not enough to want to be better, you have to consciously commit to removing faulty beliefs and relearning a new

everything you consume influences you, in more ways than one

life is easier to live when it's simpler

there are friends out in the world that you haven't met yet

taking risks is inevitable and foundational to growth and healing

listen to your body

let your feelings inform your thoughts, not the other way around

free yourself from constant self protection

open yourself up to love even if it's uncomfortable
