I left the toner on for considerably less time than the internet said I should. Nonetheless I way over shot Jerrica Benton, but still fell short of Jem. Decided to lean into it as hard as I could, anyway (which, given my wardrobe and overall aesthetics wasn't very hard at all). Anyway, not too bad for my first-ever attempt to tone my own hair. trying to capture this hair color, it photographs diff than it is in person. I could get used to the Rose color but the pale grey roots in my hair turned kinda ginger. I knew they wouldn't cover but I didn't think about them turning a strange warm shade. it's really obvious when I pin back my bangs or twist my hair up (which I do constantly) tried to show the color in the last pic. I have Bright Pink & Pink/Purple dyes so maybe I'll put them on top? they are very strong #adventuresinhairdye #brighthair #lunartidessmokeymauve #pinkhair #PinkAF
