Being an adult is hard

I just got the schedule for the school I work at next year and because of the switching of the art time I will only be teaching the 4th and 5th graders. I will lose my 3rd graders and I have nothing prepared for the older kids. I had a panic attack and cried on my way home. I live where there is a lot of flooding so the drive back home was especially rough. Then I had to cancel my St. Louis trip with friends because they didn't tell me when and where to go for our trip. So I drove all the way into town to get a text saying that there is no hotel bed for me cause they didn't think to get me one. I was so emotionally and physically drained that I had to pull into a parking lot and cry. I hate when things are out of my control, I hate that I am not in charge of what happens to me, I hate the lack of communication, and I hate that I feel worthless. I feel that life is just shitting on me and I don't want people to know so I put on a smile. Summer is almost here and I just need to keep going.
