Men’s basketball...

Yowza!  We played the full 2 hours tonight.  Stubbed my toe on something and now it is really sore.  Back is sore too...although it is feeling a bit better now after resting with some ice packs, so I think it was just a little extra stiff.  Definitely still a great cardio workout and I sweat my ass off!

Came home, made some barbecue beef burgers (one of my late grandmother’s recipes), and now I’m relaxing and getting ready for some of The Walking Dead...only 3 episodes left this season!

Basketball

The coach of Little Man's basketball team that I assisted with this year started an adult bball for-fun thing on Sunday nights.  Tonight was the first one.  7 guys ended up showing up and we played 3 on 3 with 1 sub...full court.  

It's one of my favorite sports to play and it was a great time.  Ice pack is on the back now.  Hopefully it's no worse for wear tomorrow...
