Trying Tuesdays Trying to bulk up is challenging because it's time consuming, expensive and tiring. Currently at 66kg and want to get to 74kg. Yet my pants are not gonna accommodate for it. Muscle in Mondays The post back to back 2 day dragon boat training ache is real. Especially after a month of not rowing. Nonetheless the ache is just temporary and in time my body will be conditioned. Meanwhile answering about developing chest muscles. It's the pectoral muscles. Which I currently do the flat bench and inclined bench presses. I alternate between dumbbell and barbells every few months. I add in declined chest press for a few months just to activate the lower chest muscles. IPPT test approaching Committed money and time to allow a mentor to coach me. @malcolm.pow has indeed given me much insight about personal training. His decade of experience truly gave me a fresh perspective towards training. Achievements 1. IPPT Gold 2. Strengthened shoulder girdle 3. Tummy getting tighter through a multi pronged approach Truly months or years of fats, poor form or training cannot be undone over a day. Looking forward to another 12 weeks transformation, especially now that I'm back to work.
