#mumbling in the tags#the thing about amateur coding is that you gotta have an idea. then think about how to search how ro make it happen#adn fiddle with wording a couple times until you get actual results. and then you gotta apply that functionaly in a way that works with#everything else you've already done or rewire a bunch of things and then#after a lot of time fiddling with the code and also debugging because idk you got one word or digit wrong#you gotta make it Look the way you want it to look - and the process repeats#and this is just. so much work. but so fun too ;-; so you will accidentally pull all nighters and people will ask 'hey is everything#alright? what are you working on?' and you can't really tell them because everyone knows there's a shit ton of stuff you had to be doing#instead of fiddling with html for funsies#anyway. finally managed to make javascript buttons work in my neocities page 🎉🎉🎉🎉
