Is it ok to ask your opinion about concepts for Twst? Like for example Royal Sword Academy Dorms? Assuming they are based off the Disney Protagonist opposite of the Great Seven. What would each dorm represent?

I don’t mind if anyone wants to hear my thoughts on anything TWST. It’d be a fun way to fill up space between writing, especially since I don’t have the same amount of free time as I used to dedicate to doing full pieces.

These are my ideas for RSA’s Great Seven equivalents (assuming that they borrow from the same Disney properties as NRC’s G7):

Girl from Another World (Alice) — Pragmatism

“It would be so nice if something made sense for a change.”

Despite being thrusted from her world into a realm of nonsense, the Girl continuously attempted to inject logic to explain the strange phenomena around her. Her pragmatism sought her through to the very end, and to her eventual escape.

King of Beasts I know that’s technically the same title as Scar but just run with it for now 😂 (Mufasa?? Simba??)— Courage

“I’m only brave when I have to be. Being brave doesn’t mean you go looking for trouble.”

The King maintained the delicate balance of life, protecting his people and his land from forces that may threaten to tear it down. Demonstrating great courage in battle, he gave his own life to save his one and only son.

If Simba instead of Mufasa: The King fled from his duties at a young age, burdened by a heavy past. He returned when his people needed him most and reclaimed the Pridelands, ushering the savanna into a bright and prosperous future.

Mermaid Princess (Ariel) — Curiousity

“Look at this trove, treasures untold! How many wonders can one cavern hold?”

Not satisfied with life under the sea, the Mermaid Princess collected trinkets and tokens from the world above. Driven by curiosity and a lust for learning, she would trade her voice for legs to explore that mysterious new realm.

Diamond in the Rough (Aladdin) — Wit (or Honesty??)

“They’re quick, but I’m much faster.”

A low-born street rat, he used his sharp wits and resourcefulness to survive. The Diamond would later charm his way to the castle, outsmarting the various advisors of the Sultan and winning the hand of a princess.

If Honesty is the dorm virtue: The Diamond pretended to be a prince to capture a princess’s heart. He would come to learn the error of his ways, confessing his true origins as a low-born street rat without a coin to his name. His heart held its weight in gold, making him a prince in spirit.

Runaway Princess (Snow White) — Kindness

“Come on, perk up. Won’t you smile for me?”

Chased out of her home and revoked of her right to the throne, the Runaway Princess remained sweet in spite of it all. She took refuge in the forest and found new friends, continuing to return even the most vitriolic of word and actions with only kindness.

Demigod in the Stars (Hercules) — Determination

“I can go the distance.”

A celestial being born into the human realm, he became a hero through his own merits. With great physical strength and even greater strength of character, the Demigod ventured into the Underworld and defied death itself.

Slumbering Beauty (Aurora) — Hope

"They say if you dream a thing more than once, it's sure to come true."

She often dreamt of the day of her destiny, unsure of when or how it would arrive to her. Even when a sleeping curse consumed her, the Beauty held on to the hope that her dreams would come true.

A better tomorrow awaits.
