Bro if Brahma came out of the lotus in Vishnu's belly button, does that mean Brahma can be considered Vishnu's "offspring"? o_O
Also the story of the origins are so contrasting yk. Shiva Purana says Shiva came first, and Vishnu came out of his left side, while Vishnu Purana says vice vera. Shakti Purana says Adi Shakti came first, and the rest came out of her.
TBH, I feel like ppl mostly associate Shiva to be the first one, since yk, he is called Swayambhu. IK, the name is also associated with Vishnu too, but Shiva is called Swayambhu in so many mantras and stotras etc etc. LOL SO CONFUSING OMG
I have heard some ppl have the theory that each of these realities happened, but in different Yuga Kalpas which is...also interesting. hm. I low-key like the Smarta tradition tho, since they consider Shiva, Vishnu, Shakti, Ganesh and Surya to be equal.
Lmao Swayambhu is mostly considered with Shiva or Vishnu but sometimes Brahma too
Also there are so many varieties in the origins but Adi Shakti is the one idc 🗿🗿✨ (im a Shakta so yeah whatever she's the Brahman herself) Narayan is an avatar of Shakti 🗿🗿✨✨✨
But yeah I do believe in the each Kalpa takes place in each Purana factor too because that makes more sense to why we got so many different variations of the same myth too
Also sometimes Brahma IS considered Vishnu's offspring no???
Smartas are so interesting because the Saurya (ig that's what you call them...) cult just randomly became so unpopular like 😭😭🤌🤌🤌
Same with the Ganpati one and even Rig Veda Indra
Like they were once considered supreme and now it's either just Shiva, Vishnu or Shakti (but Shakti is supreme 🗿✨)

WHY WE WORSHIP ADI SHAKTI DURING NAVRATRI
We get 50% of molecular DNA from the mother and 50% from the father. But we get 100% mitochondrial DNA from the mother. Mitochondria and their DNA only come from the mother to the baby. Mitochondria produce ATP. ATP is the source of energy in our body. So, we receive power from our mother. Our mother gets it from her mother and our father also gets it from his mother.
This is very interesting that in Hinduism the god of power is mother - Adi Shakti or Maa Shakti, our mother. The scientific understanding over the ages and years is very clear. All the vedic pujas and yagnas and the perfect mantra of Maa Durga work on a subtle level to excite and empower us.

I’ve been planing on doing proper ascension-like art for her for a while now, just haven’t found the time between work and making my normal content for the blog ;v;
#tbh she is pulling from multiple versions of k/ali#more in line with a specific interpretation of her through shaktism#as a form of adi sha/kti#/mahadevi-which if I understand correctly in shakti/sm specifically puts her more at the level of Bra/hman#as the supreme ultimate reality of existence (bra/hman the principle not the god)#so she’s the source of all creation/it’s embodiment/the energy that animates it/and that which it dissolves into#and yeah I went with this in part bc I was so annoyed w how they made par/vati -_-#look if we can have characters be the personification of planets then the personification of the cosmic force of the universe should be doom#I’ve like. thought abt how to work it into nasuverse#it’s like ka/li is one form of the main goddess who’s like the universe#similar to how ameratsu can send out bunreis on a larger scale#except in this case it’s more like ort w the planet thing only on this case it’s the universe#I’m not explaining this well but it made sense to me lmao#basically#the servant form is an avatar of kali in that it’s less powerful than her#and kali is also mahadevi#who is the universe#‘what’s par/vatis deal then?’ she got overzealous making her servant vessel and overcorrected#ik I’m not explaining this well I attempted to write lore for her ONCE and exploded#she’s interesting tho. she tends to be impartial (except w kids) but represents change and destruction#and is constantly updating and changing her views based on her children (followers) world#(like with the sacrifice thing which is interesting bc I’ve seen things saying she never wanted human sacrifice but it DID still happen)#she requires sacrifice which often nowadays is interpreted to mean things like negative energy and the like#or like the sacrifice of your ‘ego’#she’s also a goddess associated with anger#idk I’m getting all over the place again which happens when I start#getting into it lmao#my asks

before i even begin dissecting everything wrong with this exchange (a herculean task that could take a lifetime), let’s talk about the irony here: of all the forms of shakti, talia aligns most closely with the archetype of goddess sati.
kali, the fiercest manifestation of adi parashakti, is the destructive force—the wrath, the end. even durga, the warrior goddess, would arguably be a closer match. (also, with the league's stronghold in calcutta, i imagine talia has witnessed the nine days of durgo pujo at least once.)
but no, it’s sati—dakshayani, “daughter of daksh”—who fits talia’s essence. torn between her love for her ascetic husband, shiv, and her devotion to her father, daksh prajapati (literally, “agent of creation”), sati embodies the eternal conflict talia carries. like talia, she is a beloved daughter, bound to a father whose cruelty eventually leads to tragedy.
sati left the opulence of her palace to live on mount kailash with her husband. the cold, the unyielding and the divine terrain is to shiv what gotham is to batman.
shiv himself is the all-forgiving, the redeemer, the eternal constant, above all else. doesn't that sound familiar? shakti, whether as sati or her other forms, his eternal consort and equal, is his balance and his strength.
the cruelty of daksh has such a clear mirror with the needlessly villainous way ra’s al ghul is often written.
talia could also align with goddess parvati—“she from the mountains,” the reincarnation of sati. parvati, with her rational and supportive father himavan (the personification of the himalayas), is the one who brings shiv back from his reclusive despair after sati’s death. in prayers and chants, lord shiv is titled as "parvati pyaara" — parvati's beloved. two forces, bound eternally, drawn together and balanced in ways neither can fully resist nor escape. the layers! the symbolism! and yet, here we are.

Durga
In Hinduism, the goddess Durga, also known as Shakti or Devi, is the protective mother of the universe. She is one of the faith's most popular deities, a protector of all that is good and harmonious in the world. Sitting astride a lion or tiger, the multi-limbed Durga battles the forces of evil in the world.
Durga is the ultimate feminine power. She is the embodiment of all Shaktis, the combined divine energies of the supreme Goddesses, Saraswati, the divinity of knowledge; Lakshmi, the one of wealth; and Parvati, the Goddess of might and valor. She is Adi Parashakti, the pre-eminent Goddess and is known in many other names such as Rajarajeswari, Kali, Mahishasura Mardhini, etc.
‘The Fort’ is the literal meaning of the word Durga, while the name as such denotes someone ‘who is invincible.’
Goddess Durga Mantra
‘Om Dum Durgayei Namaha’
Benefits of Chanting Durga Mantra
This is considered a mantra of divine protection. This is a powerful hymn, which can be chanted aloud and also meditated upon internally. It is believed that its faithful recitation with devotion, humility and total trust in the ultimate power of the divine mother can get for the devotees the immense blessings of Maa Durga.

I just figured out that Mahalaya technically spreads Mita-Varuna propaganda subtly
The "Aham Rudre" thing is basically Devi explaining how all the Gods and the entire Universe exists with Herself. The Rudras, Vasus, Adityas
There's specific mention of: MitraVaruna, IndraAgni and the Ashwins at the very beginning itself
Here's the part:
ahaṃ rudrebhirvasubhiścarāmyahamādityairuta viśvadevaiḥ
ahaṃ mitrāvaruṇobhā bibharmyahamindrāgnī ahamaśvinobhā
YOOO
GUYS GUYS ADI SHAKTI HERSELF SAID MITRAVARUNA AND INDRAGNI ARE CANON
So when we make Mahalaya we can spread this more right? Not just hidden in the lyrics
@h0bg0blin-meat seeeeeeeee

Tere krishna ne terko gaali dena sikhaya hai!?!! Where are hindu women's SANSKAAR??? Tum aurte khud ko mhan samjhte ho i guess u r bhramin that's why u have superiority complex. WhatsApp university se padhna chod or real world me aa jaa
Let's start with the biggest issue I have with scriptures in Hinduism and the casual misogynistic tone in the marriage department.
Ramacharitmanas 3.4.4 - "A woman who treats her husband with disrespect even though he is old, sick, dull-headed, *wrathful* or *most wretched*, she shall suffer various torments in hell (The abode of Yama)"
Vishnusmriti 24.41 -A damsel whose menses begin to appear (while she is living) at her father's house, before she has been betrothed to a man, has to be considered as a degraded woman: by taking her (without the consent of her kinsmen) a man commits no wrong.
Valmiki Ramayana 2/24/20 - - Ram said \*"As long as a woman is alive, her husband is her god and master to her"\*
Valmiki Ramayana 2/24/25 - "Even if a woman is interested in religious vows and fastings, in addition to being the best of the excellent; if she doesn't obey her husband, she will become ill-fated!!"
Matsya Purana 154.166 - "The husband even if poor, illiterate, and devood of fortune, is like a god to his wife."Mahabharata
Anushasana Parva 146.55 - Husband alone is the God for women
Srimad Bhagwatam 6/18/33-36 - "A husband is the supreme deity for the woman. The Supreme, Lord Vasudeva is situated in everyone's heart and is worshipped through the various names and forms of the demigods by fritive workers. Similarly, a husband represents the Lord as the object of worship for a woman. A wife should be chaste and obey all orders of her husband. She should very devoutly worship her husband as a representative of Vasudeva."
Sage Ashtavakra said:Women can never be their own mistresses. This is the opinion of the Creator himself, viz., that a woman never deserves to be independent. There is not a single woman in the three worlds that deserves to be regarded as the mistress of her own self. The father protects her while she is a maiden. The husband protects her while she is in youth. Sons protect her when she is aged. Women can never be independent as long as they live.
Oh ho! Now you are asking our SANSKAAR!? Ram sikhate hai ki maryada mein rehte kaise hai.
Krishna sikhate hai ki maryada mein rakhte kaise hai.
Listen you motherfucker. I don't need to be educated on this. You dare question our SANSKAAR? WE became like THIS to PROTECT OURSELVES. WE learnt SWEAR WORDS BECAUSE MEN STARTED TO USE THEM FIRST!!!
And women can never be independent, eh? Look around the fucking world will you, ot do you use braille to type?
First you make us like this and now question US? Atleast hum aurate apne aapko mahan sigma male to nhi smjh ti, na? Aurato ko tum log hamesha 'women ☕️' karte rehte ho, unko disrespect karte ho, rapists ko support karte ho, unke saath jo unyay hota hai usko supprt karte ho, and when we stand up for ourselves, us hindu women's SANSKAAR dissappeared!? THIS is the reason why women hate men now.
Tu Insta reels se sab kuchh learn karrna band karr aur apni aakhe charo taraf ghuma, bsdk.
We can be our own mistresses, and we will be our own mistresses. Idc what anyone thinks, i stand with my opinion. Agar teri Maa nahi hoti, to tu bhi janm nhi le pata gadhere.
You know Maa Kaali as well as Maa Adi Para Shakti, right? Did they need a man to fight? Or to protect them? They protected themselves, and fought demons, monsters just to protect their children. Yea ok i agree with the 'devoted to husband' part, but if her dignity comes in question, she WILL fight back!

Nobody has created Adi Sakti Maa but she has only gave birth to all the living beings!
Adi Parashakti, Adi Shakti and Shakti are synonymes and represent the same power which has metamorphosed from one to another. If you look at it with eternity, they appear to be same, born out of the same things, yet appear distict from each other. Adi Parashakti represent the ‘Cosmic Power’ of Universe, Adi Shakti represent the ‘Ancient Power’ of Planet Earth and Shakti represent the ‘Power’ or ‘True Nature’ which is available on Earth.
Maa Durga which is the manifestation of Adi Shakti controls the nine planets to maintain the cosmic orders of universe. Maa Durga in her form of Nav Durga provides energy to the nine planets. Various forms of Nav Duga can be described as follows:-
Kushmanda Shakti governing the SUN
Mahagauri governing the RAHU
Kaal Ratri governing the SHANI
Shiddhi Dhatri governing the KETU
Katyayini governing the BRIHASPATI
Brahmcharini governing the MANGAL
Shail Putri governing the MOON
Skanda Mata governing the BUDDH
Chandraghanta governing the SHUKRA
During the days of Navaratra the power or cosmic energy of the divine mother Adi Parashakti is said to be the maximum on the earth. It is during this period that human beings can worship her to be bestowed with her powers to ward off the evil effects.
Adi Parashkti in her original manifestation devolved to Goddess Durga, Sati and Paravati.

Day nine of Navratri
9 days, 9 Godesses
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/80ff4d094b678c691dd8de836e521d57/9e83c24c2e76e316-0b/s540x810/658ea830b2fa93cbe8d7d103d96aeddc60064db7.jpg)
Day nine : Siddhidatri | सिद्धिदात्री
Purest form of energy
Siddhadhatri is pure energy-the first and purest form of energy. Modern science has only recently understood the concept of pure energy! She was formless but Shiva supplicated her and she became Adi Shakti. In her Parvati attained her supreme form as a complete manifestation of Mahashakti or the primeval power.
Siddhi means supernatural power and dhatri means the giver. So she is the sole source of all power-both material and spiritual. She is capable of giving us all the eight siddhis-ashta siddhis or supernormal powers.
Mantra for the day:
ॐ देवी सिद्धिदात्र्यै नमः ॥ "Aum Devi Siddhidhatrayai Namaha!"
Jai Maa Durga 🔱
