she was, without a doubt, lovely as ever, seated beneath the swirling chandelier made up of dozens of delicate individual paper lanterns, ( a fixture paid for by none other than adem sahin-van ness himself ) just as she was, without a doubt, always welcome in his establishment — to him, vedia was an extension of her father. namely, her father's money. judge observed at her in the same way he would an unguarded, crisp stack of cash : with criminally selfish intent. she was to be belauded, almost treasured. a delicate string of pearls hung around an aristocrat's bulging neck. the brunette was one of the very few whom judge dropped everything to attend to personally, listed high on a registry of prioritized customers that implied a direct phone call to him if he wasn't already working. tonight, he'd been out on his boat, immediately returning to shore at the mere mention of her patronage. the sun-bleached coveralls he adorned while approaching vedia's table seemed out of place compared to the polished restaurant's interior, but he moved with enough purpose that he may as well have wearing a three piece suit. " how's everything tasting ? " there's only a hint of a smile on his lips.

After enduring repeated domestic abuse, Yasemine finally devised a plan: to fake her own death in order to escape from Timur Karatan. Unfortunately, at the end of 2023, Timur Karatan hired Adem Sahin, a former Turkish special forces soldier with various skills, as a personal bodyguard to closely monitor Yasemine. This made it increasingly difficult for Yasemine to execute her plan. Adem repeatedly thwarted her attempts, as his instincts were honed to detect irregularities around him. Exhausted and desperate, Yasemine eventually gave up on her escape efforts. But one night, when they were staying in the same room while Adem’s room was being prepared, Adem accidentally discovered the reason behind Yasemine’s plans.

That night, Yasemine had a nightmare in which she was being beaten by Timur Karatan. This raised Adem's suspicions, leading him to confront Yasemine and force her to tell the truth. That day, Yasemine decided to show Adem the bruises she had been hiding with makeup. After confirming that Yasemine was telling the truth, Adem realized that she was in real danger. Yasemine's vulnerability moved Adem to save her from her husband. Although Adem was not single, a spark of feelings developed between him and Yasemine. Adem, who had a wife and child, was willing to do anything to ensure Yasemine's safety because she made him feel needed.

Together, Adem and Yasemine devised a plan to imprison Timur by reporting his involvement in illegal arms trading, which was his biggest weakness. Unfortunately, Nevin, Adem Sahin's wife, caught Adem and Yasemine appearing as if they were kissing while making their plan. Blinded by jealousy, Nevin reported them to Timur Karatan. Enraged by this, Timur beat Yasemine again, this time causing visible injuries to her eyes.

The following morning, Yasemine changed all her plans, coinciding with Jemima's arrival in Istanbul for a holiday. Usually Yasemine would cover her bruises with makeup, but that morning she chose not to hide them anymore. She descended the stairs, revealing her injuries to everyone in the Karatan household, showing that the famous businessman had been abusing her. This shocked everyone, especially Jemima. With Adem’s help, Yasemine and Jemima were taken to a press conference that Yasemine had arranged to announce her divorce, with her injuries on full display. Yasemine’s appearance quickly became a major news story in Turkey, and the entire Schafer family. Meanwhile, Timur, who had become the center of attention, began planning how to eliminate Yasemine and Adem.

As the days passed, Adem escorted Yasemine and Jemima back to the Schafer residence, and they said their goodbyes at the airport. Although neither of them wanted to part ways, they knew their love couldn’t be realized because Yasemine didn’t want to destroy Adem's marriage, and Adem still respected Nevin as his lawful wife. As they hugged each other, someone aimed a gun at them.

Fortunately, luck was on Yasemine and Adem's side, as the attempted shooting was foiled when someone bumped into the shooter, causing the shot to hit the airport door instead. Realizing there was no safe place for them to be together, Adem urged Yasemine to return to Italy or Geneva to escape from Timur Karatan.

İstanbul Bilecikliler Yardımlaşma ve Kalkındırma Derneği Olağan Genel Kurul Kongresi 28 Nisan 2024 tarihinde dernek merkezinde yoğun katılım ile gerçekleşti.

Pazaryeri Gündem / İSTANBUL (İGFA) – İstanbul Bilecikliler Yardımlaşma ve Kalkındırma Derneği Olağan Genel Kurul Kongresi’nde İstiklal Marşı ve saygı duruşunun ardından üyelerin önergesi ile Genel Kurul Divan Başkanlığını Mehmet Çetinkaya  heyeti Erdoğan Kaya, Levent Işık yaptı. Kongre Faruk Şahin’in konuşması, dernek faaliyet raporunun okunması ve dernek denetim kurulu raporunun okunması ile devam etti.

Tek aday olmasına rağmen hazirun kararı ile seçim yerine getirilerek oylama yapılmasına karar verildi . Sandıkta yoğun bir katılım sağlanarak 411 oy ile Faruk Şahin yeniden dernek başkanı seçildi. İstanbul Bilecikliler Yardımlaşma ve Kalkındırma Derneği Yönetim Kurulu aşağıdaki isimlerden oluştu:

CHARACTER HISTORY

Growing up in a noteworthy family within New York, Dilan didn’t have a need for a lot of things — her parents made sure of that. Her father inherited a multi million dollar chain of hotels from her grandfather and somehow a small town waitress (now) socialite landed him. 

Her older brother is first in line to take over and her father has been practically raising him for the role since he was born. 

She fell into the role of the background child, getting away with everything that didn’t affect the family publicly. 

Her parents drilled the importance of image and reputation into all of their children, informing them that something small could blow up in their faces and cost them everything. 

She figured being the baby of the family would help lighten their ideals, especially having two sons before she was born but Dilan was left living a double life — one where she wanted her name to mean something beyond the hospitality business. 

Her childhood love was ballet, from the age of 3 to now she’d found herself within the walls of a studio. She’d train during the week and left the weekend (Friday nights included) to secretly take on the nightlife with her friends. 

Dilan met her now ex boyfriend in a club, a man who didn’t know her as anything more than plain old Dilan. She felt like she could really be herself around him and he was the person that was always there when she needed someone. 

A few years ago she was there on center stage, playing Juliet in a small Broadway theater and her ankle went to give out on her. Her ex watched everything from the front row, her family didn’t catch it, but he saw the resilience in her eyes as she refused to let her body fall to the ground in front of a crowd. Once she got off the stage she could barely put pressure on her left ankle, still she didn’t let herself fall until she was alone with him in her dressing room. 

There was more than meets the eye to her boyfriend, he had a connection to someone who would allow her to keep her injury in the shadows. Sure under the table pain medicine wasn’t the most trustworthy thing, but it kept the public from seeing she had a weakness to prey on. 

Soon she didn’t need the pills at all, the injury healed, but that wasn’t enough for her to stop taking them. Though she never blamed her ex for the addiction, he was there with her every step of the way (also getting high) This made their relationship slightly unhealthy, but it was clear that the feelings between the two of them were real.

Her parents found out about the relationship and the ties he had to addictive substances and demanded she cut ties. The plan was to send her abroad and pay him to leave town — once he fled they found out the other side to their relationship and kicked Dilan out of her childhood home.

The girl did some digging and found out her parents had paid him to stay away and now he was demanding more or he’d go to the media and tell them everything he knew about the Sahin’s.

His trail led her to Helltown, Ohio. and she’s hoping she’ll be able to track him down and convince him to leave her alone.
