I don't know if this is a report or more a edit suggestion for two things with this update.

We don't know V's name as they're attacking us, but after we wake up and get out of bed and find M and V talking the name's revealed. There's no introduction, it's just... there.

We can select their gender but maybe either during or after this paragraph:

>All you can focus on is a pair of hurried footsteps coming towards you and a string of panicked apologies before you drift off to the land of dreams.

You could edit in M saying V's name so the MC hears it before they blackout.

Next, the strangulation itself.

>She tightens her hold, fingers digging into your skin painfully.

This is going to leave a mark. A very visible mark, so maybe MC's outfit choices should always cover the neck, or the MC actively ensures they cover their neck, until said marks are gone.

That may mean a change on formal-wear choices. I don't think the dress-related options covers the neck area either.

I feel like a party pooper sending this, but I hope you find this appreciate/helpful.

for the name part, i’m pretty sure i had something written out about it in one of my drafts which i forgot to add in the final product 💀 my apologies, i’ll find it and send it to alby to be coded.

spoilers for this update: for the bruises, there’s a reason why there was a little sentence in the scenes (squint or you’ll miss it) where MC had their nosebleeds and it was mentioned that injuries and other types of bruises disappear way too quickly than should be normal.

obviously M knows that MC should not be moving around like that with a pretty spotless skin and barely a limp in sight after what happened. as for V, they’re not a very observant person in general and, bless their naïve heart, they’re just happy that MC doesn’t seem to be in pain anymore.

M’s keeping shush about it for reasons unknown, and V would rather not bring it up even if they take note of the weird vibe around MC.
