Was invited to attend the 'Young people, mental health and well being development day' conference with #ScottishRecoveryNetwork & #ScottishPeerEducationNetwork(SPEN). To collaborate and work on new ways we can start having positive conversations around young people's mental health. It was a lovely afternoon with great discussion and networking with other organizations and their young people on how mental health is changing for the better by young people and what it holds for the future.
