Character Introduction: Faine Callaghan

This one's for you @the-letterbox-archives, love you.

As previously stated this man is made of spoilers, so I’ll do my best to do a decent intro without letting anything slip.

Faine is a character in What's Your Story. His role is uhhh.... complicated?

First and foremost, Faine is a genius. He often acts like he's the smartest person in the room. This is 100% because he is the smartest person in the room.

Faine's personality is strongly dependent on who you are to him.

If he doesn't care about you, he seems arrogant, cold, prideful, manipulative, deceitful, and cruel.

If you are close to him, or rather, if he wants you to think you're close to him, he's very charming and inviting. He's a lovely man really, so sweet and helpful. Who cares if he asks for a strange favour every now and again? It's just one little thing. Besides, he's always been there for you, you owe him.

Of course, now I've made him sound like a villain. The truth is, he's a complicated person with a complicated past.

The first thing most people notice about Faine are his sapphire blue eyes. They sparkle in the light like the gemstones their colour is named after. The second feature most people notice is his hair. Perfectly maintained silky smooth blonde hair that looks like white gold when the sun shines on it. He's incredibly beautiful, he looks like he must have been sculpted rather than born, because his appearance defies the imperfections of nature.

Today was a very nice day. I woke up early at 8AM again and played Monster Hunter for a few hours. I streamed my gameplay for Jensen and Mel, which I am always happy to do. It is nice knowing that just me doing what I was going to do is helping someone relax or have an enjoyable time. I was also in voice chat with paradox for a while. He is a good guy, I am glad he is in Sith.

The Pursuit clan released the clan vs clan bingo board today. They asked for review from us. I looked it over and had only a few questions. They did an excellent job and I really think that this is going to be a super fun event for everyone involved. These guys have put in a lot of work and it shows. I am looking forward to this event! I also need to sign-up and push the Inferno event for others. Cookies has worked hard on this event and he is my friend and fellow Coloradan. I need to give him my support!

Today was Liz's 17th birthday. I stopped at 2nd and Charles for a gift for her before heading over there. I wasn't really sure what I was going to get for her, so I just wandered around the store for a bit. I ended up getting her a Ouija board, and she seemed to like it. That went over good! Very happy about that. The company and the party was a ton of fun. A little awkward with Nick but I think I played it off well. I really hope he is going okay and gets the help he needs. We had potato soup that Jen made and it was fantastic. Mom made a salad that had a ton of stuff in it and it was also delicious. Aunt Lee was also there as well! It was her birthday too -- thinking on it, I forgot to wish her a happy birthday. She has lost a ton of weight and she looks great. I made sure to let her know that too! She told me that, unfortunately, Adam's wedding and relationship was called off. Poor guy. She said that he is on the up-and-up now though, so that is great to hear. We played Jenga, which I feel like I am pretty good at. JJ lost, unfortunately. It was a very tough game, the tower got incredibly high! We also played Catchphrase for a while, which was surprisingly fun. I played with their gorgeous kitty as well. She is super thin and I always forget her name, but she is very sweet. She is an outdoor can who is very fierce and good friends with their doggo, Ally. Liz had a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and more chocolate frosting, with Oreo's on top. All in all, I would say that it was a good time and I had a lot of fun. Very happy that I went. It isn't so bad to get out of your comfort zone every now and then! I spoke out of line reflexively a few times and I think the sentences sounded mean. I need to work on that -- THINK before you speak so that you say only nice and good things. Talking shouldn't be a quick-reaction activity for me, as has been proven many times before. My voice and words should be filtered and tempered through God, which I need to channel before things like this.

Played a bit more Monster Hunter when I got home. I am loving the hunting horn in this game, it feels like so much fun to use and way more powerful than it did in Monster Hunter World. I am also happy that I am doing my journaling for two days in a row!

Very very tired today, so I am looking forward to a good sleep tonight. I told the girl I have been messaging on Boo lately that she sounds like a good Mom and that I have respect for single mothers. They are very strong and have a tough job. She thought it was sweet. Saying nice things to people is a great way to spread joy in the world and it is something that I would like to try and do more often.
