Hello everyone Ralph here. I wanted to share a story with you about how something changed my life. You see when I was two years old I was diagnosed with a disease called Spinal Muscular Atrophy type 2. (SMA) it was at that same age where doctors told me I wasn't going to make it past the age of Ten. But by a miracle and good care I was able to make it to the age I’m at now. About 12 years ago I started an even bigger struggle with being diagnosed with Chronic Pain Syndrome, and for 12 years it had brought me very close to my breaking point. It put me in a very dark place in my life and I can tell you this, I wouldn’t wish this pain on anyone. It was two years ago me and my family were casually looking for a new Home Health Care Bed that would help me feel better at night. It was at that time I discovered a bed called the Freedom Bed by Pro Bed. Unlike average Hospital Beds, this bed is a specific type of Home Health Bed designed to help patient's with Neuromuscular disease, or Patient's with Spinal cord injuries. It was a week ago my Freedom Bed was delivered and I can now announce that I am pain free! No pun intended. Unlike any hospital bed this bed gives you the independence to reposition with little to no help from Caregivers. This bed can be controlled through remote or voice commands. It can also be programmed to reposition whenever the providers or patient sees fit. This bed isn’t just shaping the future it is the future for patients like myself and others. It will not only prolong life for patient's with Neuromuscular Disease and Spinal cord injuries, but it will give them the independencey they truly deserve to live a happy life.
