fairly extensive and probably hard to follow gerard swarm tour outfits/costumes analysis relating to the new tour:

remember how in 2022 people had connected a few Gerard's outfits as sort of references to black parade? mainly the nurse outfit related to welcome to the black parade, the cheer dress possibly relating to the cheerleaders in the blood music video, Jehanne d'Arc being a reference to how gerard had a psychotic break kinda surrounding her during their stay at the paramour, and Jackie being a possible reference to the Kennedy assassination photo shoot he did with his wife (which was during the black parade era iirc).

not to mention a lot of the costumes he had were either of dead people or involved lots of blood (possibly dying?). and we all know how the black parade connects to death. exceptions to this are the wwwyf outfits (though you could argue they're very close to death), the cat and the bat maybe, the swan, both teachers, the one with the flower in his pocket, and any other outfits that don't look to be costumes of a sort.

outfits that contain the character being dead/possibly dead/in the process of dying OR covered in blood and otherwise injured: skeleton, ghost, meta man, Clown, OKC clown (shirt has bullet hole in face and drumhead said "big death energy"), Princess Diana, vampire, pool boy (becomes injured if we are to believe the shorts denote the same character), bloody tears (did we have a name for him??), the guy shot in the head with the like Hawaiian shirt ig, casino guy, Manson girl, swarm cape guy (looks to be dead or dying similar to the patient in black parade).

now we can also connect a few of gerard's outfits to the new tour the business woman/secretary (though she does not seem to be a secretary in the videos we have seen) and the red dictator-esc costume

I may have missed some or forgotten names of some it has been almost two years on some of them for me but this is mainly what I can see (no one has made a definitive list of every outfit/costume gerard wore for all swarm tour shows)
