peepers sees watchdogs running around the skullship w balloons n bdays hats n gifts n thinks theyre preparing a bday party for him n pretends to be mad abt it like ugh i cant believe theyre wasting the empires resources for smth as stupid as a bday party, n they couldve at least tried to keep it secret from me, n i dont even like celebrating my bday in the first place etc etc (is actually extremely flattered) just to walk into the food court at the end of the day n see a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY SPONGEBOB" poster hung up on the wall n a spongebob shaped cake in the middle of the room n all the watchdogs dressed up in spongebob merch n nobody even looks in his direction
