but yeyeye between that context, joker getting knocked out and whatever tf is going on with the title screen(?) in chapter 1, im like.... 80% sure at least part of encore's gonna be giving hachi a big fat character development arc AND!!!!!!! IM SO HERE FOR IT!!!!!!!! not sure how the rest of the cast will play into this, but i can only guess theyll all get some sort of supporting role??? def agree that queen or spade might end up doing investigations. i wonder what role does shadow and rose play, or even if they get a major role??? i feel like theres a chance they might just show up for like half a chapter unfortunately 😅

HACHI FANS UNITE!!! He ain't like, my no1 KaiJo fav but he's very good lad and I like his character and moments with him did hit me few times and man it's cool to see for a set up for his route of independence from Joker, boy deserves to have his own spotlight after all these years!! I'm very curious how it'll all go, ig it'll all end up leading to Kaitou J timeline? If Takahashi won't suddenly decide to retcone it or something. I hope Takahashi won't chicken (*cough* *looks at Phoenix* pun not intended?) from having focus on Hachi, at least for few chapters? I feel Spade and Queen will likely join him on his chase for body-snatched Phoenix, because you can't go without em, but hope it'll take time. Best case scenario, it would be Roko because he and Hachi are besties, while other kaitous may go different route/investigate? idk Don't think Joker be out cold for long either, it's his series and this guy is like roach you can't kill him
