Okay, I think the best thing for Reece Walsh to do now is turn up to his next match (Origin II) with painted nails.
#maybe even make up (apparently his protective make up didn't help him from getting knocked out)#cause all of the comments calling Walsh soft are like he was too busy painting his nails#like don't try to fight the mysogonists head on but instead go with it#be one of the big name players in the man's man sport and be embracing traditionally feminine things#actually AFLM needs a mandatory nail polish round because of the homophobia#also at least netball australia isn't lost#i heard one of the Netball Australia like board talk about how community netball and sport in general needs to be trans inclusive#because sport is a community and also where some people are happiest#also correctly said there isn't a wave of trans people overtaking professional sports#this trans person plays netball in my shorts and singlet#what was my original point#oh yeah NRLM needs to have a nail polish round where they raise funds for domestic violence crisis support
