#acting strangely and not harming others cannot be grounds for mass shaming outside of the immediate physical space you are strange in

has psychology come up with the language to discuss like social media induced social anxiety/paranoia/psychosis. i haven’t stepped foot outside in years and years without genuine concern and fear that i’m going to be caught on camera inadvertently or intentionally and that that will exist in digital spaces without my knowledge or consent. it makes me sick. i’m in photos on people’s instagram pages and i don’t even know it. i want to die get me out of this digital hellscape i didn’t sign up to live in a world where privacy and anonymity don’t exist.
