Lotus pose, padmasana. This pose has been the most transformative addition to my daily practice. The pose is deep and requires great awareness. I was give a sequence by @acrosurfer that he had gotten from @andrew7sealy as prep work for reaching this pose and I added it to my regular practice and love to teach it to everyone. Back pain? Try this. Knee pain? Try this. Shoulder pain? Try this. Lotus is pretty much my remedy for all physical ailments. #yogaeverydamnday Finding my light with @xanadu4.
