i wanna be your grandma so bad, please let me pinch your face and knit you a sweater. you're most likely the best friend of the protagonist, and there's some possible overlap between you and the narrator. you're sweet and try very hard to be selfless. you watch the ones you love descend into darkness, and make every effort to help them through it all. it's not enough. you keep trying to make it enough. you provide comic relief, a listening ear, a hug, advice── any method of support you can think of. your own personal tragedy isn't documented. sometimes you wish it was, even though you're the one who ensures it is not. you want people to care for you the way you do for others. but you refuse to ask for it, so you wait for others to read between the lines. they usually don't. at least you're the one who gets to survive the tragedy. no matter how many times you beg to trade places, it is always you at the end, sitting at someone else's grave.

Hey! You have a bigger following than me, and I have a big question! (CW transphobia) There is a birth mom support group my sister is in that has had two trans men recently try to join...and quickly booted out. Do the Tumblr gods (you/your followers) know of any support groups for trans parents who have given their child up for adoption? Preferably on Facebook, but I couldn't find any myself. All the best!

I love my hair, tbh. I’m working on growing it out, and the style isn’t perfect yet, but I’ve always liked the texture and how thick my hair is.

I like how I’m (almost) always able to get the job done. When I want to do something, I tend to make it happen and put the effort in. 

I also love my book collection, and the way I feel when I collect books. Almost nothing can top the feeling of joy when I feel when exploring a used book store, or new library.

I like that I try to sing along with my favorite showtunes even though I absolutely DO NOT have a voice meant for Broadway.

And finally, I love that when I have an interest in something I go absolutely all the way. I do not go halfway, and I love how much I love things.
