The idea of Ymbrynes displaying avian traits specific to their bird form is absolutely hilarious to me. Owl ymbrynes who are always up late, corvids who love to collect trinkets, shrikes whose favorite food are kebabs, parrots who have a habit of repeating words, a kookaburra who has a very distinctive laugh, etc etc!! It’s a HC that I think adds a whole new layer of character depth and I think makes the ymbrynes seem just a bit more human :)

I looked on disboard but all of the MPHFPC servers are just role play and I’m looking more for a community server for making friends, sharing art, discussing the books, etc.

02/02/25-Beautiful views, resplendent Lesser Spotted Woodpeckers it filled me with joy to be so fortunate to observe them again in rich sunshine another of my birds of the year so far, Fallow Deers, pine tree and Stock Doves on a joyous, peaceful and uplifting morning at Acres Down in the New Forest and stunning viburnum in flower in the sun when home this afternoon.

We were also very lucky to see Hawfinches, Merlin and Goshawk three more big additions to our year list this weekend and also see Raven, Firecrest, Treecreeper, Song Thrush, Starling, hear Green Woodpecker, see my first bee of the year and gorse and frosty bramble leaves. What a sensational wild weekend in the New Forest with so many incredible species seen and great bits at home this weekend with so many people we knew that we saw today which was nice.

My interpretation of hollowgast

Hello all! This is sorta how I picture the hollows in my brain. Ofc each one is different (like real-life people and animals), but this gets the main point across^^ I also like to include the really tiny tentacles like they had in the movie, even though they weren’t in the book as I, frankly, think it looks cool!! This specific hollow is of my oc before she became a wight^^

i don't know how to stress how dire it actually is out here right now. a huge tree in front of my complex toppled and took out the entrance to the circle next to us on the first night from the winds alone. the force of the tree being uprooted from the ground took the sidewalk with it. this is the first thing i see if i walk outside.
