not my boss mandating us to report how we used ai this week in the editorial slack channel……..
#i can not stress this enough i work in journalism……… we don’t need to be relying on ai for something that requires HUMAN TOUCH#however ☝️i did use otter from transcriptions this week so that’s an example lol and i talked about how if anyone even has a little bit of a#accent ai transcription services just like shit the bed and don’t know what to do with that which SUCKS#because i work in the south and a lot of people we are interviewing have accents believe it or not#i do appreciate transcript makers like otter et al like genuinely very useful tools and time savers but also i can wish they were better a#at the same time lol
