Daily MCO Drink #472, MCO Day #474: PORN STAR MARTINI, made with 2 parts Absolut Elyx vodka, half a teaspoon vanilla extract, pulp of 1 whole passion fruit, 1/2 part Giffard Creme Fruit de la Passion Liqueur, 1/2 part lime juice, shaken over ice and fine strained, then topped with Prosecco. Geez, what a name. That aside, this was interesting. The original recipe by Douglas Ankrah uses vanilla vodka and vanilla syrup, but I didn’t have any of that, so I settled with using vanilla flavouring instead. It turned out pretty OK, though still a tad too sweet for my liking.
