Ulfric Stormcloak - it is Nord tradition to plait the hair before battle; these days, he rarely isn’t sporting braids

Torn - dreadlocks aren’t easy to maintain; he does spend time on them

Drizzt Do’Urden - in Drow culture, different noble houses can be told apart by the way the nobles of that house wear their hair. in rebellion against this, Drizzt has grown his out and cares very little for the styling
