As a STEM student, I can use my knowledge of science and technology to improve the future of physical fitness. I can come up with creative solutions to make workouts more efficient and effective. This could mean designing cool wearables that track how you're doing during exercise or creating virtual reality workouts that make sweating it out feel like an exciting adventure.
I'm all about making exercise equipment friendlier and more effective too, because just like everyone, I also tend to workout and I want to make it enjoyable. Ken - At first I didn’t understand the feeling but as time goes by, I realized that love can be superior. It made me do things that I think outside my comfort zone just to express my love to someone, not only that but also it made me the person who I am today because I know that it will help me to develop myself even further when it comes to this topic. Loving someone is like trying to take care of yourself day by day, you have to be more careful to protect yourself, so is love. Addition that love made me cherished the moments together with someone you love and keep all the memories that been shared together.
Everything has changed when I met you.
JV - For me, at first time to love someone. I wasn’t able to understand if my feelings were right, because I am not able to decide about the love i feel if it is real or not. But for me, if I am already loved by a person, I will love her every day because love will never be compared to anything else in this world.

Solo – It was very unexpected. For me, the real love is not vulnerable. It doesn’t change, and it will never. Even if the worst case scenario comes your way, that real love makes you stay. It’s a feeling that you’d never want missing from your life. Sometimes, there are mistakes that challenge us but what’s important is to find solutions together, grow together, and love together. Through real love, I have this feeling that I want to share many experiences together with this person, especially eating together, even if our wallet becomes empty, the important thing is we are happy. I will always keep admiring her, and I would do anything to achieve the life we’ve always wanted. She is the best thing that’s ever been mine, and she’s my daylight. I love her to the moon and to saturn, passed down like folk songs, our love lasts so long.

In the Philippines, STEM is a two-year program and strand that is used for Senior High School (Grades 11 and 12), assigned by the Department of Education or DepEd. The STEM strand is under the Academic Track, which also includes other strands like ABM, HUMSS, and GAS. The purpose of the STEM strand is to educate students in the field of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, in an interdisciplinary and applied approach, and to give students advanced knowledge and application in the field. After completing the program, the students will earn a Diploma in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. In some colleges and universities, they require students applying for STEM degrees (like medicine, engineering, computer studies, etc.) to be a graduate of STEM, if not, they will need to enter a bridging program.
In Senior High School, STEM courses cover a range of subjects. Biology explores life sciences, chemistry focuses on matter and reactions, physics delves into the laws of the universe, and mathematics encompasses algebra, calculus, geometry, and statistics. Computer science introduces programming, while environmental science addresses ecological concerns. Engineering and design offer problem-solving skills, astronomy explores celestial objects, and geology covers Earth sciences. High schools may also provide specialized courses like robotics, biotechnology, and health sciences, catering to specific STEM interests and preparing students for future careers in these fields. There are lots of Courses you can take if you took Stem Strand in Senior High School such as BS Nursing which is Science related, BS Entertainment and Media Computing, an ICT related course, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Applied Mathematics which is about Mathematics and Engineering and many more courses are offered if you took STEM as your strand.
STEM has a lot of benefits to students:
1. It promotes innovative thinking by teaching students to tackle modern problems with creative solutions.
2. STEM education encourages curiosity, fostering a sense of wonder and a drive to explore and discover.
3. It inspires creativity and ingenuity, allowing students to develop creative problem-solving skills.
4. STEM education emphasizes collaboration and communication, essential skills in many STEM careers.
5. It teaches students to accept failure as part of the learning process, building resilience and the ability to learn from mistakes.
