The Cross reminds me, once again, how crappy I am and how much of an unending, unconditional, irrefutable love God has for me despite that. 난 한사람만 사랑하는게 어쩔뗀 힘든데,,,더군다나 나를 힘들게 하는 사람을 완전히 사랑하기엔 너무 너무 힘들다. 정말 하나님없인 살수 없는 현실. 깨닫고 또 깨닫는다. 

죄인으로써 내 자신이 얼마나 악하단 것은 알지만,,,너무나 자주 나를 힘들게 하는 사람들이 더 나쁘다고 쉽게 생각하는 나. I feel justified sometimes (most of the time). my heart torn 5050 so many times because through the Word, I know what I am supposed to do, but I also want to be proven right and that I am the one that is being victimized. hey! I was reading your post on how to make homemade almond butter and decided to try it myself. My blender is pretty small and seems to only be made for smoothies, so it didn't really work out. What kind of blender do you use/recommend?

Hi! I’m sorry it didn’t work out! :( I have a Hamilton Beach blender. Its pretty nice. I got it for my undergrad graduation present from my uncle and aunt. I wasn’t sure if it was going to work in my blender either, because all the recipes a saw online used a food processor.  You have to be very patient! How long did you blend for? My blender has an automatic smoothie blend, and I think I did about 20-25 of those before it was the consistency I wanted. Did your trial get to a buttery or clumpy consistency at all?

As a believer of Orthodoxy, what do you think of their excessive veneration of Mary (Theotokos)? I attended their masses recently(my first time)and I was shocked at the sheer number of times they uttered the word "Theotokos" in the liturgy, maybe even greater than the number of times I heard the word "Christ". Even the homily stressed the need to ask help through the Theotokos!, they gave bread at the end though which I appreciated,they seem to have good spirit, but the doctrine bothers me

I’m unsure of what you mean by ‘a believer of Orthodoxy’.  Also, today was the Nativity of the Theotokos, so that might have something to do with it.

The Orthodox Church does not accept the Roman Catholic doctrine of the Immaculate Conception of Mary, included in that is the Western Augustinian view of the transition of Original sin.  But I’m not an Orthodox Christian, even though I drink deeply from the Orthodox well and enjoy fellowship and learning with my orthodox brothers and sisters.  I would recommend asking an Orthodox Christian about their veneration of the Theotokos.

I’ve never really known you well, even back when I was a Young Calvinist and so were you. From a distant vantage point, I can say that I find your zeal to be quite admirable, especially since I struggle with apathy severely. Okay so Matt, Malak, Hye Sung and I went to the bay today because Malak is obsessed with water. She insisted upon swimming even though it was 55 degrees and 8pm. Malak was so drawn in by the water and the ducks that she walked directly into the water while wearing jeans and a sweatshirt. She was alone in the water giggling to herself, and it was so innocent and cute. Hye Sung joined her, but made sure to strip off his clothes first. Matt and I finally decided to join them, against our better judgement. We got naked and had a blast. I felt European.

Malak was uncomfortable.

Just woke up from one right now hahah. Bizzare stuff

Like remember them years after you've had them. I still remember a few. Like I apparently had a "dream" where i ran and bumped my head on the door of store in the mall. I got dizzy and knocked out. Next think i knew, i was on a chair and the paramedics were looking after me. I told them i was fine and we left the mall. I had this dream Light Years ago, but i still remember all the details. My parents even denied it lol So bizarre!
