@makanplace.bali is a brand new outlet in Legian, located next to @padmalegian and it is featuring some delicious foods, my fav was the crispy pork knuckle, I love the way they treated the skin so it was crispy and not too thick because somehow pork knuckle able to be crispy but a bit hard, but it isn’t, also the way they proceed it, was very nice, since the after taste is not oily at all it’s all clear in my throat, and don’t ask about their marination, it was perfect, full of flavor yet rich with the original taste of the pork itself. ... ..
