How can you say all of this when we know that he is going to CHELSEA? They have more than 30 players, there is much more competition in the attack with players like Mudryk, Madueke or Jackson, and we still havent heard the big deals like them wanting to go for Osimhen. Chelsea gives them long term contracts ans big salaries which means they will still have a job and still be paid even if they dont get minutes. We already know how Chelsea deals with youngsters, they loan them to another club and try to sell them for a higher price. They go for every player in the market (they already got Estevao) because they are an owned club wigh no fairplay rules to stop them.
Can you please tell me how is this comparable to Barça's situation? His competition is a 36 years old man, Ferran Torres who barely starts and is definetely not reliable, and Roque's future is still open, there is much less competition here and now that Flick he could prove himself since we know that he is eager to use the academy. Going to a foreign club with 0 professional experience, how many of our academy kids prefered money over the project and immediately flopped or wanted to return badly because they couldnt handle the pressure/werent mature enough to handle things? Ilaix Moriba, Jutgla, Barbera, Arnau, Abde....so many examples of how being money hunger at young age can cost you your career, even Simons struggled a lot to the point of wanting to return but couldnt and it wasnt until 20/21yo he recovered his form going from loan to loan (and it seems that he wanted to return this summer even if negotiations are frozen).
For the first time, this is not barça's fault, Lamine, Cuba and Héctor renewed and the later didnt get so many minutes though, Fermín was loaned to third division and came back at the age of 20 because he loves the club and proved himself and now in first professional season has 11 g/a and palyed for UCL and now is in euros, Casado is 20 and waited for his spot at first team instead of leaving. We cannot let a 18yo boss around because he cant go ahead of Lewandowski or because he doesnt get a big contract ffs, what do we own him? He isnt Lamine levels and its not like Lamine was asking for big money. Instead of having a normal and natural developemnt he is throwing himself to the wolves.
You absolutely spilled. It's very obvious what his motivation is.

It’s come to the realization that the problem with Barça is Xavi. Why is Pedri playing as a second striker? Why is Gavi playing lw? Why do we have no attack? Why do we still employ Lewy 😭
Bro the bravery it takes to say something so controversial 😳😳
I think Xavi, like other coaches right now, is playing around with the team positions still. We lost one game of the preseason to do that, but in a low-stakes game like this, I can see why he would continue testing things out. Gavi was quite successful last season as a false winger, and there has been pressure on Pedri to contribute more in scoring, so all these decisions considering last season make sense imo.
I think the issue we are having is trying to change the entire formula all at once. There is no reason (IN MY OPINION) that Abde should have come on at the half over Gavi or Ansu. Just one of several questionable coaching choices.
I don’t think it’s fair to say Xavi is the problem because his formula has been working in this last year with a high degree of success. He’s pushing the boundaries to discover the capabilities of his bench because last year the skill difference between starters and bench was ASTRONOMICAL. I think I’ll wait until he’s pitchside for a full match before I give more thoughts on his coaching.
