jj unwrapped his arms from you, swiftly turning around to close the blinds, twisting knobs on doors to make sure they were locked. you stood there, heart still racing but now that your safe- well for now, you feel a bit better. THE HEAVY DOOR to the cafeteria cabin swung open with the push of jj's arms, you followed right behind him and the sound of the mans footsteps thud,thud,thud was coming way too close but when you looked back, everything was pitch black. JJ quickly grabbed your arm, dragging you inside the cafeteria. you swore your heart was going to jump out of your throat, jj felt the exact same. the metal doors that blocked off the seating area and the kitchen were 4 feet away from jj, but when he took 3 steps closer, it opened with a soft swing. jj flinched, looking directly at the door where your father stood. " oh- woah, what are you two kids doin' awake?". oh thank the lords.

you both let out audible sighs of relief, before you slid out of jj's gentle grasp and hugged your father tightly, glad he's not harmed, for now. " dad..your okay, thats good..thats-" your dad interrupted you, " is something wrong?", jj stood with his hand running through his blonde hair, trying to slow the pace of his heart. you let out a long breath, speaking " dad, there is someone dangerous on the campground, im telling you.." your dad raised a brow, releasing you from his hold and looking down at you. first off, there is no source of electricity up here, it wouldn't work well anyway, it is 1987 and the telephone wires are busted up. your dad shook his head and grabbed the keys to the cabins, not letting either of you say a word before he pushed the door open. you yelled his name, scared of your own father getting brutally stabbed by some serial killer. you looked outside of the window, and your dad was nowhere too be seen.

" come on.. we have to go see if any of the other counselors are actually alive or not, right now." jj said, facing your back which was staring outside of the window. you sighed shakily before turning and looking at him. your stomach was filled with a pit of worry and dread for your dad, he was alone out there, basically suicide for him.

you and jj opened the metal doors to the kitchen in the back, heading towards the far back door. just as jj's palm was seconds from landing on the knob, large and strong arms pulled you back from the shoulders, shoving you infront of him and against the wall. the man. you looked up with wide and fearful eyes, visibly shaking. jj shouted " get off of er'!" he was swinging a metal tray towards his head, but the man grabbed ahold of the cabinet and swung it to his face. you gasped, looking in the direction of the man's bloody fists, that's when you realized that his other hand held the sharp knife.

jj was left on the floor, grunting at the sensation of a metal cabinet slamming against his face, he felt like he just got out of some sort of coma, black dots and other bright colors clouding his vision. the man brought his long arms down and under your knees, lifting you up and over his shoulder, you let out a yelp and a scared breath. " no, no, let me go!" you tried slapping his back, but when you felt the knife lightly trace the skin of your bare legs, you instantly stopped and froze in fear, swinging right to left as he walked out of the door and out into the dark and cold night.
