How you see Ateez: To you Ateez is like a real blood related family that impacted on your growth. You feel that there’s a part of yourselves than only the group can see and understand. Sometimes tho you feel that Ateez holds you back from new opportunities and when you think about renewal of the contract you know you would renew it only to not hurt your members and the group and to stay together. You feel often that the group is not ambitious enough and consider it rather as a step to do for the future than an eternal project.

How Ateez sees you: Ateez are really protective of you and most member feels like you grew up too fast or that you missed childhood time like them and wants to give you a break you never had. Sometimes they think that you can seem quite detached tho and insensitive when managing as a co-leader the group you seem to see think of Ateez before even the members of Ateez individually. Sometimes they even feel scared of you not renewing the contract because they know your ambitions and ego. What you think of Seonghwa: Seonghwa is a role model for you even if you don’t like sometime how he underestimates you and sees you as a child. Contrary to the “hold back” you feel with the group Seonghwa is a member that gives you energy and motivation by is assertive and independently nature. A love-hate relationship: you love and respect each-other when you are able to complement each other, and you hate each other when you fail to understand and appreciate your differences. When disagreements arise, the argument is between your egos. You are grateful to Seonghwa tho as often because of your impulsivity you don’t know how to express yourself and he often helps you find the words like a corrector. What you think of Hongjoong: Since the first time you saw Hongjoong there was already “that” connection you two became close the faster maybe and you feel a true affection for him. You are reserved with your feeling but with Hongjoong you do your best to show him you support him and typically you feel like you can support him without it holding you back on your goals. Him choosing you as his co-leader touched you more than it seemed as for you logic thinking self why would he wanna share the role he would have to share it’s good points with you.(Literally your soft spot nobody hurts hyung). Yunho flatters his ego a lot and he enjoys it but he’s afraid at the same time that the moment he finds a better listener he just puts him aside. Eden has often control over relationships but without even doing it on purpose Yunho has total control of Eden. What he thinks of you: For him you actually quite easy to read and even if he was part of THE members disapproving your leader position he thinks like Hongjoong that it’s just difficult for you to express your feelings. What he thinks of you: It’s a flirty friendship with lots of skinship and you two get often shipped by fans. Even if you two seemed to be so different you unexpectedly became close really fast like with Hongjoong. Yeosang enjoys your presence and have fun with you. What you think of San: You and San were really close in trainee days but somehow after the debut and then success of the group your relation deteriorated considerably at the point to avoid each other in the dorm sometimes. You two share similar tastes and vision on the group and similar motives for wanting to be idols but also similar passions out of the entertainment and often people though you two where brother when trainee. The first years after debut you didn’t noticed a change of attitude but the more the time passed and Ateez gained in success it seemed to you that every little things was a reason for San to get mad at you and naturally you two fell apart without even realizing it and every time you tried to talk to San about that issue he said there was no problem to solve or apologized saying it was stress and that you two could hang out the next day and you would hang out and everything would be like in trainee days and his attitude would change maybe for the next day too but the day after it would start with little remarks before you two arguing and everything all over again. You got sincere affection for San but the more the time pass the more you are tired to try and think that your friend is not the same anymore you don’t even get jealous of Wooyoung as you too just grew close to other people in the group and you think that it must be like this. The good point is there’s no game like with San it’s always 100% truth even if it harmful. There’s always some kinda tension but you don’t really pay attention to it since you already used to that vibe you also think Wooyoung plays the saints but that he isn’t better than you and luckily he agrees quite easily about that. You feel like if there wasn’t the whole San issue you and Wooyoung could be good friend as before that situation you two got along really well. After that you just surrendered and y’all went for a coffee in cafe managed by Seonghwa’s cousin that assured they would be no fans, as the new formed trio sat down Seonghwa got a sudden emergency and had to leave but since a free day is difficult to have and you just arrived ,awkwardly you and Minho had to stay, as you both knew it couldn’t get worst you inexplicably started to laugh about how awkward it was and neither of you wanted to be there on your free day, slowly it became a conversation and as in late afternoon Seonghwa tried to call you to apologize feeling you would kill him at home he was surprised to see you two were still together and telling him to says what he had to say fast as you and Minho where in the middle of a debate. You two together become the gossip duo literally, if something happens in your life and you need immediate physical advices and mental support you call Minho at 4am and be sure he will be there in less than an hour. Eden has also the ability to understand what Minho’s thinking or wanting to say in a scary way. As Minho has more friends than it seems sometimes Eden is quite afraid to be too clingy and make him escape as for him spending all his free time with Minho isn’t an issue as he never gets bored of him, even in skinship he feels like doing too much will make it seem like Minho is his only friend. There it’s quite an unexpected combo but with a quite normal story, initially you wanted to make friends with Jake for the Aussie bond but Sunoo took you by surprise as he was really excited to meet you the first time you were introduced to Enhypen and people a litlle too energetic like him usually annoys you or when someone’s over gentleness seems fake he remembered you a litlle of Wooyoung too but strangely you saw he was sincere and that was just his nature and as he was a litlle shy he asked your number to Soobin (when you were still close) and the same day wrote you, fast you met again and almost instantly got along as it’s easy to get close to someone like Sunoo you felt at ease and got affection for him soon. Your schedule don’t often coincide and as Sunoo is a rookie you don’t have much free time but the litlle he has he gives priority to you and you text each other often maybe the most with the fact you can’t meet him like your other friends, with time tho it’s easier to meet.

Your friendship:

You feel the fact you are older (grandpa vibe) and in the beginning felt like you were hanging with a kid (like with most of enha even tho you get along better with the maknae line) and as Sunoo grew he was a lot more comfortable with you and less admirative or complimenting added to the fact you don’t see often, and when you asked to hang out with his group of friends who are younger too he was like why would you, you often felt a litlle jealous in the time before knowing actually Sunoo wanted to gatekeep you as his friends likes you too what made you reassured but that made the relation be a lot of on and off. On the night before the concert yall divided to go visit at night some places since it would be more *discreet*, you went without managers and members since you enjoyed some time alone and by coincidence you met her, she had an hat and a mask you saw she was Asian and that she got quite the Korean style so you thought she must be a Korean tourist seeing you observed her she turned surprised and recognized you, you didn’t recognized her immediately and though she was a fan but when she said “Don’t you know who i am?” You instinctively bowed and apologized understanding that she was a sunbae she laughed it off and said she was from Mamamoo and there you screamed “Wheein!” Finally remembering her name to which the only two tourist present at 3 am turned around, you apologized awkwardly and you two laughed it off, you ended the hang out with her and came back late at 6am to what managers weren’t pleased.

You met Jaemin in the most basic way at work, it was an after award party and while you were at the bar you two asked for the same drink simultaneously what made you laugh and when the bartender answered there wasn’t you again asked for the same other one at the same time and when other members joined you since some NCT and Ateez members get along and see each other they found you two laughin dead and Mingi explaining you two were already like that when he arrived like “when those even became close to each other?”

After that you two “InNoCeNtLy” [ ;) ] exchanged number (but fr tho) and agreed to hang out some times. So Like the bond started chaotic as at the first hangout at the arcade Eden told Jaemin before the other night he always thought Jaemin seemed like a snobbish self centered SM idol and that arcade would have been a cheap entertainment fro him to what Jaemin was shocked and told Eden he would show him he knew how to have fun (infact Eden let Jaemin won that day but shhh). After that episode her solo stage went viral as well as your reaction and people did challenge when one danced and the other was like “wouaw” then the same but reverse on the sound/beat, you and Liz met backstage some weeks afters when this blew up and decided it would be fun to do it to which it blew up again! As an excuse to send the drafts Liz tried to ex number but not taking the hint you told your manager would settle this by email luckily Liz manager that isn’t dumb told you two were “adults” and could do that alone (LIKE TAKE THE HINT) after that Liz texted you and you two started becoming close.

What do Stray Kids thinks of Eden and Eden of them: They admire him a lot and when he comes to the dorm they are all overly compliments him even tho sometimes Eden feels it’s exaggerated. Often when Eden goes back to his dorm Stray Kids is like “You should debut as our new member so you wouldn’t have to leave” and it make Eden thinks even tho Ateez is big how would have been things if he debuted in a bigger group under a biggest agency or if they won Kingdom instead where would they be now? TXT: Ok so TXT is a group you are close to..so close that you and other members have beefs regularly..basically you really close to all of them and have been for a long time only that you argue a lot and it’s often a Yeonjun,Wooyoung vs Changbin Eden but of course you go trough those things as adult. You sometimes hang with Hyunjin,Jeongin and Beomgyu altogether too but you less close to that group.

Xdinary Heroes: As soon as your Stray Kids friends knew you where a fan of their younger group they told them about it and when you were in the backstage of a music show with Ateez they ran to you bowing and introducing themselves, saying they were equally fans. You didn’t had the chance to get close to one of them in particular but with time everyone dropped the formalities.

Enhypen: Danielle wanted to present you to Jake but before she had time to do so one time that you were hanging around with TXT you met the full group you got along with all of them and in particular Sunoo (who became your actual best friend even trough the age gap)

Han Sohee dating rumours: Fake You met her for the first time at the Balenciaga event in Italy she was really anxious and was impressed by how calm and self-confident you seemed to be (even if you were actually stressing like her) photographers asked you two to pose together and after that she attempted a small talk you two ended by exchanging numbers but after the rumors blew up none of you dared text the other one as it was quite awkward. The scandal had a positive effect and gave you popularity.

Club scandal: True You went clubbing with Holland (Soloist) and Jun (a.c.e.) in a club that has a reputation of being frequented by LGBT and as during the promotions of your BL you said it wasn’t a problem for you to kiss a boy people started making assumptions about your sexuality especially k-nets you made an apology letter for “clubbing” and didn’t participated in entertainment programs and music show for the following week. Jimin replays that night in his head over and over again. Silk against silk. The pale flowers embroidered on Joon’s suit jacket. Green silk against the satin of his hands. He would have clung harder if he knew. Balled his hands into fists, grated against the lotus threads so hard they would have formed calluses on his palms, dug his nails into cold fabric until they left tiny snags.

But he didn’t know.

So their last night was the routine. Jimin had incense burning that time. It curled around the parlor, sweet little scent ghosts trailing in the unmoving air. Joon complained it made his head swarm. Made it too heavy on his broad shoulders. They discussed work. They touched and sighed. They parted ways. They’d meet again to finish the work. Each job had such a delicate plan. It had to be executed perfectly, that’s why they met to discuss beforehand.

Jimin was an actor and Joon was the director.

He had to play the part, twist and manipulate their victims into place. Sometimes they fell for sensual. Sometimes they wanted cute. Sometimes they just needed someone to ramble to.

If only he knew.

The bite of the handcuffs was sobering to say the least. Incense and silk, grandmother would have told him. She would have yelled until she lost her voice. This was inevitable, your stolen luxury could never last.

The charges were baffling.

Art theft. Fraud. Tax Evasion. Identity theft. Money Laundering.

Of course Joon’s list was longer. Or Jimin assumed anyway. They were pulled apart. Not in the same pod. Not in the same courtroom. Not in the same prison after sentencing. Maybe it was in case they filed a mistrial. Maybe they didn’t want them talking. Planning. Worming their way out of their sentences so they can continue to spin silk together. And of course it burns.

Jimin kept his hands smooth for him. Like clouds. Sanded and moisturized. There was a vanity drawer full of products somewhere. They used to be Jimin’s but god only knows where they ended up. Rose and lavender. Starseed and promise. More scents than he could count. One for every mood and every hair color he tried. Red and wish. Silver and citrus. Black and sandalwood. Yellow and kisses.

He would be luxury for his partner.

He missed him. He craved him. Every second. And he tried to connect. Maybe a phone call. Or at least a letter. From one prisoner to another. Different cells, different pods, different buildings, pulled apart by the blind hand of lady justice.

It had only been a few weeks since he arrived. The unanswered letters… maybe they just never made it. Maybe he should be more patient.

Or maybe he should just distract himself.

He had only really talked to his cellmate. He was cool. Icy. He played his solitaire, delt hands in the dayroom, shuffled and shuffled when he was bored. A gambler. His list of crimes was long, and he never disclosed them all. Jimin didn’t know how to navigate this new landscape, but one thing was clear to him judging by his cellmate's detached demeanor. You’re not here to make friends.

But Jimin needs a friend. What’s a distraction if there’s not a friend involved?

There are demons moving between these white walls swathed in orange. Jimin watched them carefully. Some of them do seem to crave companionship.

There’s the man that sits next to him in their art class. The class itself? Something about anger management. Venting emotions healthily without violence or addiction. Jimin would always eye the canvas next to his. Such a soft boy with a wide chest that reminded him of Joon. His voice was quiet, a sickly sweet whisper dripping wisteria and dreams. His words were bundled in brightly colored wax wrappers. He never fights. Never insults. Just exists. Compliments and small tokens of friendship.

But Jimin’s seen what his pens do. Broken bones and gore. Twisted animal fetuses and teeth that jump from the page. Nightmares and crows. Melting skin and demon’s with fox skulls. They’ve whispered about him in the pod. He’s cursed.

And then there’s the art teacher himself… there’s the prize. Pale with long fingers, black hair that falls into his eyes. He’s a healer. Jimin may still crave the silk clad man that handed him millions before setting fire to everything, but he can crave other things too. Distractions. Sweet thin boys that get tangled in the sheets.

But that was… ambitious. To seek someone not stuck behind painted metal like he was. And Joon was still so… fresh.

Incense and tattoo ink. Silk and lotus petals.

Art teacher Min would have to wait. Jimin needed an easier ride first. His blood obsessed peer would be easy, but to be frank he made Jimin nervous. There was something dead in his eyes.

But not everyone looking for a companion screams it. Attention seekers can be quiet. They can stick to floors and loiter in dark corners with hot tears in their eyes. Of course there were people like that here.

Joon always called him a whore. Jimin never really bothered to correct him as he wasn’t entirely wrong. Long term? Tied forever to one person? A ball and chain. That’s why he and Joon worked so well together. They would explore and come back together again. Billions of faces on the earth, what was stopping a person from sampling his fair share?

Jimin’s met all kinds of people in his line of work. In both the very legal tattoo parlor he ran and the very illegal side hustle he started with his long term booty call. But only meeting a person, only talking to them? Sometimes it's not enough flavor. Sex was a merging of souls. And now, it can serve as a distraction. A short term fling to pick up and drop. He could work his way through this prison until he had the gusto to challenge the art teacher with those long pale fingers that haunted the inside of his eyelids.

A whore and an attention seeker. That’s what Joon would say if he was here.

And of course there was a silent attention seeker.

Jimin was leaning in his doorway. It’s where he usually was, watching the commotion. Listening to the screaming.

The boy from his art class was with the smaller, meaner man he was always with. They were pouring over a thick book. His cellmate was dealing hands to a gaggle of men, as usual. The gentle CO was on duty. The one that was easy to bribe and would twist rules meant to be iron. Roses crawled up from under his collar. Jimin wondered if he knew the artists that colored him.

The attention seeker that refused to seek attention was alone. A wonderful distraction. Something to burn the silk he spent years spinning off his hands.

Jimin knew how to sway when he walked. He had an arsenal of smiles and he wore this one very carefully. Sultry. Venus.

There was a felt pen in his hand. He snagged it from the art room a few days ago. Min had seen. He didn’t raise a single finger to stop Jimin from carrying it back to the pod. He really just wanted it to draw. It’s not like he had foul intentions. At least not yet. Not like others around here.

That’s what Jimin thinks of when he looks into the eyes of his chosen toy. Those same, hateful, tear lined eyes. Mistrusting. Abused. His jaw locks when Jimin slinks closer, entire body tensing. He was running red beads through his fingers. Over and over again, a nervous reflex. Each one would quickly pop through his clenched knuckles in a way that was almost comical. There should be loud sound effects. Clack clack, pop pop, squelch squelch. Jimin didn’t realize the beads were a rosary until he was on top of the table looking down on the hunched figure in front of him.

Jimin cooed. A sweet sound. Venus draped in layers of pink satin. “So lonely over here…”

A quick study with an artist’s eye. Big nose. A diagonal line of moles on the right side of his face. A cupid’s bow that twitched beautifully as he reacted to Jimin’s words. Cat eyes. Furrowed brow. Bleach damaged hair.

Jimin wasn’t keen on waiting for the response. It wouldn’t be anything affirmative. He reached out instead, grabbing his right wrist, pulling it towards him. Extended arm, his limbs were long. He braced himself on the table, not fighting Jimin at all, but remaining tense. A tightly wound spring, he was preparing to react violently if he had to. A dog would growl. This man only glared with his sad eyes.

Prison issued clothes are short sleeved and thin. Jimin’s seen his fair share of supplemental clothing on commissary. His new toy had some. A white thermal. The sleeves were pulled low, down to his palms with the white collar rising higher on his throat than the issued orange one. Jimin pushed the sleeve up. Gold silk, he needed skin. The marker was balanced between his ring finger and pinky, and he hummed tilting his head. What would look good on this skin?

“I’ll ink you.”

Jimin turned his hand over exposing the hairless inside. This was where the line was drawn. His distraction grunted and tried to pull his arm away. Jimin may be small, but his strength is not to be contended with. He dug his fingernails into that honeyed skin and wrenched it back towards him.

“I said I’ll ink you.”

Distraction sucked air in heavily. “Not the inside.” His voice was nothing like Jimin expected. It was a lullaby, not nearly half as harsh as his eyes. As his permanently furrowed brows. Musical. Not too deep and not too high. The right amount of soft.

Jimin leaned closer to his face, plastering the sweetest smile he could on his face. “Why?”

The hand was flipped again. Another smaller tug of war. Toy didn’t seem to have the heart to win it. He could have pulled Jimin off the table if he really wanted to.

Jimin cooed again. “That’s not worth all that fuss is it?”

Scar tissue. That’s all it was. Pink parallel lines. Some fresher than others.

Distraction’s eye twitched, and he pulled his lips into a tight line. Disagreement.

Jimin ran his thumb over the raised skin, tracing at first, before drawing circles making a strange pattern of touch. Smooth rough. Flat raised. Honey crystals. Silk burlap.

The marker made a distinct pop when he freed it of its plastic cap. “You remind me of a mourning dove.” He needed a cover up. Doves would do it. Doves and flowers. Jimin concentrated on the black lines. The closeness of skin. The heat of art and breath.

Toy was silent for a long time, dark eyes following the lines forming over his self hatred. Jimin sensed it would take a long time to mold this toy into the distraction he needed. He wondered if it would be worth it, or if he should try for another boy. It’s not like there was a shortage of them here.

“I could make a gun,” Jimin said softly. “I could make this forever.”

“And mutilate the body God gave me?” The rosary was tightly clutched in his left hand. Gold satin staining white at his grip.

Jimin stifled a laugh. “More than you already have?” The scars were obvious.

Toy turned his head away, some distance spot on the concrete floor suddenly more interesting than the artwork blooming on his wrist. “Self flagellation,” he mumbled.

“Should I cover you in crosses, oh pious one?”

The head snapped back towards Jimin. Fire in the eyes of Lucifer. Jimin can’t help but smirk. He always enjoyed being annoying. Getting under the skin, but only a little. Not far enough to hurt, just enough for those dramatic head turns.

Distraction’s eyes traveled around Jimin’s face for awhile. Responses were weighed. The one that came was not as confrontational as Jimin expected.

“Why are you here?”

Jimin quirked an eyebrow, marker still poised above his skin. “For fun.”

Silence, and Jimin focused on his feathers again. They were furling. He would do an entire sleeve. Stay here with this man’s skin forever. He smelled like the same prison issued soap they all smell like. Jimin wondered what he would smell like naturally. In his environment, in his prime. A thick cologne? Incense and pews? A light floral scent?

“You have such nice skin…” Jimin mumbled.

“And I suppose you’ve seen a lot of skin, Michelangelo?”

Plush lips turned up in the corners. “I’ve always considered myself more of a Rembrandt. And yeah, I’ve seen a lot of skin. I could stand… to see more of yours?” He raised it as a question, eyes flicking upwards to read distraction’s face. The expression was the same one as before. Pained. Bored. Hateful. Jimin wondered if his face ever changed.

Toy’s tongue clicked against the roof of his mouth. A clear tsk. “And you haven’t even taken me out to dinner.”

Jimin feigned a gasp. “My dearest apologies, would the gentleman prefer the undercooked grits or the burnt tater tots tonight?”

Toy’s nose crinkled. Jimin reveled in the expression change. “Fair point.” He turned a little pensive, then, meeting Jimin’s eyes with more curiosity than animosity. Jimin let go of his hand. A drowsy mourning dove cradled in a wreath of roses and thorns. Distraction studied it for a minute, pursing his lips. He took a breath. “You can call me Donghyun.” He stood, and Jimin was pleased to note his height. “The extra skin can come later.”

He left Jimin with that invitation like a puff of fading incense, walking away studying his inked wrist. Jimin smirked to himself. Oh, he would be coming later all right. How could he deny such a golden invitation.
