i have been staring at that ask for. longer than i usually stare at asks and i have no idea iif i should post it BUT i did read it and you have been heard, that sounds like the worst thing ever and also a total jumpscare also i would sort f like 2 know why you picked my inbox for this confession not because i hate it just that i dont get confessions esp anny like that very often okay thank you have a nice day stranger

Oh my, this is so interesting!

I love that October is in the lead so far… how apt… however in my experience that’s a reflection of The World Entire, not IWTV fandom. If you’ve never considered your own conception & don’t wish to, September & October babies - fingers in your ears now - because they are the prime months for births from conceptions at Christmas/New Year. I’ve always known the most people born in October.

That said, so far, I do find March & August unusually high! Given that they’re less popular birth months in the general population, I think!? Well I’m not sure on August - the bell curve for Christmas/New Year conception likely spans August-November with premature & late births… But certainly March! And given what I just said - September seems surprisingly low to me so far.

As for me… in Brownies (is Brownies worldwide? Wee thing for children aged 7-10 here) we used to have to play this game where you found a partner with some similarity Brown Owl or Grey Owl would say & ran to the end of the room together to *win* & when the question was “someone with a birthday in the same month as you” I was alone. Nobody else in Brownies was born in March. Nobody in any class in my school was ever born in March, nor any activity I ever did as a child. Not till uni did I meet my solitary March-born friend!

I notice a lot of Interview with the Vampire fans seem to be born in August… and I discovered recently that a number of us are born in March! My birthday is 1st March & my entire life, I’ve known very few people born in March (only my Dad & 1 friend!) & now I’m curious if we’re evenly spread through the year or if we’re more common in certain months, thus here comes the randomest poll of all my random polls…
