I've been thinking of how this is addressed, and I totally do agree they may make the vows. (if they wanna stay a warrior rather than just get lessons and be on their way)

I do think the initial reaction is funny and think Kirima and Wong WOULD TOTALLY say something (I mean they bitched about Jinpa getting medicine before them fkdsajf TT0TT). And probably leads to Kyoshi being like "ok if we're gonna have this be a permanent thing, I need you to know why I dress like this"
