Bella Swan (feat. the Wretched Green Sweater)

Have I drawn nothing in more than six months? Yup.

Did I just stare at a blank notebook today and just said ‘you know what? I’m going to draw a character from a franchise I was into more than ten years ago’? Absolutely yes.

I had to blow dust off of my pencils’ case, I’m not kidding. I’d forgotten how much of a bitch it was texturing hair colour with the colours I have on hand. Also, body proportions? I don’t know them. Absolute strangers.

I tried to stay as faithful as possible to Bella’s physical description on her Wiki page, at least as much as my capabilities for realism allow me (which is… not a lot). The purple binder and the backpack may be a shout-out to the movie, because it’s Iconique and nostalgic details are good for your heart. The Lumpy Green Sweater is the Reinassance’s memes’ fault and I have NO regrets. Twilight memes are hilarious (also, Bella looks good in green too Edward you coward).

Let’s see if I can keep the inspiration up to do more characters in the next few days.
