Okay this is the last part with all the endings and after endings I’ve made up for this madness of Nomu Neito cause I’m crazy
Good ending: AFO and Neito duke it out and in the end of it, AFO is gone for good and Neito gets his memories back. The hero class makes up and they all welcome Neito back with open arms and many tears
After Ending: So years pass as Neito catches up with Izuku Hitoshi and Mei to become a hero like they said they would and he makes his name as the Phantom Angel now. He was absolutely fine refusing Eri’s offer to revert him back to how he used to be. It’s all fine but Neito still feels like there’s something he’s missing in his life and doesn’t know what it is until he finds a trafficking ring with kids in tow and just acts out. He finds the hole he had filled when he sees these kids smiling at being saved and can’t help but care for each one of them. (Totally not Neito becoming a dad to like 20 kids and being Aizawa 2.0). And he finally feels complete when he sees the poor kids he saved that he saw himself in finally get the lives they wanted and become heroes just like him.
Neutral Ending: AFO is defeated, but it costs Neito his memories completely, including his memories as the Wicked Angel vigilante. He wakes up at the hospital not knowing a single thing and it’s then that they all see this as almost a second chance for him, but still hurting to know that he’s lost for good.
After ending: In his time in the hospital he got to know each of his friends again and even class A. Eventually he’s cleared and decides that he wants to live a simple life outside the city, leaving behind the dream he had with Izuku Hitoshi and Mei about being heroes for a smaller community. He pretty much makes a living on a farm and taking care of the children around and has his friends visit him from time to time. It still hurts them though knowing Neito will never come back to them fully, but they choose to endure it because he’s finally getting the peace that he deserves after the hell he went through.
Bad ending 1: This ending, AFO manages to get control of Neito one last time and keep his grip on him so much that they really do lose Neito from there. None of them want to face the truth but they know that it would help Neito in the end. And so Neito dies by their hand and AFO is defeated. But none of them feel victory since it cost them the one person they had hoped would come back to them.
Bad ending 2 because I’m a monster: So with AFO having difficulty getting a hold onto Neito, he breaks out through some means and gets together with the Doctor to take him again. And it’s this time they don’t hold back and they just turn him into the typical Nomu that is more of a deformed human. But in the last rush of whatever individuality he has, Neito fights back and kills AFO for good before the last of his life fades from his eyes. And all right before his friends arrive to see his body collapse and never come back up again.
After ending for both: So by now, years have passed since Neito died and everyone is now heroes. They’ve all had their moments where they couldn’t handle being too slow to save Neito and they’ve since then made up with each other to cherish their friend. But it’s one night that Hitoshi is out with Izuku that they find a small boy in an alley. He sees the two heroes and gets slowly coaxed out and he reveals that he’s afraid of his quirk (will get to that later in this post I promise) and he brings up a name neither of them thought they’d hear again
Neito
So as they’re bringing this boy to the station Izuku and Hitoshi start telling about their own friend Neito who had a weird quirk like his own and eventually found out this child really has nowhere to go and so take him with them to their shared place with Mei.
And when little Neito is cared for and sleeping he wakes up and happens to see a certain figure on the balcony that simply comes to him, kneels down, ruffles his hair and says...
“Keep an eye on them for me, ‘kay Neito?”
And before the figure walks out he says one last thing.
“Oh, and make sure to tell them: the Phantom Thief will always be watching you guys.”
And takes off, not being seen until much later for little Neito.
The morning comes and little Neito retells the story as they’re all in shock. And with the words from last night he asks if he can be a hero with his quirk, like the Phantom Thief. To which the 3 of them hug him like no tomorrow and say that he can.
The years pass as little Neito gets adopted to be Neito Midoriya-Shinsou Hatsume (cause she insisted he take her name since she was the last to meet him). His first birthday with his new family consisted of his 3 parents and 19 close aunts and uncles and 2 old retired great uncles. Little Neito becomes the Puppeteer Hero: Reap known by most as a savior for the children. Over the years he was always told of the different stories of Neito Monoma and eventually found out the ghost stalking him when Yanagi wasn’t around was him. The ghost eventually did leave one day with a simple parting and an affirmation that he’d do great, and since then visited the grave of the great Phantom Thief. And eventually comes the time when Reap becomes the best hero when Izuku Mei and Hitoshi all retire, all of them knowing Neito will do great things
And after all is said and done, the 3 find themselves somewhere where in the light, stand their long lost friend that simply says...
“You guys kept me waiting you know. I was so bored I had to keep busy by visiting that kid from time to time!”
It’s a reunion filled with tears and swollen hearts as they cry their eyes out. And when all is done, they hold each other’s hands and walk to the light, the story of 4 friends finally ending the heartbreak and suffering.
(You can see I put favoritism to this after ending)
Okay but here’s little Neito’s quirk for reference
Quirk: Possession. User can hop into another person’s body and control it as though it was their own or as a puppeteer and their puppet. The host must be conscious though for the user to take control of the body. The grip on the body is much stronger than if the user were to pull them with their physical body and are much faster when taking hold
