Yesss also with the hunters and Men of letters. Sam is more of a Men of letters type of guy aka like his father's ancestry. And Dean more of a hunter like Campbells.

sam is like his father. was innocent to the reality of what was going on until something bad happened and he was forced to become a monster he shouldn’t have been, all for the greater good.

dean is like his mother. cursed with the knowledge of their reality, forced to grow up in it and ready to do anything to save their counterpart from anything that tries to kill them, even at the expense of the greater good.
