Plus, the fuel bed and canopy lights come in 10 colours that allow you to create the perfect ambience.

Interior Design Using Orange & Blue: Tips To Help You Decorate Using Complementary Colors
Feast your eyes on these three juicy orange and blue home interiors, and see the visual impact that a complementary colour scheme can bring. These designs show how to achieve a good balance with hues that sit opposite on the colour wheel – without becoming too strong a palette that could completely overwhelm a space. This collection of room ideas includes orange sofas for your living room, blue kitchen ideas, a blue bathroom, bright accent chairs, colour pop scatter cushions, modern dining sets, and colourful feature walls that would brighten up just about any part of the home. Smooth neutral decor bridges the gap between the stronger shades, whilst beautiful accent pieces add polish.
Designer: Zrobym Visualizer: Zrobym A modern sofa stands wrapped in a bold orange tone in the centre of our first complementary colour living space. The home has a total area of 72.7 square metres, and this allows for a generous open plan combo of lounge, kitchen and dining room. A solo blue scatter cushion gives the orange seating area something in common with the blue kitchen cabinets behind it.
A wall of storage cabinets are faced with orange-brown doors, which are offset by an adjacent deep navy blue tv wall.
The sprawling sputnik chandelier has white lamp shades that pop against the dark tv wall decor. A white table lamp replicates the effect on a slimline mantelshelf. A duo of bird figurines perch at the opposite end.
Orange flames flicker along a modern fireplace on a navy hearth, below the wall mounted tv.
Crazed mosaic effect vinyl flooring wraps up over the baseboard in the kitchen, meeting with solid blue base cabinets. Gold handles and a gold faucet give the kitchen a high-end look, and exude a similar visual warmth as the orange elements in the living room.
Gold dining pendant lights hang in a trio across the small kitchen island and attached dining table.
The dining chairs don’t join in with the orange and blue theme, they take a quieter stance in monochrome that gives the bolder accents room to breath.
Ribbed wallpaper textures the blue bedroom accent wall. Limited orange-brown accents are introduced as a single throw pillow on the bed and within abstract art on the wall. A bedside cube and a built in desk complement the tone.
Gold bedroom pendant lights hang in a matching pair, illuminating each side of the bed.
In a second bedroom the colour scheme is switched to hot orange. Ribbed wallpeper and orange storage cabinets create feature walls in this space. Orange pillow cases tie the grey bed in with the surrounding hue. A purple cushion and throw provides colour contrast, and a pair of unique plant stands hold on to a living spray of green.
A wood vanity mirror shines on a beige wall opposite the end of the bed, above a smart black dressing table.
Modern candles with a hint of orange dress the tabletop, balanced by a purple tinted glass vase at the other side.
A modern flush plate provides a rich block of gold on a deep blue bathroom wall.
Designer: Alena Pautova Photographer: Sergey Krasyuk Standing out loud and proud, an orange accent chair colours the modern living room of home number two. See more stylish modern accent chairs here.
Wood panels stripe the ceiling, and warmly coincide with the orange elements that stand down at ground level.
A built-in bookcase brings in a multitude of bright books and accessories, between a set of floor skimming beige curtains. A chic modern coffee table holds games controllers within easy reach of a grey L-shaped sofa. A large black floor lamp provides task lighting. More great floor lamps here.
The coffee table and matching media unit carry orange tones in their woodgrain. The tv wall decor forms a cool monochrome backdrop.
A window seat has been fashioned to make good use of the sunniest spot in the room.
Superhero decor adds a little humour on top of the seriously contemporary furniture.
Wood chevron flooring runs throughout.
The orange Drop chair design at the dining table works well with the geometric wood floor pattern. A chrome dining pendant reflects the orange hue.
A blue-grey kitchen installation is sheltered with deep stained wood grain.
Chrome kitchen elements bring reflections of light into the dark ensemble.
A pair of chrome bedroom pendant lights illuminate the bedside table, where more superhero decor can be found. Blue-grey tones create a dramatic scene.
Orange toned wood warms the look of a white bathroom.
The bright orangey wood is balanced out with a panel of chic black marble and a sleek grey vanity unit.
Wood slats cross the bathroom ceiling.
Visualizer: Andrey Radin Our third and last tour uses lots of clean white space between accent colours.
White sofas, white storage cabinets and a white kitchen keep things simple.
Blue wall art adds bold interest on plain walls.
An orange modern chair stands out in the snow white room with black accents.
A silver feature wall shimmers behind the tv.
More silver panels shine across the dining room, cut through by strip lights.
The white dining set blends quietly with the calm white decor.
A bronze buddha is framed in black metalwork. A monochrome houndstooth pouf brings in more base notes.
A black linear suspension lamp lights the white modern dining room set.
Mature cacti bed down in black planters.
The white kitchen island is cut through with black elements.
Another black bar light illuminates the geometrically cut kitchen island.
The sharp irregular silhouette gives the kitchen a futuristic appearance.
1. Glass vases 2. Geometric wall art 3. Orange bed sets 4. Blue step trash can 5. Buddha throw pillows 6. Blue floor lamp 7. Blue comforter set 8. Orange lamps 9. Contemporary orange clock

Textural Interior Smoothed By Curves & Classic Arches
Slatted panels and natural stone bring deep and luxurious texture to this chic modern home design, visualised by ArtPartner Architects. The textural decor is smoothed by curvaceous furniture lines and graceful classic arches within the high ceilinged architecture. Large living spaces exude elegance under a delicate tonal colour palette of warm beiges and soft browns. Copper accents add a rich and lustrous element inside the captivating kitchen design, where a stone island lays down a solid anchor in front of a kitchen run that’s concealed behind slatted doors. The textural theme is consistent throughout, with lined feature walls crisply counteracting curves at every beautiful turn of the sumptuous living area and impressive master bedroom.
A curved sofa embraces the lounge perimeter with a sweep of soft fawn brown. A matching modern lounge chair and ottoman dot circular accompaniments.
In front of the curved sofa, a round coffee table creates a core for the loose furniture layout. A circular chandelier takes the curved shape theme to the ceiling.
Modern wall sconces are paired vertically behind the sofa to fashion a decorative column of gentle atmospheric light. A contemporary lamp sits low by the armchair to distribute an even glow.
The large modern chandelier makes the most of the impressive ceiling height in the living room. Surface mounted spotlights ensure practical, wide-spread illumination.
A natural, woven area rug softens the wood laminate floor.
The TV wall includes a bespoke wall mounted bookcase that reveals only glimpses of the home library from behind dark wood slatted doors.
A luxe marble hearth runs the length of the room, with a small modern fireplace flickering neatly at just one end of its sleek stone surface.
A wall mounted OLED TV takes pride of place dead centre between the floating bookcases.
The dining room is a chic, sophisticated arrangement with a delicate palette of fawn and grey. Light brown upholstered dining chairs encircle a cool stone dining table with moments of visual warmth.
A round dining room chandelier reaches wide across the width of the large dining table.
The rounded silhouette of the dining room chandelier and the curved back dining chairs complement a row of classic arched windows. Venetian window blinds fall in front of the arched glass, where they cause an interesting criss-cross effect against a surrounding wall of ribbed panelling.
An attractive botanical centrepiece adds a touch of wild to the refined dining set. Feathery plumes of Pampas grass make a tonal link with the brown upholstered dining chairs.
Unique flatware issues the tabletop with a fresh white setting.
The kitchen is a captivating space set beneath a high sloping ceiling with large velux windows, which rain copious amounts of natural light.
The light from the velux windows is perfectly positioned to play upon two bright copper kitchen extractors, causing spectacular lustre.
Tilework is fashioned into an arc beneath the beautiful solid stone kitchen island to honour the home’s architectural arches.
Dining chairs are set along the edge of the kitchen island to form a breakfast bar.
An inset induction hob brings the chef to the diners.
Ribbed gypsum panels texturise a feature wall opposite the island, around the kitchen’s bay window.
A small sitting area is arranged in the bay window as a place to take in the view or to enjoy reading under the unique floor lamp.
A small side table offers a spot to set down tea or coffee.
Behind the kitchen island, the rest of the kitchen cabinets are revealed from behind a wall of slatted doors, which perfectly match the bookcases in the lounge.
A copper kitchen tap melds warmly with the brown cabinets and coordinating countertop.
Moving on into the private master, the colour palette is cooled to an all grey scheme. A grey and white houndstooth bedroom rug is spread out beneath the grey bedstead, and a grey bedroom chair occupies the corner.
Elegant arched windows gracefully leap alongside the bed. Modern round bedside tables complement their perfect curves.
The deep headboard multitasks as a bookcase and a comfortable bedroom workspace that stays peacefully hidden from view. A curved back chair dips just below the surface of the incognito desk design, staying neatly out of plain sight.
The bed is angled toward a large balcony and a wonderful wide open view.
A wall of fluted glass separates the sleep space from the bedroom entryway, and forms a cosy screen around a comfortable seating area.
Sculptural pendant lights descend on the seating nook, where a planter of Pampas grass is softly uplit to highlight its texture and colour.
A change in flooring takes place beneath the two club chairs, to mark change in function.
A slimline chrome floor lamp provides reading light by the bed.
Light switches and handy charging points are set right into the deep multifunctional headboard design.
Textural botanical displays soften the corners of the room, whilst gypsum wall panels maintain modern clean lines.
Ribbed, slatted and fluted materials make linear counteraction with the arched windows and doors in the architecture of the home.
An arched doorway with a dramatic deep reveal sets an impressive first impression at the home entryway. An arched mirror replicates the aesthetic.
In the luxurious bathroom, linearity reigns supreme with ribbed unit facias and a sharply square vanity mirror.

Shaping Slick Dark Interiors With Black & Grey Decor
Dark and decidedly slick, these black and grey interiors push the boundaries on great taste and modern home design. Charcoal living rooms play on a theme of shadows and highlights to shape layouts that are intriguing and ambiguous. Slatted dividers, stone walls and textured elements take on added prominence in the low light. Graphite kitchens skim the edges of living rooms, falling away to let areas of comfort take the lead. Lounge furniture takes on a sculptural quality in stark surroundings, whilst cool art and contemporary home accessories shake up the darkness with quirky silhouettes and abstract motifs. Black dining sets are lit from overhead by eye-catching lighting designs that burn through the blackness.
Visualizer: Hot Walls A white Doric column cuts thickly through the black and grey interior of this Moscow studio design, demanding the layout to work around it.
A modern sofa configuration is pulled around the base of the column, facing both toward the TV and into the room behind.
Solid oak flooring lightens up the decor scheme and introduces texture.
Vertical radiators blend into the dark backdrop, placed either side of an undressed window.
The black living room is a minimalist open plan that includes the lounge, a dining area, and a concealed kitchen.
An artistic modern dining room chandelier snakes across the dark space, burning brightly against industrial metal rafters.
A smooth wall of wood fronted cabinets washes warmth and lighter tone across the entire length of the room, with the TV mounted against one end.
Directional track lights highlight the wood grain wall, whilst leaving the black dining set in the shadows.
Single hung windows set narrow lightboxes into the stark backdrop.
A slatted screen separates the grey dining room from the home entryway.
The kitchen remains a secretive volume until it’s required for purpose.
At meal times, the wall of wooden storage opens up to reveal a section of kitchen shelving and base units.
Moody backlit shelves give the one wall kitchen the appearance of a wet bar, but a small hob in the worktop reveals its full function.
Visualizer: Amir Adilbekov Our second home design features much larger windows, but the interior design is made equally dark with charcoal grey and black elements.
A linear LED floor lamp interrupts the darkened room. A thinner LED ribbon strokes the top of the window wall.
KAWS statues loom out of the shadows, their outlines kissed by low light from the window wall.
A pair of oval coffee tables scoop out the centre of the lounge, their rounded bases darkening into obscurity.
A modern sectional sofa is separated into pieces to form the outline of the lounge layout.
The kitchen’s linear suspension light spans the entire length of a long stone island, which is set with an induction hob and the kitchen sink.
A wall of full height black cabinets is interrupted by a glass cabinet. Soft lighting illuminates the wine glasses stored inside.
The wine glass cabinet is set dead centre behind the kitchen island, creating satisfying symmetry.
Minimalist kitchen bar stools cut sharp silhouettes.
Architect: Anmol Gohil Visualizer: Anmol Gohil Brown accents interrupt the black and grey decor scheme of home design number three. A mocha coffee table lays down a circle shape theme that is repeated in abstract wall art behind the sofa. A novelty floor lamp introduces a sculptural element.
An area rug adds texture beneath the round coffee table, and a houndstooth pouf brings in bold pattern.
Quilted cushions pile up on the sofa, layering in extra comfort.
The pouf is seated close to the TV wall, which is fitted with custom built cabinetry. A nook is positioned low in the wall, replacing the traditional fireplace.
The dark kitchen falls back into the shadows, resting quietly alongside the lounge.
A home workspace attaches to the end of the one wall kitchen, separated out by an oven housing unit.
Visualizer: Leng Keng A halo wall light commands the black living room of home design number four. The light feature accentuates a KAWS statue by the home entryway and an industrial style rack for shoes.
Brown accents come into play here too, in the form of a modern sofa design.
The brown leather sofa looks light against a charcoal grey backdrop. White pampas and a white fluffy area rug further lift the scheme. A black Eames bird makes a stark addition to the pale stone coffee table.
White modern dining chairs lift the look of the black kitchen diner. Glass dining room pendant lights cause liquid-like reflections above the round dining table.
A brown floor bed is complemented by golden accents in the grey bedroom. A rugged black stone headboard wall features another sleek gold halo.
Visualizer: Renderoom Our final home design is a graphite and pale oak model. The living room area rug brings in a modern geometrical element.
Black and white artwork is propped informally against the foyer wall, creating a transition space between the entryway and the kitchen.
The black media cabinet and bookcase are one integrated unit, giving the wall a clean and simplified aesthetic. Coloured inserts break up the flat black stacks.
Indoor plants brighten the dark interior, and add height at the centre of the layout and dining room table.
A blue glass vase adds a subtle drop of colour into the monochrome room. Glass fronted cabinets give the dark kitchen a more open feel and a light reflective quality.

Stepping Softly Into Green Home Interiors Under 90sqm (With Floor Plans)
Softly, softly does it with these peaceful green accent interiors. The colour inclusions are pale and sparing layers upon peaceful and understated grey, white, and woodtone spaces. The green theme brings a hint of energy to the first floor living rooms of these two double story homes, and freshens second floor bedrooms and bathrooms. Each of the light modern interiors measure just short of 90 square metres, and we deliver the cleverly compact floor plans at the end of each tour.
Designer: N Team Studio A light sage modern sofa spans the full width of the living room in this 74.4 square metre apartment located in Kyiv. Its green line is emboldened by a long planter of large leafed plants behind it.
The modern staircase design starts just inches from the edge of the couch. In order to overcome the feeling of being crowded in, the staircase sports a transparent mesh siding. Stair lights brighten the stairwell further, and act almost as wall lights to the lounge. Precious space under the stairs is well utilised for storage.
A good sized media cabinet provides more space to stow away bits and pieces. The large white unit runs the full length of the TV wall, but a plinth light helps the piece feel a little more lightweight. Wood panels texturise the TV mount wall, with the same timber making up the top of the media unit.
Raw timber and pale walls give the small living room an airy and calming atmosphere.
The boxed indoor plants form a natural screen between the lounge and a breakfast bar, so that the sofa doesn’t feel uncomfortably overlooked by anyone who is eating there.
Stone grey bar stools scoop under the bar, peering through the green outlook.
A more formal dining area fits comfortably into a window nook.
A round dining table pushes up against custom banquette seating to form a compact breakfast nook.
One tiny dining pendant light adds just the right flash of finesse over the round dining table, which is topped with fruit bowls, candlesticks and a glass vase full of delicate wheat stalks.
Cabinets fit into the recess of the breakfast nook, extending kitchen storage.
The rest of the L-shaped kitchen is sliced through with a charcoal grey backsplash.
Warm white LEDs skim under the upper cabinets.
Upon climbing the wooden staircase, we come to flush white interior doors with slimline black surrounds.
One of the doors gives entry to a home office with a snug lounge.
A square coffee table with an indoor plant creates a homey entryway into the office, whilst an inviting window seat softens the far wall.
The home workspace hides away behind a deep support wall.
Green accents make a fresh minty addition to the attic bedroom. A green throw colours a made-to-measure floor bed design, which is situated right beneath the skylight for stargazing.
A bespoke dresser design rests lightly on the foot of the floor bed.
The walk in wardrobe is furnished with an emerald green pouf.
Green accents disappear inside a sharp grey and black bathroom design. Soft light emerges from around a modern bathroom vanity cabinet, and from a perimeter recess along the shower enclosure.
The subtle perimeter lighting effect is repeated in the small powder room.
First floor plan.
Second floor plan.
Designer: Zrobym Architects Located in the Logoisk district of Minsk, Belarus, this 90 square metre home employs a brighter tone of green to shake up grey and timber base decor. A bright mint and umber rug perfectly compliments the colourful round coffee table, which is the stylish 33 by Gruppo Tomasella.
An amber glass vase warms up a pure white sideboard, where white bookshelves climb a pale oak panelled wall. A black floor reading lamp and comfortable reading chair give the reading nook a stark contrasting aesthetic.
Sheer grey drapes hang lightly at floor to ceiling windows.
An open plan kitchen diner lines up in the space behind the sofa. Ribbed black siding makes a feature of the central kitchen island, and matches it to the fireplace wall in the lounge.
Modern dining room pendant lights make an impressive feature over the little dining spot, which projects straight off the kitchen island.
A simple glass carafe stands on the rectangular tabletop. Black dining chairs match its black powder coated frame.
Black framework characterises glass interior walls too, giving them strength and presence.
Inside the bedroom, a misty grey, white, and pale green palette paints a relaxing space. Small modern wall sconces meld with an exaggerated white headboard.
Wood effect panelling makes an attractive mount for a bedroom TV.
The end of bed bench is built right into the bedframe for a minimalist streamlined finish.
Clean and linear, a modern vanity unit is lifted clear of the floor in the downstairs bathroom. A ribbon of LEDs highlight a convenient recess in the wall above the vanity countertop, where a whole host of toiletries or decorative items can be housed.
A small indoor plant adds a sprig of greenery.
In the kids’ room, the green accent takes leave of absence and is replaced by dusky pink and blue accessories.
The upstairs family bathroom takes us back to the colour theme with a unique green vanity.
Grey stone slabs and white marble tiles break up the small space.
First floor plan.
Second floor plan.

Luxurious Home Featuring Floating Furniture Designs
Black and wood tone come together in delicious contrast in this large and luxurious apartment, located in Athens. Designed and visualised by buro511, this interior design is a completely cohesive scheme that sees the same colours, textures and materials run throughout every space in this high-end home. From black living room to dark and dramatic bedrooms, black bathrooms, and storage packed hallways, the design connection is on point. You will also see a floating furniture theme running through, in the shape of a floating effect coffee table, a floating kitchen, and bespoke floating platform bed designs. Even the bathroom mirrors seem to hover weightlessly in a warm halo.
A huge black living room stretches through the home, furnished with a long sumptuous sectional sofa and a coordinating chaise lounge.
An enormous square coffee table settles in the middle of the luxurious lounge, its solid wood mass seeming to float a couple of inches off the ground thanks to a recessed base.
Characterful home accessories dress the top of the coffee table, and a light cream rug beds beneath.
Majestic natural greenery comes into the room in the shape of a bonsai tree, which is held on a tall plant stand behind the deep chaise lounge. The effect of its tumbling foliage is doubled in towering mirrored panels.
The bonsai tree marks a transition into a small hallway in the home, where a wood effect door is camouflaged between matching wood wall panels.
Bespoke book stacks climb each side of the TV wall, with the base nooks settling on a long media unit that spans the full width of the room.
The mirror effect of the matching bookcases is echoed in a lounge chair arrangement behind the sofa, where two modern grey chairs face into a round coffee table by the fire.
At night, the flames of the fireplace warm the spot by the fireside, and soft lighting spills down over the book stacks.
Ten modern dining chairs surround an impressively chunky wooden dining table.
Floor to ceiling display shelves make an attractive dining room backdrop. Black panels cross between the shelves in varying widths to make an interesting feature, even if decor items are kept minimal. The panels also tie in with the solid black plinth on the dining room table design.
A linear suspension light crosses the dining room ceiling space. The fireplace hearth wraps around the partially dividing wall between the lounge and dining area.
Black doors front an expansive run of storage cupboards that start in the living room and continue all the way along the hallway. Modern spotlights extend down from the ceiling of the corridor on black cylinders.
There is a dramatic black U-shaped kitchen that seems to float, similarly to the coffee table illusion in the lounge. This time, the units have been wall mounted without plinths to magic the floating effect.
Wooden upper cabinets brighten, warm and texturise the colour scheme of the black kitchen. Wooden shutters dress a generously sized kitchen window.
A black backsplash works its way around the room, from a gas cooker hob on the right hand side return, to the an integrated black oven on the left.
A second run of wooden upper cabinets make a mirror image with the first.
The black storage cupboards from the hallway keep flowing along the back wall of the kitchen.
In the first bedroom, a Cesta dimmable lamp glows on the floor, lighting up the beautiful wood grain across made-to-measure units.
A headboard shelf has been cut into the wall of cabinets to create extra landing space for books and bedside bits, and to make up for the lack of storage beneath two neat bedside tables.
A floating effect platform bed pushes out directly from the headboard wall panels. The wood panelling creates a rich contrast against black fascias that cover the other half of the bedroom.
Grey runners warm up the floor on either side of the bed.
A floating wooden vanity table slices into the black TV wall decor. Wooden window shutters make a perfect pairing.
Black panels engulf a small powder room. Black fixtures blend with the surroundings.
A modern bathroom vanity stands out proudly against the dark decor, in a warm wood grain finish, with a matching towel bench. A backlit round vanity mirror seems to hover over the bathroom sink.
The second wood and black bedroom has an airier feel, thanks to dual aspect large windows–one of which is a glass wall ensuite.
A bespoke headboard design with integrated bedside units stretches wide across the room. Black wall shelves push along above the wooden headboard, as though they are emerging out of a dark night.
The glass wall ensuite bathroom helps the bedroom appear more spacious.
Another black panelled wall creates a smart TV mount. Bedroom doors are concealed within the panelwork.
The wood and black decor from the bedroom, and the rest of the home, continues into the ensuite master bathroom.
Flip out taps are concealed in the vanity shelving above an integrated black bathroom sink. Another illuminated vanity mirror highlights the wood tone wall.
LED strip lights make a recessed shelf glow inside a walk in shower.
A black wall mounted toilet blends with the dark bathroom decor.
A black flush plate, a bidet hand rinser, and a black toilet roll holder fall back into the black tiled walls too. A small wooden stool stands inside the black shower enclosure, matching with a wood slatted floor.
The last bathroom in the home is decorated in complete contrast to the previous two on the tour. This time, black large format wall tiles have been swapped out for cream counterparts, and a matching cream vanity unit is set beneath the illuminated wall mirror. However, the black theme of the home is brought through in the form of shower fixtures, toilet fittings and the same integrated tap and shelving unit found in the master suite.

Minimalist Interiors In Soothing Shades Of Grey, Beige And White
Cool, crisp and serene, these two minimalist home interior tours redefine the idea of a ‘welcoming’ space. Our modern world is a chaotic and fast paced environment with many distractions. We are plugged in and on the go 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so maybe simplification of our surroundings is what’s needed to quieten our minds. “Tidy home, tidy mind” many might say, and these calm and uncluttered interiors would certainly be conducive to a more present state, or even a meditative mindset. Let’s look at how to pare back to a minimalist aesthetic whilst still striking a stylish note with beautiful furniture and lighting, and uplifting natural elements.
Designer: Marra Group Visualizer: Marra Group Located in Kyiv, Ukraine, our first home starts in a cool grey and white living room. The modern sofa stands in a minimalist profile with a low back. The coffee table is simply the table top itself, laid flat on the floor for minimal fuss.
A tiny floor lamp shines bright enough at dusk, making a cosy reading corner and showcasing the large artwork that’s propped behind the arm of the couch. Thick grey curtains give the minimalistic room a sense of comfort and sophistication.
Dual aspect windows throw natural light into the bright room. A single white armchair has a beautifully curvaceous yet unfussy design; it also follows the floor hugging, sans leg furniture theme of the sofa and coffee table.
A modern fireplace wraps the chimney breast on two sides, which echoes the shallow L-shaped arrangement of the sectional sofa opposite, and the layout of windows in the room. The TV has been wall mounted above it, aligned perfectly to its left frame for streamlined simplicity.
Where the modern fireplace wraps around the return of the chimney breast, a neat log store has been recessed into the volume. The cut logs become part of the decor, adding attractive natural tone into the predominantly white scheme, and matching the coffee table top.
Custom cut mirrors fit edge to edge on the hallway wall, making it look twice its actual width.
A white staircase rises quietly to the top floor of the house without any fanfare.
The kitchen diner stands in open plan with the lounge.
Tall larder cabinets along the back wall have been given a flush built-in aesthetic. A white kitchen island takes up the centre of the floor, with the dining table set right by its side.
One super long thin bar suspension light spans the entire length of the kitchen island and dining table, linking them as one cohesive unit.
Pale dining chairs gain subtle visual warmth from their wooden legs.
The same pale grey curtains applied in the lounge draw closed across the kitchen windows too. Perimeter lighting casts an intimate glow.
Indoor plants bring life to the crisp staircase design.
Grey toned wood laminate flooring covers both the upper and lower floors, laying an easy flow.
Hardier white flooring covers the home entryway and kitchen area.
Up in the minimalist bedroom, a comfy beanbag chair makes a cosy and repositionable reading spot.
No decoration or extra furniture appears at the foot of the bed, only a wall mounted TV.
Perimeter lighting is tucked along the top of the TV wall.
The headboard of the bed doubles as a desk on its other side.
A comfortable chair sits at the sleek white desk.
A slimline desk lamp lights the minimalist workspace.
Moving into the minimalist bathroom, we find a double shower installation, and a freestanding bathtub for longer soaks.
Shower drainage is set right into the floor opposite a double sink vanity unit.
There is an extra window to the side of the bathtub, which looks through into the bedroom. A window blind can be pulled down for privacy.
Soap dispensers and bath bits are served on tree trunk side table by the bath.
Inside a single bedroom, a floor bed keeps the room looking ultra spacious.
The floor skimming bedside shelf links the bed base to the closet wall. A low hanging bedroom pendant light drops a spot light on the shelf, whilst LEDs highlight the headboard.
The wooden bedside is a slice of warmth in the pale room.
Wooden elements are consistent throughout the home.
In a second home workspace we find a floating desk–another way to avoid the visual chaos of furniture legs.
Designer: KDVA Visualizer: KDVA Our second tour takes place in a 65 square metre home in Moscow, Russia. GH10 was created for seclusion and comfort, focusing on simple forms and materials, natural light and airiness.
A white dining table set stands behind the grey sofa, flanked by white kitchen units and a white sideboard.
Architectural white allows the colors of sunrise and sunset, grey clouds and blue skies to reflect over the interior.
Two vases adorn the basic white dining table, with a red glass vase adding a tiny spark of heat.
Chrome coat hooks align vertically a tidy board in the clear hallway.
A sliding door leads into the bathroom.
The bedroom is home to a floating effect platform bed.
Floating bedsides continue the weightless illusion.
Sliding doors link the sleep space with the living room.
A beige bathroom scheme is simple yet comforting. White sanitaryware and bathroom furniture cut crisply through the neutral tone. A colour coordinated laundry basket stores fluffy white towels.

3 Red And Grey Modern Home Interiors In The Lap Of Luxury
Luxurious twists shape these three impressive red and grey accent modern home interiors. FInd a myriad of tasteful and classic touches teamed up with contemporary red furniture that’s made only for the bold and highly confident. Find colour coordinated modern art, airy open plan spaces laid out to perfection, precise panel molding, precious metallic elements, deluxe home lighting solutions, and bespoke installations. There is also a luxe marble trend at play in the rooms of these homes; marble covered furniture and special features appear in refined lounge areas and formal dining rooms, plus marble clad floors and installations in their beautiful bathrooms and kitchens.
Visualizer: ATO studio construction Red explodes from a modern accent chair into the smart monochrome living room of home number one. A sleek L-shaped grey sofa wraps two sides of the lounge area, defining it from the kitchen behind.
Mix and match nesting coffee tables make an attractive layered arrangement, with a small black table overlapping a luxe white marble tabletop.
A grey media shelf draws a glossy line through rich wood grain tv wall decor. It serves as a modern mantelshelf, loaded with an array of decorative items.
The unique kitchen design behind the living room sofa is home to a round dining table and chairs set. Black dining room pendant lights hang in a heavy trio above the eating area. Red artwork decorates the wall. The walls are lit up top with hidden strips lights to cast an atmospheric glow around the perimeter of the room.
Grey and blue accents create a restful colour palette inside the master bedroom. A set of three bedroom pendant lights float above a relaxing reading area by the window.
Gold strips thread through a textured feature wall behind the headboard, making a precious sheen.
The plush bedroom is reflected in a large mirror behind the reading nook in the window. Sheer white voiles blow at the windows.

Chrome covers the sides of an impressive freestanding bathtub, with a glorious shine that reflects the marvellous marble floor.
Visualizer: N Team Design An enormous red modern sofa expands through the light grey living room of home tour number two.
The red sofa modules snake back on themselves to make a double sided seating arrangement. A grey area rug peeps out from beneath half of the sofa, drawing attention to its wraparound nature. Panel molding adds an element of sophistication across the neighbouring walls.
Wood chevron flooring stops abruptly as the open plan room transitions into a kitchen diner space.

A gold side table and a golden vase embellish the living room.
Red, black and gold toned scatter cushions spice up one plain white sofa.
White marble forms a hearth across the full width of the room.

Coffee And Cream Interiors With A Swirl Of Sophisticated Style
No coffee break for us just yet, we’re too busy reveling in these two coffee spiked interiors, mixed into smooth and creamy backdrops. Sleek and sophisticated style fills the first modern home interior, which features a textured feature wall of milky waves – plus a very unusual fish tank that’s integrated into the kitchen peninsula. The second home tour edges more toward the minimalist spectrum, with uncluttered cream coloured walls, strong coffee accents, cool white accessories and touches of terrazzo that make it oh-so on trend. A little cool grey has been spliced in to create interesting contrast with the warm brown furniture finishes, and small nuggets of gold and copper enrich the simple scheme.
Two square coffee tables form the centrepiece of our first coffee colour living room. The coffee tables are set in front of an oatmeal modern sofa, with mocha colour cushions and an espresso throw. A coffee colour area rug holds the lounge arrangement together in the open plan room.
A tall glass chimney gleams above a modern fireplace that descends between the lounge area and the formal dining room. The flames flicker in the space between two sets of patio doors that lead out into the garden.
One cream wall of the living room is decorated with a large wall clock. The adjacent feature wall is covered in milky waves, which ripple behind a wall mounted tv, and a low level espresso colour media unit.

A matching set of lamps emit a warm and cosy glow.
