Follow Jiang Cheng and Nie Huaisang as they navigate the highs and lows of freshman year of college as they slowly fall in love over cooking disasters, adventures in extracurriculars, Lan Wangji as the world's worst roommate, and more. He decides that he can always leave another time and resolutely ignores the amusement that crosses Nie Mingjue’s face when he says so. (ghosts and reincarnations story)

Because this means that Nie Huaisang had known what was being said during every single one of the terrible suitor interviews. He’d heard all the rumors. The insults. The threats. Four entire years of it. (crow curse story)

Hall of Fame

Thanks to an idea from @eastofakkala we now have a Hall of Fame for works that have reached 10 or more comments since they have been submitted here. 15 or more in case of multi chapters (or an equivalent).

Those works get an (now >10) added behind the comment count section on the original submission and will be tagged with hall of fame. You can find the tag here, the works also get a bookmarker's tag on AO3 and there is an additional sheet on the google spreadsheet masterlist. So far there are 14 works in the Hall of Fame but more will be added gradually. Going through all 253 works that have been submitted so far is a lot of work, so please be patient.

Of course that dosen't mean you shouldn't comment on those works. This is supposed to be a little reminder, that people do comment on fan works and that some of these comments may have been made because of the Comment Exchange. Of course it can also help to highlight the other works, which haven't made it to 10 or more comments yet.

Through all the chaos, cooking misadventures, parties, and papers, Jiang Cheng and Nie Huaisang find themselves relying on each other to get through the madness. Slow burn, 100k, rated T.
