making amvs for shows with nice visuals is rly fun but its kind of easy bc half the work is done for u through the power of beautiful shot composition and good lighting. when someone makes an amv for a show that looks like dogshit thats when u know theyre truly in it for the love of the game

#like my riverdale or iwtv amvs kind of made themselves bc theyre stunning #when i was making torchwood and shadowhunters amvs that was real shit #911 is kind of in the middle bc its not very visually interesting but the shots are always clear and there are like a couple moments #a season (the shooting/some of the disaster episodes) that look rly nice so they give u that for free #spn kind of an insane task bc the early seasons are gorgeous and the later seasons are famously sitcom lighting #and truly to make that visually cohere is well difficult
