#adding clarity for those in the RB's who have difficulty with my addition to this post #most of the time I'm not going to put much up-front context into a RB chain because usually people don't want to read it #but in this instance it appears further context is appropriate #English is a horrible hellscape of a language even without specific neurological differences; I am sure it is far worse with #the intent of the post was not to counter that #a number of people expressed in past RBs that the chain was informative despite its tongue-in-cheek nature #I too found this post interesting and informative and given the comedic undertone made an addition in the same style #my comment comes from seeing the phrase in work emails between myself and others of a similar/greater educational level #it's about encounters with people I know who are part of my own community #bearing in mind that no #I would not call someone out over a small error like this whether inside or outside of the workspace #it would be rude and unprofessional to bring it up outside of the context of something like this (while quippish) resource post #most of us (save Known Assholes) in my community are decent enough to uphold dignity of members neurologically different from ourselves #I try to do so as well and I rely on that grace in turn #hoping this helps
