#When I was a kid I used to dig mud pits with my siblings#you know#just dig a hole#fill it with water#throw some of the dirt back in#and then go into the house to change into bathing suits and mom yells about you tracking dirt on the carpet#and then you go jump in the mud pit! yay!#The more I think about it the more I lean mud#yeah#blood is fun and sexy and stuff#but mud is actually my natural habitat#rich dark mud#a little reddish#I think it had some relatively high clay content too#and of course you have to befriend all the earthworms you meet while you're digging the mud pit#and relocate them to the garden before you fill the pit with the hose
