Being mundane on main again- finally caught up on all my kitchen chores for now. Wanted to do other chores but am kind of lacking resources so i dunno....
#lunch has been pork miso and rice with cucumber banchan#the other day was 1-11 so been having zanzai with grilled mochi for breakfast lol#dinner has been kind of whatever for now- I have some gyoza left#a dream has been to oneday do a giant gyoza day and make a gazillion of them myself to keep and freeze for like the year#but have just never been able to really do it#but it's on my list along with doing kimchi myself as well#once pork miso is done I think I will do fish soup again as I still have a done of it freeze dried in the fridge#and I still have half a daikon and some quickly spoiling mung beans do idk if they'll make it
