BACKGROUND

Aurora was born the daughter of Queen Leah and King Stefan. After years of struggling to bear a child, Queen Leah turned to ask assistance from Maleficent despite her husband being against it. Maleficent with her sorcery granted the Queen's wish to have a child in exchange that her Majesty invited Maleficent to her child's christening, to which Queen Leah agreed.

After Aurora was born, Queen Leah sent Maleficent an invite to her child's christening just as she promised, once again despite King Stefan disapproving the action. After Flora, Fauna, & Merryweather gave their gifts for the baby princess, it was Maleficent's turn to give her a gift. Her gift to Aurora was that she would have the powers of witchcraft after the sun sets on her 16th birthday, where she’ll prick her finger on the spindle of a spinning wheel which will allow Aurora to become a full-fledged witch.

While the Queen was overjoyed, the King was not, rather he did not was his child to be a part of the world of magic as he deeply feared it. Out of fear of his daughter becoming a witch, King Stefan ordered all of the spinning wheels were gathered and burned them in the royal courtyard. Worried that the King would limit their daughter, the Queen summoned the four fairies to her chambers and asked the three fairy sisters to watch over Aurora and have her practice witchcraft until she was sixteen. She also secretly appointed Maleficent to be Aurora's godmother in case the three fairies were working with her husband and try to stunt her progress.

And so, as dawn came that morning, the three fairies took Aurora to a cottage in the forest to raise her as their niece while Maleficent watched Aurora grow up from a distance.

Primrose is the familiar connected to the Maiden of Love. She was originally a dragon that was raised by Aurora after finding her in forest alone one winter. Primrose's appearance looks similar to a violet babydragon.

Primrose is often seen sleeping away, but when she isn't asleep, she can be very affectionate towards her maiden. She considers herself to be very graceful and elegant, almost like her first maiden. She loves food and nature as much as she loves to sleep.

Zexal Characters in 5D's AU: Durbe

-Durbe was, at one point, a popular Turbo Duelist. He rose to popularity incredibly fast for his relatively young age.

-His D-Wheel was known as the Mach Pegasus.

-However, Durbe also used to help former Satellite residents who had escaped to Neo Domino. He didn't see why Satellite was being left to rot.

-He was eventually caught, punished, and exiled to Satellite himself, where he ultimately died and came back as a Dark Signer.

-Used a Synchro version of Star Seraphs in life...which were corrupted Fortune Fairy/Fortune Lady style upon becoming a Dark Signer.

-He's bound to the spiral/snail geoglyph. (Something about old medieval manuscript art depicting knights fighting snails-)

-As a Dark Signer, he has a grudge against Dr. Faker for his role in the Satellite-Neo Domino divide.

-However, he's also one of the more level headed Dark Signers, frequently helping to manage the younger Dark Signers.

-When Vector snuck out to terrorize Neo Domino against orders, Durbe was the one who went to bring him back to Satellite.

-During the big confrontation against the Signers, he ends up squaring off against Shark in a Turbo Duel.

Zexal Month Week 5 Day 27: S is for Siblings

@zexalmonth Ok this was hard cause I love all the siblings in Zexal but I feel like I had to give it to the Tenjo boys Haruto is a precious bean that must be protected at all cost!!

Kaito had his eyes closed relaxing enjoying the soft breeze and shade of the tree he laid under before hearing familiar wheels and footsteps.

"Do you think he's asleep?" He heard his little brother ask quietly.

"M-M-Most likely Haruto-sama." He heard Orbital speak. "K-Kaito-sama's vitals are stable."

"Mm good he needs more sleep." Haruto whispered softly. "He works so hard even if it’s for himself now."

"B-But make no mistake Haruto-sama, K-Kaito-sama w-will always care about you." Orbital said.

"Hehe yeah I know he does." Haruto chuckled softly. Kaito heard Haruto sit down at his side yet didn’t make any notion that he was awake. He was curious about what Haruto and Orbital will talk about.

"Nii-san always took care of me even before we got dragged into the whole Numbers situation." Haruto replied softly. "And you would help him look after me too."

"K-Kaito-sama in fact built me originally as a n-nanny bot all to help raise you, b-but now I look a-after you both because y-you two are important in my life." Orbital admitted. Kaito couldn’t help feeling warm hearing this, he knew that he treated Orbital roughly and often pushed him well beyond his limits. But he trusted his creation to assist him in his Number Hunts and to help him look after Haruto. To hear Orbital speak his true feelings gave him a surge of fondness and pride.

"I care about you too Orbital." Haruto said happily. "You, Nii-san, father, and all the friends we made too. It's thanks to them we can even come back here to the villa and enjoy these days like we used to."

Kaito inwardly smiled agreeing with his brother. They wouldn’t be back here were it not been for Yuma and Astral he owed them a great deal and though he wouldn’t admit it. He truly saw them as friends and he will stand by with them through anything.

"And I'm gonna make sure to get strong too." Haruto said. "So that someday I can duel side by side with Nii-san and be just as great a Duelist as him."

"I-I'm sure y-y-you will Haruto-sama." Orbital agreed. Kaito smiled, opening an eye.

"It helps you have the drive for it." He said. Haruto and Orbital jumped and looked down at Kaito who looked at them, amused by their reactions.

"Nii-san! I’m sorry, did we wake you?" Haruto asked, worried.

"Don't worry I wasn’t that deep in sleep." Kaito assured with a smile, sitting up. He looked at Haruto and smiled gently, patting his head.

"How do you feel about me teaching you how to duel?" He asked.

"Really?!" Haruto gasped excitedly.

"You're well old enough to have a Deck at least." Kaito hummed. "I can make you your own Duel Disk and D-Gazer and Chris and I can help you practice."

Haruto cheered, tackling Kaito in a hug making Kaito grunt yet smile at how happy his little brother was.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you Nii-san!!" Haruto cheered. Kaito smiled fondly patting Haruto's head before he laid back down.

"But for now let’s just rest." He said. "You too Orbital."

"E-Eh?" Orbital yelped surprised. "B-But K-Kaito-sama-"

"Don't make me turn it into an order Orbital." Kaito warned with a closed eyed smirk. Haruto giggled while Orbital meeped but readjusted himself to settle next to the brothers.

"V-V-Very well Kaito-sama." Orbital conceded. Kaito smiled and relaxed holding Haruto close enjoying this moment as sleep took him.

Another idea of my boredom after I do all the Yuu’s as trainers. I add the legendary theme costume design (this time as my own concept and not looking at Pokémon based clothes)

My Yu-Gi-Oh! DM OC, Devan. A card designer for Industrial Illusions and, later, Kaiba Corp. Devan uses a Gemini Deck when dueling. LORE below!

In the ancient past, Devan's ancestor, Darius grew up in the village of Kul Elna alongside his closest friend, Bakura. When the village was massacred in order to create the Millennium Items, Bakura chose a path of vengeance, but Darius was chosen by the creator of light to stop Zorc. Using a powerful Ka, the Odd-Eyes Dragon, Darius was fated to become enemies with Bakura, whom he considered a brother once. In the modern day, Bakura retains his memories of the ancient past, recognizing Devan immediately as the descendant of his once-called brother from his odd eyes. Devan, who has no knowledge of their past relationship is confused as to why Bakura refers to him as "Brother." Throughout the story, Bakura attempts to convince Devan to join him in collecting the Millennium Items, but Devan consistently refuses, due to his friendship with Yugi. Devan also seems to have a handful of powers related to the Millennium Items, allowing him to invoke shadow games and sense the true nature of a person's soul. Most of his abilities seem to be a result of his past as a citizen of Kul Elna and it's importance in the creation of the items. After learning of his ancient past, Devan creates his new Ace Monster based on the Ka of his ancestor - "Odd-Eyes Dragon." While working for Kaiba Corp, Devan develops technology that he hopes will advance Kaiba's research into virtual reality. He creates a machine that he thinks will create a virtual world, but instead, thanks to his powers, the machine creates an opening to an alternate universe where the Spirits of Duel Monsters are real. Devan calls this machine the Duel Terminal and is inspired to create new cards based on the creatures and people he meets within it. The first monsters Devan attempts to bring into the game from Duel Terminal are the Dark World monsters. His initial attempts are met with many complications as he was unprepared for the consequences of turning real creatures into cards. The Dark World cards seem to have a will of their own and Devan deems them too dangerous for Mass Production. He attempts to lock away the cards, but they are stolen by another Kaiba Corp Employee, later resurfacing in the hands of a student at Kaiba's GX Duel Academy. Among the Stolen Dark World Card was also a Fusion counterpart to his Odd-Eyes Dragon - "Starving Venom Fusion Dragon." Devan's research within the Duel Terminal leads to him coming up with the idea for Synchro monsters. Collaborating with Kaiba, they attempt to create such cards, but are met with complications. Kaiba Corp's virtual systems become overloaded when they attempt to Synchro Summon and they spend years searching for a solution. They eventually land on a promising concept and create both the Moment Reactors and D-Wheels. One of the first Successful Synchro Cards Devan creates is another counterpart to Odd-Eyes - "Clear Wing Synchro Dragon". Which eventually ends up in the hands of a citizen of Neo Domino City in an area that later becomes known as the Satellite. Inspired by Devan's work on the Duel Terminal, Kaiba creates his own Virtual World known as Duel Links which, like Duel Terminal, ends up connecting alternate timelines together. After discovering the Zexal Universe, Devan is surprised to see that his concept for Xyz Summoning is already a popular mechanic in this world and yet another counterpart to Odd-Eyes is created by Devan - "Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon." Eventually all four of Devan's Dragons fall into the hands of an Entertainment Duelist named Zarc. More on that when we get to my Arc V OC's.

The Wheel of Fortune and game theme immediately reminded me of season 0, so I RAN with it! An au where instead of card games, Yuma likes to play all sorts of games! But one day the bully Shark decides to challange him to a game of chance, rigged in Shark's favour, and he snaps Yuma's precious Emperor's Key as he does so.

Everyone thinks Shark's won this.

No one knows that Shark's actions have invoked the anger of a lost spirit who has been hiding in the key since arriving on Earth a few weeks ago.

Nor do they know just how dangerous the serious, gentle-faced starboy is, as he begins his own game of fortune.
