Why do companies choose TPM approach ?
Before the TPM approach operator only uses the machine and the maintenance person is responsible for daily maintenance due to which maintenance people don't get enough time for preventive maintenance but after TPM they can Produce and Product in Less time, Less cost, Zero loss without affecting the quality of the product by involving satisfied employees.
TPM is a culture that focuses on improving the effectiveness of the plant, equipment and process through the empowerment of people to achieve perfect production.

No failure of village polls in all Marawi precincts: Comelec
MANILA — The Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Saturday reported that all 177 clustered precincts in Marawi City for the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) have opened and closed on time.
Comelec spokesperson James Jimenez said all polling precincts in the war-torn city have functioned.
“All polling precincts in #BSKE2018 in Marawi opened and closed on time, with 177 out of 177 clustered precincts reporting successful closing of the polls, as of 3:40 PM. #ZeroFailures,” Jimenez said in a statement Saturday evening.
Jimenez earlier said that elections are proceeding smoothly and polling precincts have opened on time.
He also said that no untoward incidents have been reported, as of Saturday noon.
“As of 11:30 today, field reports from COMELEC officials currently in Marawi City, directly supervising the conduct of the #2018BSKE in Marawi, indicate that all polling precints opened all time and the elections are proceeding smoothly with no untoward incidents,” Jimenez said in an earlier statement.
“No turn-out data is available at this time, however anecdotal reports indicate healthy voter turn outs,” he added.
Only one teacher in Barangay Paridi failed to report for duty on Election Day.
“A trained member of the PNP substituted and the precinct opened for polls on time,” Jimenez added.
There are a total of 50,893 registered voters for the barangay polls while a total of 25,491 are eligible to participate in the SK elections in Marawi.
Regular voters elected one barangay chairman and seven barangay kagawads while youth voters picked one SK chairman and seven SK kagawads. (PNA)

zerofailure replied to your post: I. can. not. fucking. wait. until I get...
Why not just get a radio? Its like $70 for it, $20 for installation kit and you can use it on your next car.
i have a radio. that's what i hate.
i'm so fucking tired of all the advertisement and all the DJs being like "you can't be kool unless you have this product/do this thing to change yourself."
i just want to listen to some fucking music and maybe occasionally hear some news or traffic reports.
i used to have one of those things that went in the tape deck and connected to your ipod so you could listen to that through your car stereo but then my tape deck stopped working.

AHHH! Okay I used to get reiki/acupuncture when I was younger and had a lot of issues with depression, etc. and it was one of the best things in the world for me
ya, it would be for my depression/anxiety. i had heard the word before in a medical/healing context but had no idea what it was before today. guess i'll give it a shot when i go back next week. it can't hurt, right?

zerofailure replied to your post: Don’t you find it fucked that straight girls post on here saying that they’re “into ftms” or that “they like girls and ftms”. I know for me it makes me question whether or not these girls would see me as a man and not a “girl who really wants to be a man”. Just a thought.
I’ve gotten the following generalizations which make me feel gross. Trans men are so brave. I like vagina. Trans men understand women better. Sometimes there’s the whole idea of trans men=masculine, and female masculinty is soooo hot.
I personally think it's an issue of generalizations, which you brought up, but I also think that it's more of a type thing. For example, I can't seem to connect with cismen. We don't have the same experiences, and as much as we want to sweep it under the rug, we DO have female experiences(touching on your "Trans men understand women better" portion). Maybe for them it's an issue of comfort, too.
On the other hand, as soon as someone says "girl who wants to be a man" or anything along those lines, I call them out on it(because it CAN be because they don't know LGBT etiquette), but if it continues to happen, they've gotta go. Along the same lines, you don't want to be fetishized either, which I've run into more times than you would think. That's not okay with me either.
You don't have to like ALL men to like transmen, though. Usually(for my experience), it's not about genitalia as far as attraction to transguys go. For example, I like girls. I like girls with dark hair, I like athletic girls, etc etc. Sometimes I like blondes. It doesn't always happen, but it's rare. For them, they like girls, they like transguys, maybe sometimes they might like cismen, but it's rare.
Hopefully that makes sense.
I'd like to hear from some folks who like girls and transguys, too.
Discuss?

Obligatory question mark?

Same-ish. Im on maybe 6 or 7 dating sites. Nothin. Have you tried meet ups? Going to a workshop could be a better option. The other people at least share the same interest.
i'm signed up on a ton but the only ones i've been to in the last 6 months are okcupid and compatible partners.
haven't tried meet ups. i've thought about it but idk i think i'd be too nervous to go alone....

zerofailure replied to your post: i havent been in a relationship in four and a...
Single for 4 years, never been on a good first date in those 4 years (good meaning leads to second date), and nobody fits the happy middle with trans stuff around here.
i use the term "date" loosely. i have actually only ever been one 1 date and it was with my ex almost 5 years ago... the people i was referring to from 2.5 years ago were really more like fuck buddies.
it's gotten to the point where i got a paid member ship to compatible partners (gay version on eharmony) in september. i've started talking to a few people on there but they always stop answering after a while.
i'm so fucking lonely it physically hurts sometimes.
