Here's a rip of a bootleg CD I bought from Japan years ago of the Summer Sonic 2009 show. It's interesting because it was captured from the bands IEM feeds so you can hear them talking amongst themselves and with the crew during the show. It has Death Before Disco, Kiss The Ring, and The Drugs in the set, probably the highest quality recordings of these songs live. There's a very sweet moment with Gerard and Bob in the intro track, it came to my mind when the news was announced and I thought others might like to hear it and hear one of the last shows they would play with Bob.

Here's another bootleg CD from Japan! This time from The Black Parade era, 10th January 2007 at Tokyo Zepp. Like the last one I posted this is captured from the bands IEM feeds so you can hear them chatting with each other and the crew through the show. Frank missed this show as he was ill so he's replaced with Todd Price here. This show was actually filmed and some footage was released that you can see here - [Youtube link].
