Eddie HATES it that that new pop star, ZTEEV is just PRETTY and his songs are catchy as hell.

@melonalemonade made the most awesome Hannah Montana AU Steve lore ever and I can’t stop thinking of the different ways Eddie would find out about Zteev and die

But like imagine Eddie trying to clean his room or maybe he’s just looking for something when he gets distracted and starts flipping through his yearbook. When he gets to Steve’s page he’s like, ah, what a pretentious fucker. No way he didn’t pay someone to make his portrait look better.

Eddie wants to deface it.

So he sets to work, armed with a sharpie and an evil grin on his lips. First he gives Steve the biggest nerdiest glasses. Then scribbles a porn stache good measure. Not so polished now huh, pretty boy?

He picks the brightest pink marker he can find on the floor of his bedroom and sketches long pink hair on him with bangs. Eddie snickers at his masterpiece.

Now, Harrington look stupid. He looks—

Wait.

Wait a goddamn motherfucking second, Harrington kinda looks like—

Pshhh, no way in hell. Eddie must’ve inhaled too much sharpie ink fumes. He tosses the yearbook across his room and goes to make himself a sandwich.

My Zteev HC? Eddie starts collecting Polaroids and photos he gets at concerts. Has a hoard of them on a shoebox under the bed. They weren’t much of a secret, that is until he finds out that it is indeed Steve Harrington, and he is horribly embarrassed to have so much visual evidence of how blind he was. And of having almost a damned scrapbook dedicated to his now boyfriend.

Late to the party but I loved the idea of the Zteev AU by @melonalemonade and have seen way too many Harry Styles tour photos too many times.

Can we please talk about how once Eddie learns about Steve’s secret identity he would take him to industry parties and Eddie would lose his mind meeting all his idles! Like he can’t believe he’s dating ZTEEV and he just met all the guys in Metallica?!! This au is such a big brain idea
