Asaka Manato was the first to play the lead role in Top Hat at the Takarazuka Revue. Her performance made a significant impact. Later, Yuzuka Rei revived it in 2022, bringing her own style and energy to the character, which attracted more people to the production.

gonna answer some questions here first:

if you want to know more about takarazuka, there’s quite a lot of fans to guide you through but also check Takawiki: https://www.takawiki.com/ it’s a fanmade wikipedia that’s very elaborate. i also relied (and still am relying) on it in my early fandom days when i don’t know much about them yet! i also have a list of shows where you could watch yuzuka rei subbed shows. they’re on my pinned post so i suggest you could go give it a follow and check out stuffs you want (passwords are required for watching, so pls dm me!)

my favourite in takarazuka is yuzuka rei, thus making this fanpage. my home troupe is flower troupe as obvious as it is. but i encourage fans that there’s much more worth discovering because there are so many other siennes and troupes!!! so really go exploring and navigate your way <3 (i can talk about rei for hours on dm lol!)

so like a week ago i discovered who Yuzuka Rei was and what the Takarazuka Revue theatre troupe was and honestly I’m hella obsessed.

I still don’t know too much about the theatre troupe though so if anyone would like to tell me more about them I would totally be down!! (Ik I can research myself but tbh it’s more fun talking abt things w other ppl)

Oh also if anyone has any places where I can watch their shows please do let me know!!

(Also like woah,,, yuzuka rei is so cool and talented!! I would love to know the other members as well to find more actors I enjoy watching!! So please do tell me your favourites in the troupe and tell me all about them!!)
