Other things to keep in mind:

Blue Lock is supposed to be set in mid/late 2018, and the current events we see take place in 2019. Given that the series has an official setting and official ages with confirmed passage of time with people aging as their birthdays pass, characters should be born during the years listed above.

However, the birth years of certain adults (see above) can be iffy simply because there is a lack of information about them and the exact timeline of events occurring in the series. (E.g. it is known that Isagi turned 17 sometime around the PxG match, but it is unclear whether or not Noel Noa's birthday has also passed despite his birthday being the day after Isagi's.)

What is certain are the birth years of the U-20 players and the Blue Lock participants because U-20 players cannot be older than the maximum age of 20 in the year of the competition to qualify, so their oldest has to be born sometime in '99 to be able to play. As for the Blue Lock participants, the original 300 players were selected from a pool of high schoolers, so they have to be between 15-18, as Japan only has three years of high school, with each grade having a specific age range due to how the school year is arranged to start in April and end in March, as such, 1st years are always 15-16 years old, 2nd years are always 16-17 years old and 3rd years are always 17-18 years old, so everyone had to be born between '00-'03.

Extra things that came to mind as I wrote this:

— As it is currently April in Blue Lock, the 3rd year boys are technically graduated from high school, and the 1st and 2nd years should be the 2nd and 3rd years now. — Depending on how far into April it is, Yukimiya could be or turn 19. — The boys would be around 20-25 years old irl rn.

LOVELY TO SIT BETWEEN COMFORT AND CHAOS

This was routine, something that happened everyday like clockwork. Sneak away from school at lunch, make the ten minute walk to Asahi All Boys High School and wait by the gate. It was simple enough and especially easy when the promise of seeing my boyfriend was involved. Well he was the only reason I started this habit.

I come to a stop in front of the school's gate, taking in the familiar sight of an empty front area and the barren, slightly graffitied building. I run my hands over my uniform, smoothing out any small creases. My gaze is fixated on the building, waiting patiently for Yukio to emerge. A breeze brushes past me, the fresh leaves on the branches of the trees rustle in movement. Despite it being spring, the air still carries the remaining chill of winter. It reminds me of him.

As many times as he had told me it wasn't entirely safe for me to show up here, he never stopped me and always came out to the front gate around the same time I was expected to arrive. Even if he won't openly admit it, I think he enjoys seeing me during the day and not just in the morning and afternoon, when he walks me to and from school. Recently, he has been sneaking me into the classroom he'd claimed. Spending the small time we have together in there, him practicing his most recent melody on his guitar and just talking about each other's day or what we might do after school. When I'd brought up that it was probably more dangerous for me to be inside of the school, he simply shrugged and said he wouldn't let anything happen to me.

It'd been about a year since we started dating, he'd always been a quieter, yet passionate person. He always tried his best to make me feel valued, especially after he had bluntly told me he was in love with me four months into our relationship. Which I, of course, reciprocated. I'd kept everything he'd ever gotten for me and loved them like it was a small piece of himself, even drying the bouquets of flowers he got me occasionally, displaying them on my bedroom wall above my desk. For our six month anniversary, he had written me a song and played it for me while we enjoyed the sunset on the beach. It was the most romantic thing I'd ever experienced, knowing how much effort he put into our relationship only made me fall harder for him.

I'm drawn back to reality by another gust of cold air and I turn my head towards the school once again, taking note of a few students on the roof waving at me, I give a friendly wave back, immediately recognizing the seven figures. I'd met Yukio's band of friends many times before, the first being when he had brushed them off to come meet me at the gate and they followed him out. Now every time I come by at lunch, they appear up on the roof of the school, giving an acknowledging wave and a few teasing yells to their friend.

Finally as I look back towards the entrance of the school, I see Yukio. His signature spiked hair and glasses are so familiar to me now, even after seeing him without either before. It's so natural the way a small smile rises to my lips as he mirrors my expression. He comes to a stop in front of me, bringing his hand out to grasp mine softly.

"Hi sunshine, were you waiting long?" He asks with a bob of his head as he talks. Using his free hand to pushes up his glasses that began to tilt down slightly, fixing his gaze on mine.

"No, only a few minutes" I respond, a shake of my head following, my skin warming against his touch. I can smell the scent of a cigarette on him as I inhale a short breath, it mixes with the smell of the pine that seems to linger on him from the soap he uses.

"A few minutes too long, it's not safe for you to be out here alone" His voice is as soft as ever yet it holds the protectiveness that seems to cling to him. I let a small smirk cross my lips as he looks down at me in seriousness.

"You say that every time and yet you complain when I'm not here by the time you come out" I remove my hand from his, crossing my arms over my chest as I shoot him a playful look.

Yukio looks down at where our hands were once joined, his palm still lingering in the air. His gaze is then on me, expression as if I'd just spat in his face. I narrows my eyes at him, trying to read his facial features. He looks between my crossed arms and his hand for a few seconds and before I can respond, he crosses his arms over his chest as well, mirroring my stance.

"What? You got a problem" My voice is light as I joke, unfolding my arms as he shakes his head in a stiff jerk. His face seems as neutral as usual but I can see the small, suppressed smile that curls at the corner of his lips.

"No, not at all" He stops for barely a second, looking out at the street defiantly. "My girlfriend just doesn't love me anymore is all" He says as calm as can be while my jaw drops, my mouth agape as I stare at him. And although he refuses to look at me, the restraint of his forced ignorance is visible in the way he sways in his spot.

"You can be so dramatic sometimes" I respond with a giggle, his behavior more than amusing right now. I step towards him to get in his line of sight but he begins to slowly turn away once again. I persist as we carousel around each other, him turning around as I follow and try to meet his gaze, going one way then the other.

"Hey!" I laugh out in surprise, stopping in my tracks as he turns directly to me and places his hand on my forehead. A smile breaks from his lips and I can't help but enjoy it, there was always something so surreal about seeing him grin so widely, like I was in a dream. It was rare for him to break his apathetic and closed off exterior, but it was always show stopping when it happened. He'd never failed to charm me by just being himself, not that I think he'd ever take credit for it.

He's lets his hand slide down to my cheek, his palm warm against my skin once again. His expression softens and he looks at me like I'm the only thing that exists to him and maybe I'm starting to believe I am. His thumb strokes over my cheek once, before he removes his hand completely, placing it into his pocket as he offers his elbow to me. I circle his arm with a smile, remembering we still have our routine to complete. Go to the corner store, get something to eat and enjoy it together before we have to go back to our respective areas.

"And I do love you, thank you very much" My voice comes out in a small huff as we begin our walk. He keeps his steps in time with mine, taking care to not go too fast. "I promise" I add softly, sincerely.

His only reaction was the small smile that rises to his lips again, the tilt of his head downwards to hide it and the way he brings his arm closer to himself, drawing me closer into his side. I smile as well, a mutual understanding that we know, know that it's true and that it's what seemed to overwhelm both of us everyday. I lean my head on his shoulder, our walk continuing as the world around us passes.

Katsie - Big spoon. Katsie bribes Nikei with cuddles. Plus, her chest is literally better than a pillow (quoted by Nikei Yomiuri).

Hana - Uhm- None? Syobai will barely ever cuddle. (If we don’t count the canon, both)

Ririka - Both technically. Older Tsurugi is a little spoon (y’know, legs) while younger Tsurugi was a big spoon.

Natsu - Hard to say. Barely ever cuddles but I guess both.

Wilana - Little spoon because Yamato mfing moves in his sleep.

Akita- Like Ririka, both, but the other way around. Older Yuri is a big spoon, younger Yuri was a small spoon.

Blue Lock's characters' Suns (2nd verse)

Et voila, I went and fished out the Suns of all the characters (let's call them main okay, in my heart they are whops) and in orderly order:

As might be expected only two Aries Suns, respectively: Jinpachi Ego (I mean, calling an Aries "Ego"? Oof) and Yoichi Isagi.

Again, only two Taurus Suns ("only" so to speak): Seishiro Nagi and Kenyu Yukimiya.

Here's the real surprise: no Gemini Suns. Actually, almost no position in Gemini, whether Moon or Mercury or Venus or Mars. Since this is a sport of technique as much as power, I expected to find some.

Anyway, unto the next best thing---Cancer Suns. Jesus, how many and how crucial they are to the plot. The next time you feel ashamed that you were born in late June or mid-July and can't brag to all your friends that you have a cool sign, think of the animal that most represents you (and it's not a fucking crab, please be serious): the alligator.

Here we have: Gurimu Igarashi, Ryusei Shido, Shoei Baro, Aiku Oliver, Yudai Imamura.

Leo Suns shine here, too: Meguru Bachira, Reo Mikage, Anri Teieri, Tabito Karasu, Tokimitsu Aoshi.

Sole exponent of Virgo Suns, Rin Itoshi. Blatant.

Incredibly few Libra Suns, and interestingly we have Sae Itoshi and Jingo Raichi, born on October 10 and 11, respectively. Canonically. Go figure.

Given the level of intensity and constant metamorphosis being one of the central themes of the manga, I thought more Scorpio Suns would appear. We do have four, two expected: Okuhito Iemon and Wataru Kuon; two unexpected: Jyubei Aryu and Tsurugi Zantetsu.

Sagittarius Suns, four: Yo Hiori, Otoya Eita, Hibiki Okawa, Yukio Ishikari, Keisuke and Junichi Wanima. Unimpressive so far. Then again, Sag placements crop up everywhere in these natal charts. Especially Sag Mars.

As Capricorn Suns, Gin Gagamaru, Aiki Himizu, Nijiro Nanase and Hyoma Chigiri. Good for you Hyoma, good for you (Capricorn rules over the bones btw. Just sayin').

Only one Aquarius Sun, master manipulator Niko Ikki. Rightfully, he's the sole survivor of his team since he was the one orchestrating the goals from behind-the-scenes.

Kiko Mirtai was basically controlled and ordered around by her own parents when she was young. Despite being 'perfect' for her parents, her parents only loved her sister.

Emi Aoki was probably treated best out of the others. The rest of her family, excluding herself and two other siblings, were all health-nuts and extremely strong. Those same two siblings, supported her and agreed with her sewing career.

Katsie Ode was forced to act and seem like a boy as a small child by her mother, due to her mother wanting a boy instead of a girl. Her father treated her with kindness, he was the one that got her into her passion for books and writing. She also had a quite good relationship with her little brother.

Hana Nakoti was probably the second best in being treated. Her parents loved her, while her aunt and uncle hired her. Though, she had a best friend since she was ten, and the friend ended up betraying her, causing her to have trust issues.

Ririka Outa had quite the terrible family. Her parents were divorced, her older brother faked his love for her while her father and step-mother hated her, and she was separated from the other two, the ones who truly love her.

Natsu Tosaki was horribly bullied as a kid. She also protected her siblings from being hurt/injured by anything. Her father got her to bring up her strength and self-esteem with hard police cases, which got her into investigations of crime scenes.

Wilana Ninuto had the best childhood, from both family and school life. Sure, she didn’t have any actual parents, but she still had an aunt caring for her. Most of the time, she was over seas with her cousin and aunt. Usually, Wilana was the one controlling the ship, but mainly was helping around the ship.

Akita Lanani had quite the adventurous life. Well, it was just her and her uncle. They were both extreme adventurers and explored every nook and cranny of abandoned places.

Toshihiro Riko, or Toshi for short, had quite the sad story. He was already living on the streets with his little brother. He always found and returned lost wallets, and the people usually gave him some money for returning it. When he was around 13, he found out his grandfather was dying and running a large, but toxic, business. He grew close with his grandfather, up until he had passed away. When Toshihiro was 14, he vowed to always give away his earnings.

Yukio Asahi had quite a neutral childhood. He only had female figures caring for him, as well as a little sister to care for. The male figures, like his father and grandfather who were dead, had become artists, famous ones in fact, which caused Yukio to be a painter.

Ryo Minori had quite the horrible past. He didn’t have a proper family, his mother and father had already passed away before he even knew them. He was raised just by his aunt. During middle school, he met Hana and his, now ex, girlfriend. For years, she abused him, but he didn’t know any better. When Hana found out about this, she suggested for him to breakup with her. When he had done that, she had gotten too far by shattering glass on his eye. He was sent to the hospital and had to be blinded in the eye. He swore to himself that he wouldn’t find love, at least, for quite a long time.

Oh sweet mother. These babies have really gone through the ringer, huh? Lemme give them all the hugs and adoration they deserve, even those who had good/decent childhoods
