Deep in the heart of every woman is the desire to be pursued. Whether it's romantic, friendship, parental, or even from strangers....we love to feel like our presence is desired by someone else. While that desire is certainly inside of me, I am learning to look for it in others. I am watching other women and looking for ways to meet that need in them. I have found that it's so easy to do this with the opportunities I've been given. I'm learning the skill of finding beauty in others and calling it out in them. To see the gifts that someone else possesses and telling her she would would be good at what I do. This is how we change the stigma of the industry I am a part of.....to pursue women with a genuine heart that let's her know her presence is desired. #youmatter #youaredesired #standtallandflourish
