Current me (19) and 12 year old me on the couch, feet up on the table, watching a Sonic Boom episode together.

19: “You know, in 8 years you’ll be writing fanfics about Eggman having a boyfriend.”

12: “Eggman has a boyfriend?”

19: “N-no. But he should! Hence, I—you…we write stories with him having one.”

12: “Who would be his boyfriend?”

19: “Actually, he’s not in Boom at all. His name is Stone and he's from the Sonic movies. But he should exist in the Boom! verse, hence why I’ll, well I suppose, you’ll end up writing fanfics about that.”

12: “…there’s gonna be a Sonic movie?”

19: “Movies. And they will be epicly awesome.”

12: “Can't wait!...So, what’s fanfic?”

19: “Uhhh...remember that pony story you wrote in grade 4 about you and Twilight Sparkle defeating an evil wizard by turning him into a muddy pig?”

12: “Yeah?”

19: “It's gonna be like that." *sips frozen raspberry drink*
