But they find it hard to voice this, because they know it must be hard for you to accept that your holidays will be spent alone with them rather than your family.

-`♡´- Yes the room might be all fine a dandy, but where you are located is a whole different subject.

-`♡´- As we all know Chrollo just doesn’t stay in one spot, but you will. He places you in a comfortable little cottage in the middle of nowhere. Even if you were to find a way to escape it’ll be hard find civilization.

-`♡´- He makes sure to check up on you every week, and if not evey week, every month. Chrollo knows that he’s not able to stay with you for long periods of time, so he make sure that your stocked up on every type of food you want. Water and supplies that will last you a while. In that case that’ll you’ll rarely run out of anything.

-`♡´- When Chrollo is there with you. He’s clingy. Not so much in a physical way more of a “Where are you going now?” Or “Why are you always getting up and leaving me. (Name)?”

-`♡´- Yes he gives you your freedom, but don’t get to happy. He has eyes everywhere. You can go outside, but he almost is always watching you.

-`♡´- He’s one of the people on this list that constantly has you under surveillance.

-`♡´- If you do decide to have the balls and leave. Once he finds you he will strip you of everything he gave you. Your no longer staying in the nice cottage he placed you in, you get any food that he gives you like it or not, and you going with him everywhere 24/7. No brakes. If you decide to be hostile that’s when Chrollo has to inforxe punishments.

-`♡´- Punishments can include spankings, restriction of food, No baths, etc. Anything that could make you dislike him for a while, and show you not to do it again.

-`♡´- Chrollo could never want to physically hurt you. He’d only do it if you decided to escape, and you run.

-`♡´- The only thing he’d do is break your legs. In order for you not run for a while.

-`♡´- Will not force himself on you unless you want it. He doesn’t want to scar you for life he just wants you to love him.

Danger level 4/10. Probably one of the most chill and nice ones on this list.

Shalnark:

-`♡´- I’m sorry for you really. He’s a meanie. Dressing you up in clothes he thinks looks cute on you. Mocking you when you say you don’t want to do something. When you beg, and cry for him to stop doing something he just continues.

-`♡´- He also treats you like his personal doll. Something that he can play with.

-`♡´- Shalnark most likely has you placed somewhere he visits often, or at his own home. He also has you chained up unlike Chrollo who lets you roam freely.

-`♡´- He is another one that is on the go very often, but he’ll stay with you if he has the opportunity.

-`♡´- He’s also the clingy type. He leans more on the physically side more than any one else on this list. Randomly hugging you from behind, kissing your neck when you two are on the couch, threatening to stick a pin in you if you decide to fight his affection.

-`♡´- He’s one of the people on this list that likes when you do domestic duties. He even buys you cute little aprons, and other supplies to help out.

-`♡´- He tells you ahead of time when he’ll be arriving home so you can greet him like the good little darling you are he wants you to be.

-`♡´-Will drug you if you become to hostile or try to fight him. He sees it as a win win situation. You’re calm but also vulnerable to him.

-`♡´- He’s a pervert :(. He gets in the shower with you . He’ll randomly take his clothes off and jump in with you offering to wash your back and clean your face. He touch your ass randomly too no matter how big it small it is. He thinks it’s soft. When he showers with you he expects you to do the same with him, and if you don’t suggest or ask to wash his back he’ll get pissed off and take it out on you.

-`♡´- He’s also one of the ones on the list that will force themselves onto you. He’ll do it while you’re unconscious though. And if you unlucky and your conscious while he’s doing it he isn’t as rough as you might think. He’s aware that you’re fragile.

-`♡´- When he’s doing while you re conscious he’ll mock you. He’s thinks your tears are so adorable.

-`♡´- He will kidnap you he won’t try to give you freedoms. Although he will give you access to social media. You can play games and even have a phone.

-`♡´- Don’t try to contact the police or any friends. He’ll know and you can’t do that anyway. He’s already ten steps ahead of you with that. He either locked all access to that or he disabled it.

-`♡´- Danger level 7/10. Will stick a pin in you if you piss him off enough.

Uvogin:

-`♡´- Awe man. He’s not as bad as you might think. He’s at heart a real sweet heart. Though he has audacity to act like your in a perfectly normal relationship he has his moments where he snaps back into reality.

-`♡´- You most likely go everywhere with him.

-`♡´- Uvogin is very clingy for his size. It doesn’t matter what size you might be. He is larger than you.

-`♡´- He takes you everywhere he goes. He another one on this list that thinks you feel the same way about him. Honestly it looks pretty sad when he realizes from time to time that you actually hate him.

-`♡´- If I could give you any advice it would to never try to escape. He another one on this list that will lash out, and hurt you physically. He does not care how much it hurts he will choose to punish you if you upset him enough.

-`♡´- Even though Uvogin has his moments he knows what boundaries are. He gets it. If you’re not in the mood right now he’ll back off.

-`♡´- For punishments he won’t just lash out on you randomly. He’ll only punish and harm you if you give him a reason.

-`♡´- He actually loves you. He wants you to be happy not just comfortable. He’ll try to ask you if want something or if there something particular that you might be looking at.

-`♡´- He gives you freedom to wonder around the town you two are currently staying, or even travel somewhere.

-`♡´- Like Shalnark you can have a device or devices of such. He won’t lock or block any number on your phone. He won’t even go through it.

-`♡´- Uvogin’s mere appearance is enough to tell someone to fuck off. And if that doesn’t work he’ll just simply kill them. It’s your fault anyway you couldn’t keep your mouth closed.

-`♡´-Honestly if you just don’t do anything to piss him off you’ll be fine.

-`♡´- Danger level 6/10. Not really dangerous unless you provoke his anger.

Feitan:

-`♡´- He’s the worst person to be stuck with on this list. Most people headcannon Feitan to be a Sadist but I think he both a Sadist and Masochist.

-`♡´- He just plain awful. He finds ways to toy with you when he’s bored. He’ll take down to his torture chamber, and take a finger nail or two off, and maybe a couple of teeth out.

-`♡´- When he’s not doing that he’s violently fucking whenever he feels like it.

-`♡´- Feitan loves you. He’s going to do things you don’t like. Feitan hasn’t felt this kind of love for anyone so he’s going to think of you as a threat. Something that is getting his head. You cloud his thought 24/7. It irritates him.

-`♡´- “C’mon pretty want to see your face.”

-`♡´- Worse part about this is that he has that shit eat grin on his face the whole time.

-`♡´- Sometimes. Just sometimes he’ll unchain you and let you roam around the house.

-`♡´- He keeps you in his room chained to his bed. Only when he get bored and takes you to the basement or when annually lets you walk around the house after dinner is when you get let your legs breathe.

-`♡´- All in all Feitan is a danger to society, and you.

-`♡´- My advice to you is to escape, and don’t get caught. If you do he won’t kill you, but you will have zero limbs. Sorry. :(

-`♡´- Danger level 8/10 he’s not that bad, but just be careful what you say. And follow every single one of his orders.

Nobunaga:

-`♡´- Nobunaga is delusional. Wants you around his 24/7 will never let you go. Want some space? Wheat is that again?

-`♡´- Will pout like an immature child if you don’t give him what he wants. He one of the people in this who will expect you to have sex with them sorry.

-`♡´- Will show you in physical affection how much better loves you.

-`♡´- He also one of the few you can manipulate very easily. Nobunaga is blind with his love for you. Simple kisses or hugs that you give him willingly instead of the one-sided affection that is usually there will leave him feeling like you actually love and care for him.

-`♡´- Will force himself on you. Actually cares if you cry. He’ll stop or if he doesn’t stop he’ll go slower. He also wants you to enjoy yourself. He can be a little selfish when it comes to pleasure, but if you ask him nicely to give you more attention he’ll be more than happy to give it to you.

-`♡´- Very nagging. If don’t give him your attention 24/7 he’s gonna be pretty pissed. He’ll drag you to the nearest bedroom, and show you how much attention he wants.

-`♡´- He will never physically hurt you. Punishment can include taking away baths or Tv privileges. (I know 😭)

-`♡´- If he does end physically harming you it’ll be spankings. Not as hard as Chrollo might be.

-`♡´- Danger level 5/10. He’s very good at finding you if you ever try to escape. So don’t.

Pakunoda:

-`♡´- She constantly gets you gifts etc.

-`♡´- She keeps you in a nice ass penthouse that she lives in. You can roam around you can even go outside, but she sometimes prefers you just go out with her. At least she goes out pretty often.

-`♡´- She likes it more when she’s making you happy rather than uncomfortable.

-`♡´- She’s also another one that’s overly clingy

-`♡´- She’s sweet, but she’s the type to kill on of your friends to show you she means business when it comes to your behavior. Don’t worry she’ll make it up to you by getting you your favorite animal. :)

-`♡´-Can’t outsmart her, and don’t even try to think of plans to escape. She’ll find out every single plan and tell you to not even think about it.

-`♡´- Won’t physically hurt you, and can’t bring herself to do that ever.

-`♡´- Doesn’t like it when you hostile or when you get angry. She’ll do her best to calm you down.

Phinks:

-`♡´- He’s sweet, but he’ll still beat your ass if you fuck up enough.

-`♡´- He’s sorta like Uvogin when it comes to patience. He has a very short patience span.

-`♡´- He wants you to be happy of course, but he also wants you to obey him. You have to always be self aware of your body language and attitude around him. He notices everything literally.

-`♡´- He clingy but in a suffocating way. You get up to get water and he is constantly asking where you’re going. You’re better off stating it before you get up.

-`♡´- Piss him off even the slightest and it’s back to the basement for you.

-`♡´- He likes it when you approach him first about things. If you want something just ask, and you’ll most likely get it. That all depends on you behavior though.

-`♡´- You’ll be fine. Just make sure you stay out of his stuff. He probably won’t tell you he’s a troupe member unless you find out.

-`♡´- Danger level 6/10 just because he’ll break your legs if you piss him off enough. Not the worse on the list though.

Kurapika:

-`♡´- Probably one of the most delusional ones on this list.

-`♡´- Because of his lack of social skills he probably won’t be aware of you liking him.

-`♡´- He probably the only one on this list that wasn’t stalking you beforehand and actually knows you in ways you didn’t know he did.

-`♡´- He won’t exactly kill his rivals. The only time he’d go out his way to kill them if they threaten or harm you.

-`♡´- Will most likely not have you in any harm. Unlike other people on this list.

-`♡´- Wants to have children in the future with you if you would like it.

-`♡´- Won’t force you into anything, and won’t make you be anything you wouldn’t want to be.

-`♡´- He likes the way you say his name so he’ll get you to say it multiple times a day.

Here's the scenario: They haven't seen their s/o in a decade, ever since they got put in prison. The rest of Troupe managed to break them out, and they go on the search for their s/o.

However, they encounter their son/daughter—who was eight the last time they saw them—now an adult and full-pledged hunter. Their child tells them that they'll defeat them and put them back into prison in the name of justice, which is sad because before they were captured and put into prison, they used to be very close.

Machi

Eyes the color of a cloudless sky meet those dissimilar to them yet all too familiar at the same time for as many reasons as there are stars during the time of midnight. The young man’s eyes share the same hue as yours, yet have the same type of glare Machi used to always use on you to keep you in line, to prevent you from doing anything stupid. 

“Komacine. I shall strike you down if it is the last thing I ever do.”

Machi is not scared, just disappointed, in both her son and you. 

“Oh?” But she is also happy because, for the first time in nearly ten years, she can see the image of her son and you, both within her grasp where you both belong. “You don’t mean that, do you?”

Her words made the young man’s sword be held up even higher, but she was still not afraid.

“I shall, Spider, that is a promise.” But deep within those eyes, there is regret and sorrow, Machi thinks.

“Is that any way to talk to your mother?”

Her son merely snarls like a wild animal, still having his weapon raised high. “You aren’t my mother. You’re just yet another piece of evidence of all the wrongs there are to be righted in this world.”

From the corner of her eye, Machi sees you wearing a pink apron through the window, seeming to be humming to something while peeling some potatoes, carrots, and onions. She would have made her way into your home by now, if your son hadn’t at that exact moment opened the front door, which had immediately set off his Nen detection.

“Am I not? You look just like the little boy I used to take to the playground all the time, all those years ago. The games we used to play, your favorite one being… hmm…” She put her thumb and pointer finger under her chin, pinching it lightly.

“That was then and this is now, Komacine. I will kill you for what you did, all the people you hurt and murdered in cold blood.” 

Choosing not to pay any clear attention to the threat, Machi simply thinks back to all the past moments, so bittersweet like her favorite tea blend.

“Ah… it was hide and seek, wasn’t it?” From the sound of silence, she knows she is right. “Shall we play that one now? …Would you like that?”

No answer is to be heard.

Shizuku

Shizuku turns her head to the side, confused. 

“Why are you attacking me?” Did she do something wrong? “Why do you think? I know you have a bad memory, but try to use that brain of yours, Spider. For your good.” This man looks familiar, but from where?

Then she realizes, as the moonlight shines on the tops of both of their heads, showing the eerily similar hues of ink black. She smiles, and the moonlight also shows how wide it is, much to the horror of the young man.

“Ah! You’re my son, all grown up! Gosh… the years have flown by, haven’t they?”

She chuckles as she reminisces about old times, full of sentimentality.

“We should have a game night, just like those times! Oh, to see your mother again as she plays with us… it would feel like a dream, wouldn’t it?” To see how you have matured too, just like your son, both from the inside and outside, is a sight that would make Shizuku’s heart burst with love. Even though you are all ten years older, she is sure that you are still as beautiful as ever.

It feels and sounds like a threat, but is it? Shizuku does not lie, and her threats are always nonexistent, anyway.

He prepares to run just in case it is and is real, though.

Pakunoda

In an instant, she gets closer than he can blink and puts a finger to his lips.

“Shush. Calm down, please. I love you both, and I always will.”

Little by little, the sword lowers, as small as the change is.

But she notices. She has always been observant, which only proves to be more amplified during her ten-year-long search for you.

“You’re a Spider, you hurt us, you hurt more than us. Why would I-” Another interruption.

“I missed you plenty, you know. You and your mother were the lights of my world all those years ago. You both still are. Did you miss me too? Either of you?” It is not an odd question, but without physical touch, it may as well be. Her Nen can only work when she has her hand or arm on someone, after all. However, even without using it, she can still detect when someone is lying. The slight quiver of the corner of the lips.

He can’t move. He can feel his soul sinking, far beneath the ground.

“No.” There is only one word, but the lie is still apparent.

“Shall we go in? We have a lot to discuss, your mother and I. We can also chat about old times if you want to.” She smiles as she walks up the steps, slowly with her hands raised. Her son lets her.

Phantom Troupe: Love Languages

Chrollo: Quality time

compared to his fellow Troupe members, Chrollo is much more experimental. he tries out every love language and settles on whichever wooes you easiest. he doesn’t mind whichever one that ends up being since it’ll serve as a tool to make you more affectionate towards him. he acknowledges the merits of constantly having a hand on you, even if it makes you scowl and push him away, because he’s confident you’ll crave his touch soon enough. expensive jewelry and perfume is bestowed on you to show off how well he can provide for you, but it becomes a bit of a challenge to accept a gift when you know it was acquired through either stealing or dirty money. if he had to choose his personal favorite, he’d go for simply being in your presence. there’s a feeling of satisfaction when you two are near, even if you aren’t interacting. this feeling increases tenfold when you indulge him with conversation, which is a common occurrence due to his tendency of never shutting up when you’re around. he’ll constantly ask questions designed to earn your attention and give lengthy answers in response. every sentence you form is soaked up by him; he wants to grasp your every belief and experience until he can understand you in your entirety.

Feitan: Gift giving

Feitan does view you in a positive light, albeit begrudgingly. when he first kidnaps you, he thinks instilling fear might do some good. it takes some time, but eventually he’ll get bored of your fearful reactions and want you to genuinely like him back. he’ll try to be slightly kinder towards you, like giving you an awkward pat on the head or making a joke about breaking your fingers when he forces his hand into yours (and giving a pointed stare when you don’t laugh). when you shrink away from him instead of beaming at the contact, he realizes that constantly threatening you didn’t exactly make you very fond of him. thus, he begins to try and directly show you how nice he’s being. most – if not all – of his gifts are belongings stolen from his victims. each item will have to meet Feitan’s rather high standards because, while it does embarrass him, he wants you to be impressed by the lengths he went for you. sometimes, he gets so giddy at the thought of your reaction that he forgets to wash the blood off the trinkets before giving them to you. he grumbles and sulks for the rest of the day at your terrified look in response instead of a lengthy expression of gratitude.

Machi: Acts of service

On one hand, Machi wants to make it obvious she’s not a threat and cares for you, but on the other, she struggles with being vulnerable in front of you. this conflict causes her great confusion on what to do. she’ll be watching you perform your daily tasks while she stares at you with this internal war raging in her mind. by her expression, you might think she’s glaring at you and upset because of something you did wrong, when in reality she just isn’t sure what to do with you. while she’s battling with her inner thoughts and staring you down, she’ll notice unhealthy habits of yours. surely, your sugar intake is higher than what’s healthy. if you continue like that, it’ll become a detriment to your health. much to your confusion, you’ll find your favorite snacks replaced by some knock-off low sugar version. and even though Machi may not be a world-class chef, she puts effort into your meals consisting of a healthy mix of carbs, protein and fiber (though she isn’t opposed to you cooking instead if you want to, the domesticity of the concept flustering her). it’s little actions like these that already have Machi expressing how much she cares for you, all while in her head she’s still undecided on how she should show she loves you.

Nobunaga: Words of affirmation

Nobunaga has a talent for managing to morph everything you say and do into an indirect way of you expressing your adoration for him. you can constantly repeat how you don’t love him back and never will, but he brushes it off as you being hormonal or confused due to the circumstances of the relationship. for him, it's a blessing since he won’t have to deal with rejection, but for you it's a curse since none of your feelings will be validated. on a daily basis, you have to deal with Nobunaga's ramblings while he suffocates you with affection. if it were anyone else, being told you’re perfect in every way and you were made to be with me might be romantic, but with Nobunaga it just feels gross and icky. he likes telling you stories about his observations back when he was stalking you, always mixing in a you looked so good in that outfit or something of the sort like it’ll do any good at making you like him. you assume he must think he’s being romantic by recalling the perfume you were wearing that day and complimenting it, when in reality it just makes your stomach churn. you can only sigh when he starts going on another spiel about how destined you two are, your lack of physical resistance only further proving to him you don’t hate him nearly as as much as you say you do.

Pakunoda: Quality time

Pakunoda believes that spending time together is the best way for people to grow fond of each other. she can appreciate the silent side by side type, but her favorite is when you two are actively engaging with one another. she always has ideas for activities you two could do together and almost always agrees to any of your own. due to her “job”, she has more than enough money to indulge you in anything you can come up with. she’ll take you to all types of cute cafés and listen intently while you ramble about whatever’s currently on your mind, a genuine smile tugging at the corners of her lips. even before meeting you, Pakunoda already had an extensive beauty care routine, one she insists you participate in too. she loves the intimacy of assisting each other with it, holding your hand in hers while she files your nails, or having her face close to yours while she does your make-up, the brush stroking your skin. while she does genuinely enjoy the time she spends for you, it also serves a more nefarious purpose. she hopes that because of how often you two are socializing, you’ll ignore the less appealing parts of the relationship so your heart can grow as fond of her as hers is of you.

Phinks: Physical touch

Phinks loves the feeling of skin to skin contact with you, but he’s not so delusional as to think you’ll immediately start leaning into his touch. he knows you’re unhappy at the current situation (he is a little, too, much rather having a normal relationship with you, but he saw this as the only viable option, even if it’s undesirable). he wants to live out the fantasies in his head so badly, but the lucid part of him knows it’ll only have you hating him more and ruin your relationship even further. during the early stages, he completely listens to this rational part of himself and doesn’t act on the scenarios in his head due to not wanting to scare you off. it’s clear why he kidnapped you considering he’s always getting flustered in your vicinity and trying so hard to provide for and impress you. you might raise an eyebrow at his avoidance of touching you, but you’ll internally be thankful. if Phinks decides you’ve calmed down enough at the whole situation, he’ll slowly begin to get more handsy. he begins by simply having one of his hands on a body part that couldn’t be perceived as sexual, gradually increasing how long he lingers and where it’s placed. he tries to be subtle, but his hand is shaking the entire time and if you catch him in the act he’ll immediately pull away and refuse to make eye contact while his cheeks are dusted pink, so he’s not very smooth with it. if you reject his touches, he’ll back off for some time only to continue his previous progress later, hoping you’ll have forgotten the last time. in his head, both of you are happy this way: he still gets to have contact with you while you have your boundaries respected. in reality, he’s the only happy one.

Shalnark: Physical touch

can’t keep his hands to himself and sees no reason to. in Shalnarks mind, physical contact is an important part of a romantic relationship, and according to him, well, you two are pretty much dating, one-sided as it may be. part of the reason why he’ll constantly be touching you is because he does care for you in his own messed up way. to him, physical proximity just so happens to come as the most natural way of expressing it. whether it be forcing you into a kiss or absentmindedly groping at your flesh, it always manages to make him feel so ecstatic that he can finally shed the mask of normalcy he had to wear prior to taking you. the other half of the reason is because it always has you giving all of your attention to him. you can ignore his incessant whines at your lack of focus towards him and maybe even stay strong when he starts to revoke certain privileges, but you can only take so much roaming of his hands before you get uncomfortable and snap. prying his hands off and glaring at him will just be met with a boyish smile, one that oozes I win. because to Shalnark, attention is attention when you’re involved, regardless of if it’s negative or positive.

Shizuku: Physical touch

you might be surprised at how touchy (and also selfish) Shizuku can be. you don’t know what you were supposed to expect when she took you away from your regular life for her own desires, but considering her personality, it wasn’t that she would constantly force you into intimacy. you can sputter and try to lecture her on decency as much as you see fit, but it’ll likely go in one ear and out the other; she just doesn’t really care. part of the reason she kidnapped you was for pure convenience. you’re here now anyway, your personal space doesn’t matter much – it's more about what she wants, and if you happen to also profit from it, that’s great, but it’s not exactly her priority. sharing a bed with her will just have her pulling your body flush against hers. you can try to claw her off, but her strength far surpasses yours and it won’t be long before she’s softly snoring near your ear. she likes constantly holding your hand, not letting go even when you want to get up or your hand starts feeling clammy in hers. sure, you might be a little unhappy at how she keeps commanding you to touch her, or the way she’ll embrace you without asking or giving you notice, but you comply nonetheless, so does it really matter?

Nobunaga definitely doesn’t like the heroes but oddly enough would be open to any of them “opening they’re eyes” and switching sides if they’re strong!

not to say he immediately trusts them tho! Especially around you! His beloved! He hardly lets anyone near you! Those darned heroes aren’t even gonna be able to touch you with a 10 feet poll before they’re sliced into shreds 😤✋

there’ll be no “saving” you on his watch! 😒 he heavily watches over you, if he can’t he’ll have his buddy Uvo do it! (And boy you don’t dare try to escape when he’s around) otherwise, he’ll probably pay Shalnark to do it, this is VERY rare tho

he doesn’t really trust him like that knowing he’s a sadist…..but he’ll do it if it comes down to it. he has faith in the troupe so there’s no one else he’d rather go to

overall you have a pretty decent life! You always have essential needs met like food, clothes and shelter. And! Nobunaga actually does really well controlling his temper around you, so you’re pretty good! He keeps security tight so your chances of getting away are slim. You won’t be going anywhere, but ask for something and he’ll deliver!

Feitan

oh gosh….I LOVE this man but I feel for you when I say your in for it…😃

no. I don’t hc him to abuse/torture you cuz no. I just never liked those hcs tbh 😅 but I don’t exactly think he’ll be all kissy over you LOL

yeah he’s like 100% guaranteed no escape 👍 your not leaving and the heroes ain’t savin you so your best just negotiating with him

he has set rules you CANT trespass, you don’t dare to find out the punishment behind them….yes I think he would threaten you but it’d be the types you don’t know if they’re empty or not. Like the ‘you set foot past this red line and I’ll make sure you never think twice about it again’ type yk?

except that’s TERRIFYING coming from him so you never wanna test it 😭

he’s not sweet or anything but he knows what you like (he knows literally everything about you. You have no secrets) so he makes sure wherever you live has plenty stock of all your fav foods, equipment, merch, clothes whatever!

Machi:

Machi gotta be one of the most skeptical ones ngl. She won’t let you within a 30 meter radius of a single hero no matter how weak they are. She just can’t risk it. If you see them you might try to ask for help, and if they see you and figure something’s “wrong” they, once again, might try to help or “save” you.

she’s always watching though, so even if that situation does come into play, they’ll get they’re neck slit by a thread that leads back a couple blocks down (to her ofc).

she’s very motherly so as long as your not a slob and you don’t try to escape you shouldn’t have much trouble. 😃👍 life with her can pretty much be almost domestic if it wasn’t for her yandere tendencies…😁

The most she would trust to look after you is probably pakunoda. She knows she can take care of someone (like with the cat she saw, she isn’t always hostile like uvogin or smth) so she’s always her go to. Chrollo would be on that list but she doesn’t wanna bombard her boss with her personal affairs n such.

Machi also keeps an eye out for other villains as well, like I said she’s a skeptic so she puts nothing past her. Looking at hisoka here ngl….😑 if he was still interested in pursuing her she’d flat out state she isn’t into him and to drop it. If he doesn’t leave it at that, she’ll ultimately decide to ask the troupe about the matter since members aren’t allowed to fight. It’ll have to be a new rule not to get into each others personal affairs or smth bc hisoka is a MENACE. 😭🗿 At the end of the day, shes still gonna tighten security on your house 😊👍

Phinks:

Phinks is another very possessive one. He’d get so angry if any dumb hero tried to save you and you’ve probably seen him kill before considering how angry he gets. He bashes their head into the ground and……yeah it’s a whole mess.

he likes to take you out a lot despite all the heroes that attempt to save you, oddly enough. He just wants you to get out and have some fun, get some fresh air! You know?? And those stupid heroes always try to ruin it!! Catching themselves tryna be a savior and what not….😤 it just makes him so angry!! Like?? you’re happy aren’t you?!

you get asked that a lot and you’d better give the right answer when he’s in that type of mood. If you don’t he won’t necessarily punish you but he’ll walk off and ignore you for a while. He’s trying to cool off, really, but now you can’t ask him for anything. Like when your mom is angry but you want something so you just go “nvm” 😭😂😂

anyway! It’s become very causal for multiple heroes trying to save you to get pummeled while you’re out on dates, so I hope you can handle some blood…😅 This probably deters you from trying to run away, even though you two go out often. Also the fact that you’re never not practically glued to his hip too.

ultimately you’ll be pretty comfortable in your life with him if you don’t run away and agree with him on his “heroes suck” rants. LOL 😂 he’s a pretty decent cook/at cleaning. He’s still practicing on cooking tho ….but hey! It’s not too bad!

I also forgot to mention he may send some heroes to his buddy Fei, just because he knows he can handle them better in the sense of punishing them 😗 And he’ll call up his buddy Shalnark to track you down if you ever do manage to get away (after that he places a tracker on you—yes it’s connected to his phone)

Shalnark:

Shalnark is like your ultimate op if you’re trying to get away 😭😭 no matter who your yandere is! Because they all go to him to track you down 🙏

so if your his s/o? Yeahhhh no you’re not leaving buddy. First of all he has a crap ton of technology, there’s no way the house isn’t practically bullet proof and you aren’t buffed with trackers- LOL 😭 it’s true tho and I feel for you 😔🙏

as we know he’s pretty sadistic and I don’t really know where I stand as to whether he’s like that towards you or not…..I’d say he’d do it more so mentally than physically, like Chrollo. Let’s face it he probably does view you as a toy, but thankfully one he doesn’t wanna break, so he takes extra special care of you.

for the record I don’t think he’d wanna break you mentally either, then you’d be no fun since he couldn’t even get a reaction out of you! On another note I think he’d realize Uvogin is a bit too rough to watch over you in the case he somehow can’t….(IDK HOW 😭🗿) but Phinks might do the trick! He makes sure you’re safe and demands authority! Plus he won’t hurt you physically! That perfect!

as far as the heroes go, your (missing persons—bc he erased all evidence of him kidnapping you) case will probably close for two reasons 1) he also erased you from the internet, scrubbing every nook and cranny of info on you and 2) he closes it LOL! Ez enough to just hack in the system and change it 🤷‍♀️

Franklin:

Franklin seemed pretty scary at first because he had to assert dominance, making sure you know where you stand and that your his, then he becomes a a sweetheart <3 your relationship is probably something like his and Shizuku’s 💗

Franklin isn’t worried about any heroes “saving” you, he knows he can fend off any that try, and he always keeps a close eye on you no matter what. Plus he made sure to drill ‘no escaping’ in your brain before he started being kinder to you. Don’t mistake that for him letting his guard down though, that’ll be your first mistake.

he wasn’t mean when he was training you not to leave, just strict. But now I think your life with him is second most domestic to Machi tbh! He’s a decent cook and knows how to clean, so as long as you don’t act up- life’s good! 🤗

as far as who he trusts to watch over you while he’s gone, I’d say it’d have to be one of the girls, like any of them really. Machi is caring but a good amount of strict, like him. Pakunoda is just someone simply everyone trusts and Shizuku and him spend a lot of time together, so he knows she won’t forget you’re not allowed to escape lol.

if you ever managed to leave he’d for sure find you, by any means necessary. Whether he had to threaten a random stranger or Shalnark for the info or not🗿 JOKING (abt Shalnark anyway..) The most important part tho!- (😭) is that when you get back home, 1) if a hero helped you consider them dead. And 2) he’s not gonna be in a good mood for quite some time……seems last time wasn’t enough 😬

Shizuku:

Shizuku will forget if you don’t like gore/blood, and kill any hero who tries to “save” you right in front of you, every single time. Blinky ruthlessly sucks them whole as they scream and shoot into the vacuum. Or! They might just get hit in the head with the vacuum instead. Either way it’s sure to leave you traumatized if your not used to that sorta thing..

Shizuku remembers everything about you, so it’s weird to you that she forgets if you can tolerate gore or not…..you’re starting to think she’s not actually forgetting. (She’s asserting dominance). Your chances of escaping her is 50/50. Not really but let me explain. Escaping goes one of two ways: 1) you escape, find a hero and right when you ask for help they start screaming and then get sucked into her vacuum or! 2) you actually succeed in getting away! Except she tracks you down each and every time..🙂

you don’t know how she does it, and neither do I. I assume Shalnark is one way but I feel like she has other methods…..let’s not talks about them yeah? 😊

Shizuku would trust a few members to take care of you while she’s away, like Paku, Machi or Franklin! These 4 basically stick to each other since they have similar morals when it comes to their s/o

might I mention Shizuku doesn’t necessarily hate the heroes or anything. She only cares if they attempt to “free” you. Then she kills them..otherwise your life ain’t half bad! Enjoy 🍽️

Pakunoda:

Pakunoda is like- the best, most kind yandere in the troupe. 😭💗 she lets you do whatever as long as it’s not escaping or harming yourself. You can go outside (only with her). She buys you whatever you like and indulges in your hobbies. Okay, she may be on Machi level domesticity….maybe more 🤭

Pakunoda trusts Machi most with taking care of you, Chrollo would also be an option for her if he wasn’t her boss. But she knows Machi will get the job done 👍

You can pretty much be genuinely happy with her! You won’t see any killing and the only (mental) damage you’ll like take is being kidnapped 😭 But I do gotta mention the fact that she won’t hesitate to put a bullet in the brain of any hero who dares to “save” you

she dislikes, not hate, heroes only because the try to take you away, acting like they could treat you better than her 🙄✋ She won’t kill them in front of you, thankfully! But she’ll be sure to borrow a favor from another member of the troupe! 😁 Or she might do it herself! If Machi is watching you and she’s out and about, might as well look for that idiot who calls himself a hero! 🤷‍♀️🤗

Ngl you probably can’t genuinely escape any member bc they have Shalnark + connections, etc. Anyway she has some security but will probably tighten it if you ever manage to get out. Bonolenov is another that doesn’t kill in front of you because his way of doing so is long ranged and dangerous. Soooo he just remembers their face and name! 😀 bro got a hit list 🗿 On that note he’s another who doesn’t have much of an opinion on heroes. He just dislikes how biased they are.

he will ask if you wanna live in a traditional Gyudondond house and eat they’re food. He won’t be offended if you say no, so don’t say yes thinking he’ll get mad, and end up regretting it later if you don’t like living like that 😭

it’d probably be easier to have security on a traditional house anyway. His security isn’t super tight or anything though, he just keeps an eye on you like Franklin or Shizuku. He loves spending time with you so that’s no problem really.

he loves to teach you his traditions and talk about them with you. He’d be a bit offended if you expressed disinterest in it (😭) but he’ll get sad over being angry, lucky you.

If you ever escape he won’t be mad or anything, he’ll just take you back home and keep a closer eye on you. He doesn’t necessarily blame himself for not watching you, but he doesn’t get upset at you for trying to leave either. He’s pretty patient, so at least that 😅🤷‍♀️

Uvogin:

Uvogin is physically the scariest 😬 because 1) look at the dude- if I got up in HIS house the next day I’d be shivering my timbers 😭😭😭😭 and 2) even if he’s not trying to hurt you, he might one day….and you don’t know how soon

he will absolutely pummel heroes trying to save you. He despises them for trying to take away his precious, but he also has fun (😭⁉️) beating them up

he can’t cook or clean….and likely makes a mess out of your house all the time, on accident ofc. So you will probably end up being the one doing all the domestic stuff 🤷‍♀️🗿

your escape chances with this man is 0 and probably your attempts too 😭😭 THANKFULLY you’ve never made him mad and your not trying to see him mad either 🙏

definitely has his buddy Shalnark keep an eye on you for him. So Uvogin + Shalnark = you’re never going home bro 🙏🗿 On the bright side he does like to take you out to places sometimes! Even leaving your ROOM is an adventure at this point 😬 Food is served to you on a golden platter and you have anything you could ever want (that he deems safe) buuut you might have to go through some pretty intense training bro….YEAH you heard me 😭🙏 No weak Zoldycks bro..that include YOU!

it’s not the type the Zoldycks get since birth but it’s still pretty scary considering you either train with Illumi whenever he’s home or one of the butlers. If you’re already strong, lucky you! In fact it’s highly likely! I can’t see Illumi falling in love with someone weak….

anyway heroes probably don’t even TRY to touch the Zoldycks so being saved is not an option. if you don’t escape you’ll be presumed dead, so no one’s gonna come save you 😬 all according to his plan ofc! That makes things way easier for him, he wants a peaceful life with you, and he doesn’t exactly have combat compatible nen, so if the world thinks you’re dead, that’s perfect!

he can clean better than he can cook, he’s still learning on that part..but bear with him because he’s ACTUALLY not too bad of a boyfriend

he is a good listener (no. he won’t listen if you plead to be set free) and loves to chat with you! Will indulge in your hobbies and get you things of your interests too! :)

the biggest down slide (besides being kidnapped-) is you can’t go out ever again because the world thinks your dead 😭😭he keeps you updated on the outside world at the least..🗿

Sweet Death- (Yandere!Phantom Troupe x Autistic!Chubby!Reader)

Random idea I had and felt like writing down. Tell me if y'all want more from this vein and what direction you think it should take.

Warnings; yandere behavior, obsessive behavior, possessive behavior, troupe tries to cause a lot of mischief, intense masking, fem reader (tell me if y'all want a male reader or non-binary), creepy creature appearance,

"Piss off! Lady was nice."

Feitan snapped in his usual short manner of speaking, a glare on his face as Pakunoda bothered him. They had business in the airport and Feitan stopped to swipe some sweets. What they didn't expect was that Feitan actually paid for the food he got and was defending his uncharacteristic behavior.

Feitan was the most easily irritated, so it came as a surprise that whomever he interacted with did not anger him. What was even more of a surprise was that Feitan actually seemed to be behaving in a polite way to someone. The only one Feitan was polite to- and they use the term loosely- was the Boss of the Troupe.

Pakunoda was interested to learn more about the unusual woman that had enthralled Feitan enough to actually get the short-tempered man to pay instead of stealing, but she knew that he wouldn't tolerate any more questions. Instead, she endeavored to find out more about this woman on her own.

"You were wondering what you wanted to order from here."

"Oh, right!"

It had been at least six times that the soft woman behind the counter had to remind the ever forgetful Shizuku of what she was doing. Six times that Shizuku had also changed her mind on what she wanted.

Franklin, who was accompanying the other Troupe member was actually getting annoyed with her because he just wanted to leave and meet up with the other members. There were certainly times where he had great patience but it was not one of those times for him. Even though he was getting annoyed, the woman behind the counter seemed calm and happy even as she had to change the order yet again.

"Sorry about her, she has terrible memory."

"It's no trouble, truly. There are greater tragedies in life than a bit of uncertainty and adjusted orders."

Franklin felt a pleasant surprise to hear such wisdom from someone he wouldn't even think twice about. The unusual and understanding way she seemed to approach the situation was odd, as most just got short tempered with Shizuku or even refused to adjust with her ever bouncing memory. Though he wanted to just move on, he felt compelled to stay, if only to see how long that patience would last.

"Doubt it. I bet no one would blink if I fell down this escalator right now."

Uvogin had a wide grin even as he shifted his weight backwards, anticipating hitting the metal moving stairs but instead, landed on something soft.

"Woah there! Are you alright?"

He slowly looked up to see a soft looking woman with kind (e/c) eyes and a concerned expression on her face. To Uvogin, he felt as if he landed on the softest pillow to exist, feeling the nice warm body holding him up with a gentle touch. All words and coherent thought left his mind as he slowly blinked, trying to compose himself.

"..."

"Are you okay, sir?"

"Yeah! Yeah. I- uh... Fell backwards. Don't know why."

"No worries! I'm glad you're okay. Usually it's the vertigo that gets people, just don't look up too far and you should be good."

Uvogin didn't really want to move, but as soon as he and the woman got to the top of the escalator, he quickly got up. The woman smiled sweetly and tried to help stand him up despite his rather massive size. When he was upright, she chirped out a farewell and quickly departed, leaving Uvogin standing with a dumbfounded expression on his face.

"Yeah... Bye... See you later..."

It took a rough shake from Phinks to make Uvogin snap back to attention, feeling like he had been dunked in cold water. He had to tear his eyes away from where the woman had been standing, feeling confused as if he was coming out of some kind of haze. Uvogin had to literally shake his head to clear the odd brain-fog that had consumed him, glancing where the woman disappeared to.

"... D'you think she digs tall guys?"

"C'mon sweetcheeks. Just give me your number."

Machi glared at the man who was trying to heckle her into giving him her number. Though the troupe was trying to lay low before they put their plan into motion, Machi had half a mind to just outright kill the man. It was while she was weighing her options that a voice suddenly cut in.

"She said 'no', take that as your answer and leave."

Both looked over to see a soft looking woman with a clear frown set on her lips, seeming as if she were ready to fight at a moment's notice. Machi was surprised to see the feisty woman but the man seemed annoyed and sighed as if he were being told to do something distasteful.

"I get it, Fatty, you want a chance with me too. I don't usually like fat chicks, but-"

"But you're going to walk your happy ass in the direction of your flight or the exit before I get security to drag you by the taint out of here."

"You really think you can talk to me like-"

"I can and will talk to you like the piece of trash you are if you don't leave her the hell alone."

"Fine, fucking fat bitch."

"That's Ms. Fucking-Fat-Bitch to you."

Machi was surprised that someone so soft was so immune to insults, not to mention the fact that the guy actually fucked off. She made a mental note to single that guy out and get rid of him when she next had the chance, turning to the soft woman for the time being.

"I appreciate it. He was not taking 'no' as an answer."

"Yeah, guys usually think they can bully everyone into doing what they want if they act like their brain is in their testicles. Some don't even have to act."

The flat and almost annoyed tone the woman used made Machi actually let out a soft laugh, more than humored by the odd woman that had helped her. As she looked over the woman she realized that this must be the one the others in the group had been talking about. Certainly, the woman matched the description of the one the other Spiders had been discussing and Machi could see why the other Troupe members she had spoken to were so enthralled.

Perhaps she should tell the others of her similar experience.

Chrollo stood in the line of traveling people, having heard quite a bit about a rather unusual character who the Troupe had encountered several times. He had decided it was time for him to see what the woman was like firsthand. Based off of the testimony of other members, this woman either had manipulative nen or she was a gem among common people. Either way, he wanted to know whatever he could about her.

As he approached the woman in question- she was working the cash-register at one of the shops in the airport- he focused his eyes to see potential nen. What he saw was far from what he had expected.

Based off of her general aura, her nen bled off of her in an uncontrolled way instead of the way it was supposed to. On top of her nen being rather wild- making it clear she had no control over it and likely was unaware of it- something was noticeably wrong. Where abilities often formed as small spirits or beings, a more than intimidating creature stood behind her.

The being was far taller than the woman, even taller than Uvogin. It seemed to be a horribly emaciated humanoid with skin that writhed like worms were beneath the surface and searching for a meal. The skin- as translucent and paper thin as it was- seemed a sickly blue and purple, much like blooming bruises across the surface. It was shrouded in what could only be described as a shawl of shadows, face concealed beneath the rolling darkness. Though it's face was hidden, Chrollo could feel the eyes of the wretch staring out at him. In the beast's hand was a sickle often used for cultivating grain. The curved crescent blade seemed to be soaked in a dripping red ooze that moved slowly and without purpose, the leather handle held by elongated and bony fingers. Everything about the beast was wrong on a fundamental level.

Though the creature was frightening and clearly stronger than most normal nen abilities, it remained a loyal and silent sentinel over the soft woman's shoulder. It was obvious- to Chrollo at least- that the beast was brought to heel by the soft woman even if it seemed she was completely unaware of it. The contrast of the two beings was extreme and made Chrollo wonder just how the woman's nen was released and why it had taken such a vicious shape.

The more Chrollo watched, the more he realized that small amounts of the nen of others was drawn forward and consumed by the being, no doubt fueling the nen of its master. It was difficult to look away from the beast, despite how hard Chrollo tried, noticing the aloof nature of the creature disappear suddenly, becoming acutely aware as if it knew Chrollo could see it. A low hiss came from the beast as Chrollo stepped forward, next in line despite how far from reality he felt.

"Hi there!"

The chirped words paired with the oddly sweet way the woman said it gave Chrollo pause, not expecting such a greeting from someone with a disfigured and distorted reaper as their nen. Though she smiled, the smile never reached her eyes. Chrollo knew a social mask when he saw one, and he had to admit it was rather convincing. He could see why so many of the Troupe had become enamored with her and interested in her, his own observations thus far giving him a similar interest.

Even as he gave a random order he had no intention of keeping, the woman smiled and ensured to behave as if she were truly happy to assist. Chrollo had yet to reach a stage where he was fully believable to everyone with his own social mask, but even he had to admit that her mask was significantly more nuanced than his own. From the short interaction he had with her, he knew the woman was unique and had something to her that seemed to catch the interest of numerous Troupe members, himself included.

When he walked away from the quaint little shop and back to the Troupe, his mind was already working to parse out what he wanted to do. Surely the Troupe would follow his lead, but he wanted to hear their thoughts on the odd woman and her nen. Pakunoda could share the various experiences other members had and it would allow the group to have a more unanimous vote, but he had already settled on what he thought.

It was just a matter of what the Troupe thought now.

Shizuku is hard to read, she often leaves you wondering what she’s thinking about until she breaks the silence with an outlandish thought- a movie you watched months ago that’s on her mind again, a thing you said once, or something else entirely. She keeps you on your toes, always. 

The one things about her that isn't difficult to read is how she feels about you- she reminds you all the time that she loves you, gives you hundreds of little compliments; all just a little too personal, but you don't tell her that, she snuggles up close with you and holds you in place when you try to struggle away. But worst of all is how obvious she is about her desire for something more with you- it’s obvious that she stares at you; eyes wide behind her glasses, and sometimes she’ll reach out to run a hand over your body, whatever’s nearest to her, be it an arm or a leg or the entirety of your spine. 

Her touch is sensual, adoring, even. It would be a comfort if she weren't your kidnapper, if you weren't her prisoner and if you hadn't seen her kill without hesitation before. Instead, it sends terror through you because you know it’s only a matter of time until she tires of waiting. 

And she does. It’s a day like any other with her- she sleeps in late into the morning, holding you against her body in her sleep, arms wrapped around your torso and legs tangled with yours. You feel her start to stir, the telltale signs of her breathing starting to shift as she rouses from sleep. “Goodmorning.” she greets sleepily, but instead of letting you go, she continues to hold you against her, her breath on the back of your neck. She dips one hand to trace a line down the center of your stomach, inching lower. 

You squirm in discomfort, trying to free yourself from her grip, which has tightened to prevent you from getting away. You try to twist out of her grasp, but she holds you still. She doesn't say anything, she doesn't have to, because after a few desperate attempts you start to give in. it’s not that you want this, not even that you're resigned to your fate, but you know what happens when you make her angry, and you weigh your options carefully as thoughts race in your mind.

She gives a soft hum of approval when you stop fighting, something like affection shining in her eyes. She dips her hand below the waistband of the pajama pants you wear, a slow, exploratory touch that lets you know she’s going to be taking her time with this. You almost wish she wouldn't, that this could be over fast. 

But it won't be, you know that. No matter how much you beg or plead with her, she isn't going to listen to you because Shizuku could do anything she wants to you. She’s going to take her time with you, taking you apart with her deft hands and her skilled mouth, she’s going to have you begging for her- no matter how hard you try to resist. Her wide eyes look at you, appraising your face, and she must like what she sees because she continues to explore your body in a slow, languid way that tells you you’re going to be here for hours.

Chrollo

Chrollo enjoys the buildup more than anything. he would love to just lean in and capture you in a passionate kiss, but he thinks your reactions are more entertaining. he’ll purposefully make it seem like he’s going to seal his lips onto yours, only to pull away at the last moment. when this happens, Chrollo never makes a comment on your state, as he knows you're already aware of it yourself. he merely hums and continues doing whatever, pretending his teasing never happened. in the rare scenario where he does kiss you, he’s a true romantic. his lips move slowly against yours while his hands roam your body. when you eventually part for air, he’ll have a satisfied look on his face.

Feitan

Feitan, originally, didn’t like the idea of kissing you. it would be a show of affection, and he can’t have you knowing the effect you have on him. the closest he’d get to kissing you was just running his fingers over your body, causing a shiver to run down your spine, or touching his lips to the spot of a cup you’d drunk out of. this philosophy slowly changes the longer he’s in your presence. he goes from creepily staring at you from the other side of the room to creepily staring at you while being next to you. when he does finally place his lips onto yours, it's terribly awkward. Feitan has never kissed before (not that he’d ever admit it, but it's pretty obvious). he has no idea what to do with his hands so they just hang limply next to him. his entire body is stiff and he makes no effort to deepen the kiss. also keeps his eyes open the entire time to see what facial expressions you’ll make.

Machi

Much like Feitan, Machi shies away from the idea of kissing for a while. the thought of doing anything romantic with you flusters her immensely. because of that, she’ll almost never initiate it. when Machi’s lips do actually touch yours, she slightly relaxes. she genuinely tries to make it enjoyable for you. she tries to apply knowledge about how to be a good kisser she heard in passing. her head will be tilted so your noses don't smush, but her understanding of the proper technique doesn’t extend much further. her hands will ghost above your hips for the duration (she thinks actually touching you is too risky). the kiss is still a bit clumsy, but she’s doing her best.

Pakunoda

out of all the Spiders, Pakunoda is the most in tune with what you want. she gently eases you into the idea by pampering you and doesn’t push your boundaries whatsoever. most likely, you’ll be the one to suggest the idea of kissing, and she’ll gladly accept. when you kiss Pakunoda for the first time, you’re taken back by how well she knows your preferences. she knows the exact methods on how to get you flustered and panting for air. the way she moves her lips, the amount of tongue she uses, it's all perfectly aligned with your ideal kiss. you’ll be left wondering how she knows exactly what your fantasies are. you’re better off not knowing she’s been using her Nen on you to learn your desires.

Phinks

Phinks really wants to kiss you, but tries to hold back. he wants to prove to you he took you for your own benefit, not his own desires. this only lasts for a few days before he gives up. he ends up convincing himself that if he kisses you often and constantly shows you affection, you’ll reciprocate eventually. during the kiss itself, Phinks cannot keep his hands off you. at first, he doesn’t know what to do with his hands either. he eventually develops a tendency for gripping your waist harshly, causing purple bruises to bloom on that area. confronting and berating him for this just causes him to grow flustered.

Shalnark

the only one on this list who immediately kisses, even in the beginning of your “relationship”. similar to Chrollo, he thinks your reactions are amusing. he knows how much you loathe performing amorous activity with him and uses this to his full advantage. if he gets annoyed at you, he’ll tell you with a playful lilt to make it up by kissing him. he adores the way you’ll seethe but comply regardless. Shalnarks kisses are, much like himself, very playful in nature. he’ll nip at your bottom lip and get extremely handsy in an effort to fluster you. sometimes, if he really wants to be annoying, he’ll softly moan during the kiss and afterwards make fun of you for your reaction.

Shizuku

Shizuku doesn’t kiss much, but it's not out of care for you and what you want. kissing isn’t very high on her list of priorities. she has you with her and she can approach you whenever she wants without having to worry about societal norms; the rest doesn’t matter much. more often than not, she simply forgets she’s able to kiss you. when something does make her remember, she decides it’s something she wants to do with you. either just presses her lips to yours completely unexpectedly or blankly commands you to kiss her. her kisses don’t last very long, nor are they very sensual. she’ll get distracted very quickly and then forget about the concept again for days, sometimes weeks.

The auction light burned her vision, making her cover her eyes as soon as the curtains were opened, the people letting out a gasp as they stared at the scene infront of them. Rumors has it that a mermaid was being auctioned off at the mafia auction this year, and from the looks of it, it looks like the rumours were true as they all watched her blink in confusion, her tail shining brightly as the light from the auction hall hit it, making the vibrant colours appears more mesmerizing.

They all stared at her, listening to the host intensely as everyone wanted the mermaid to themselves. After all, mermaids are rare, and if you managed to make one transform, it can provide great and powerful offsprings.

She looked confused at first before the situation finally dawn upon her as she tried to look for a way to escape, but being enclosed in a tank didn't help her case. As she looked at the crowd and the host in panic, the crowd started to bet more and more, competing against each other to buy her. She was beautiful, as all mermaids are, but what made her more desirable was how innocent and helpless she looked, which just fueled the desires of the people in the auction house more, with one common thought, 'I can't wait to break her.'

After almost half an hour later, she was auctioned off, and in her frantic state, she didn't look at who brought her as a lady started to push her tank towards the storage.

"Kortopi, are you going to make a copy of her too?" The lady that took her to the storage room asked, glancing at a strange man. He had a thick and messy mane of grey hair covering his entire head and obscuring everything except for his left eye. He also had a small mouth and round head. He wore a light blue tunic, light blue pants beneath it, and black shoes.

Kortopi nodded as the lady pushed her tank towards him, as another girl, seemingly called 'Shizuku' as the lady referred to her as, looked at the mermaid with great interest.

The mermaid shifted uncomfortably in the tank, trying to make herself as small and as far away from the top of the tank as she could as a man with blonde hair and black eyes tried to pull her out of it. He looked fairly tall and muscular. His most distinguishing features where his piercing eyes and lack of eyebrows, making the mermaid almost giggle before she remembered where she was.

Suddenly, she was pulled out of the tank in an blink of an eye, by a string as a girl with pink hair rolled her eyes. The mermaid, shocked at what just happened, laid on the ground for a few seconds before looking straight at the girl with pink hair. The mermaid's hair were wet, and so was her whole body as she pant heavily, finding it a bit difficult to breath as her atmosphere suddenly changed.

"Machi, be gentle! Leader told us to bring her without any bruises or cuts!" A man with blond hair and bright green eyes wearing a lavender outfit, exclamated.

"She wasn't going to come out on her own, Shalnark." Someone said as the mermaid was too busy being dragged towards Kortopi, struggling on her way as Phinks tried to keep her to stay still. The mermaid whimpered, feeling distressed at the whole overdeal as she flinched as Kortopi put his hand on top of her head, focusing on greating a copy of her with his fake gallery.

The mermaid watched in the mixture of fear and curiosity as her exact replica was created besides her, the only think that made her unique from her replica was that her replica didn't feel as lively as she did, making the replica almost look like a doll.

"Kortopi, why does the replica look... A bit different from the mermaid?" Shizuku asked, staring intensely at the replica and the mermaid infront of her. Phinks agreed before Kortopi began to explain.

"Mermaids can not be replicated fully, it's one of the things that make them so unique and rare." The mermaid nodded along in almost a child-like manner as she glanced at Kortopi.

Suddenly, the mermaid felt pain in her neck before her eyes were blindfolded as she began to loss conciousness.

"Good thing they are vulnerable to all type of drugs then." Was the last thing she heard before she lost her conciousness.

The mermaid woke up in a tank, in the middle of a room inside of an abandoned building.

The mermaid groaned, bubbles forming from the action as she looked around before spotting a figure sitting nearby, reading what looked like a Bible. He had slick black hair that were pulled back, wearing a fluffy jacket without anything underneath with a weird tattoo on his forehead. The mermaid stared at him in silence, fear slowly creeping in the longer she stared at the man who was calmly reading the book with the help of the light generated by a candle.

The mermaid flinched as the man shut off his book, turning around to made eye contact with her.

"You're awake." He smiled as he approached her, making the poor mermaid swim as far back as the tank would allow to keep her distance from the man.

"Shhh, don't be, scared, love, you are mine, now. You shouldn't be scared." The man whispered as he stared at her.

There was something unsettling in his gaze, something more unsettling at the way he talked, making the mermaid fear him more.

The mermaid squeaked in fear as he grabbed her arm, pulling her out of her water tank as he pulled her towards his chest, sliding an arm underneath her tail to support it as he nuzzled against her neck.

"Mine... You don't know how long I have waited to get my hands on you, Maki." The mermaid froze in fear, 'Maki', no one knew her name, except her clan members and the members of the Kurta clan, even the people that were auctioning her off didn't knew her name.

Maki gulped in fear, as she glanced at his face, his gentle smile and calm demeanor making her question her own fear.

Why is he so calm? Why was she freaking out when he had been nothing but nice to her? Who was he?

Maki shook her head gently, trying to focus on the situation more and not on her thoughts as she finally spoke after months.

"How... Do you know my name..?" She asked quietly, her voice hoarse from not being used from months.

"Oh, Maki... I know everything about you."

Chrollo really is the love of your life. There is nothing that he wouldn’t do for you, no task too large, no matter at all what he would have to do to make it happen. It was only natural for him to keep an eye on your every move, an ear on your every word, to ensure you were being good. As dedicated and thieving as he was, he couldn’t just do everything for you while you rebelled and went against his wishes, where is the fairness in that? 

You, blissfully ignorant on the other hand, were enjoying your time with Chrollo and his troupe immensely. He had done so much for you, spoiled you, and treated you like a princess, both before and after telling you the truth about his lifestyle. Not to mention that the troupe treated you like gold personified, and it didn’t even feel like favouritism just because you were the “Boss’ Girl.” 

Machi had brought you stolen gifts before, like jewellery and expensive clothes because she thought you would like them. Of course, her ideas about what to pick had developed by watching and observing what Chrollo would bring you, though she would never admit that, simply replying that she only had a hunch you’d enjoy them. 

The boys of the troupe (usually Phinks and Uvogin, but the others always backed them up with agreement) would ask about people from your time before meeting Chrollo, and if there was anyone who they would need to teach a lesson to. You would only ever laugh, thanking them for the offer of protection but telling them that nobody had ever wronged you enough to warrant that. Insisting that the offer still stands, they would leave the topic but never fail to keep bringing it up as the days went on. 

You were very happy with your new life. Chrollo was a bit neurotic on the day that he decided to let the cat out of the bag, sporting a brand new look you had never seen in your time with him, explaining that you would be living differently now, you would travel with him and be by his side all the time, where you could have anything you ever wanted. Truthfully, the idea of spending the rest of your time beside him was already a lone factor to seal the deal, and he already spoiled you so much that you couldn’t expect anything to feel very different, with this just being a version of your relationship where you wouldn’t stay in one place.

 The spoiling part was not ever what excited you though, it was simply Chrollo’s show of care and attention to detail that had you falling head over heels. Nobody else had ever spent so much time and given so much devotion to ensuring your happiness, finding items catered to your tastes and interests. His choosing to go the material route was in his nature, you personally never cared much for the finer or more expensive things in life, though after discovering Chrollo’s true nature it made much more sense to you now. Who were you to not indulge the interest of your beloved? You may have been happy, but it was a shame that the feeling was not mutual. 

It was very early in the morning, earlier than what your new routine had you used to. You must have been jet-lagged, considering you had only been in your current location for a little over a day. Seated beside Shizuku, you watched and waited as she shuffled a set of cards, readying them to be passed out for you and a few of the others to play some rounds of Go Fish. With it being so early, you had awoken before Chrollo and decided to wander around the halls of your headquarters, to see who, if anyone else, was awake as well. You found yourself in what everyone decided was the main room, spotting Shizuku, Phinks, and Shalnark as they sat closely, cards already in hand. It was Shalnark who instantly spotted you peeking around the corner, asking if you would like to join them, saying that their game had barely started and they wouldn’t mind shuffling one more time. You gladly accepted, figuring a game or two couldn’t hurt as you waited for Chrollo to wake up. 

You shifted your eyes between all three of them, watching over their varying expressions and trying not to giggle at Phinks’ visible show of boredom when picking up his cards. You knew that as much as he enjoyed spending time with everyone, his own interests were certainly directed towards more upbeat scenarios than ones like this, he must have been just as eager as you for Chrollo’s arrival.  

“Is Boss up too?” he asked suddenly, tearing you from the small daydream you’d mustered up with a glance in your direction and verbal, indirect confirmation of your thoughts. You shook your head. 

“We were talking about how jet-lagged we felt last night, he’ll probably be out for a few more hours.” you shrugged then, frowning down at the cards in your hand as you noticed just how fatigued your eyes felt. 

“Guess it had the opposite effect on you then, eh?” he chuckled. You smiled with a chuckle of your own and nodded, not feeling too talkative as your tiredness started setting in now that you had acknowledged it. 

“Are you guys ready?” Shizuku asked, scanning over each of you. Assorted nods were given, with an upbeat “yup!” of agreement coming from Shalnark. One more voice came in a moment later.

“Not quite, I’ll have to borrow Y/N for a moment.”

Everyone looked up, mutual surprise adorning your faces as Chrollo stood in the doorway with hands concealed in his coat pockets. You noted how he looked ready for the day, fully dressed with his hair styled as if it hadn’t taken long at all, as if you hadn’t only been in this room for maybe ten minutes.

“Coming” you murmured, smiling apologetically at the others before getting up to rejoin Chrollo. He began walking when you met his side, a hand finding your waist as he guided you back to your bedroom. You hadn’t looked at his face for too long since his appearance, and despite being a quieter man you felt that he was being uncharacteristically quiet now. Even the way he opened the bedroom door and gestured to you to go in first, face nearly blank once you looked up, despite the chivalrous act. He didn’t even respond to your thanks, the only form of a reply being his gentle slam of the door as you shuffled over to the bed and sat at the end. He joined you shortly, gazing at you with heavy lids that you couldn’t quite discern. Was he feeling…lustful? Or perhaps he was disappointed, maybe you had done something wrong? But what could you have done? 

“Y/N, I’ve tried to be tolerant, but your disobedience has reached a limit I cannot ignore.”

Okay, it was the latter. You blinked in confusion, his words not reaching your brain in what should have been the right way (was there a right way? what did you do?) as you were sure that simply waking up and spending time with his troupe was not disobedient. If anything that should have made him happy! 

“What did I do?” you asked, concern lacing your features as you hugged your knees to your chest, self-soothing since the look in Chrollo’s eyes was starting to unnerve you. He blinked slowly, his breath deepening as he began to sigh and his hands met.

“I heard you laughing back there. What was so funny?” His voice was relaxed.

“Nothing?” you frowned, unsure of what exactly he was talking about. Your tone itself was questioning, dripping with confusion, yet it was misinterpreted by Chrollo, likely as some kind of snark when you saw his expression fall further. He held off on speaking for a moment, instead taking his time as he held your hands and moved to face you completely. You couldn’t help but mirror him by squeezing his hands gently and letting your legs fall back down, his affectionate actions combined with such borderline accusatory words only muddled your mind. 

“I understand that you may feel lonely when I join the troupe for the jobs that I assign them to. Do you think that gives you the right to try flirting with the other men while I’m away? Have you tried to seduce them into this very room?” 

Your brows furrowed deeply. 

“What gave you that idea?” 

“You didn’t think that they wouldn’t tell me, did you?” 

“Who?!” You clutched his hands a little tighter, completely bewildered not only by his claims but also by the idea of someone feeding these lies to him. Why would he take their word over yours anyway? Yes, this troupe has been with him since the beginning, but you had never deceived him before. You had no reason to start now. Perhaps you would have to voice this to him, considering his intensity had not let up yet.

“That doesn’t matter. What matters more is your indiscretions, and the painful thought that you assumed you could get away with them, right under my nose.”

 Yes, this confirmed that you would have to voice your thoughts to him.

“But it’s not true! I’ve never deceived you before, why would I start now?”

“Do you think my own troupe would deceive me, then?” He sat stiff and his eyes widened impossibly so, boring into you with such a suddenly dark aura, it made you feel like you were shrinking beneath him. 

“N-no, of course not” you nearly whispered, heartbeat speeding up when you realized your mistake, an eager urge taking over you to fix whatever mess you could have just gotten yourself into with a single, not so well thought out sentence. Caressing his wrist with your thumb, pressing your thigh to his, daringly reaching your other palm up to his face so you could press it into his cheek. Anything you could do to alleviate the sudden anxiety that you were feeling at the idea of being forced out of Chrollo’s good graces for something you never did. “I just want you to believe me, I would never–”

“Hey boss, I was–oh… you in the middle of something?” The door swung open unceremoniously to reveal Uvogin, whose expression went from casual to awkward. Tears rimmed your eyes at the sight, that feeling becoming mutual at the exposure of your current emotions and situation. 

On any other day, you were certain that Chrollo would be unhappy that a troupe member barged into his room without knocking, let alone permission. 

“We were just finishing up.” Chrollo stood then, exerting minimal effort to tear himself away from you completely and stand just a few feet away. You couldn’t help but keep your hands on him for as long as you could until he was entirely out of arm's reach, your cheeks burning in your own embarrassment when your limbs fell back into your lap with a thump. He faced you, keeping his back to Uvo and giving you the most gut-wrenchingly sweet grin. “Y/N will be staying in this room for a little while until she remembers the rules of our relationship. It’s upsetting that she forgot at all, perhaps this new schedule will clear her mind of such impurity.” Swivelling around on his heel, his back was to you now as he walked to the door.

Y/N will be staying in this room? He couldn’t be serious! You couldn’t find your voice, couldn’t think of any words to say, all you were able to do was shoot up from your spot and stay in place. You knew that trying to walk to the door would prove useless, as your anxiety had reached its peak and your entire body became numb, feeling like you were outside of it. 

“Oh, shame. Hey, it’s for the best though.” Uvo patted Chrollo’s back, squeezing it and beginning to walk away with him, his other hand reaching back for the doorknob. Please, no!

With the rest of your body frozen, you could only move your eyes which were trained intensely on Chrollo, noting how as he walked out his face looked different from the way it was mere moments ago. He looked neutral and much less sarcastic, if not more on the side of smugness as a soft grin began upturning his lips. 

The door slammed shut, made especially loud thanks to Uvo being the one to close it. The sound solidified the fact that Chrollo was leaving you, with an apparent visit inbound, but when? Collapsing back onto the mattress when your legs finally gave out from beneath you, you stared blankly at the ceiling. How could Chrollo have gone from so hopelessly romantic to disbelieving within mere moments? Everything had been just fine… yet a one-sided conversation was enough for him to make such a drastic decision. Your welcoming to Chrollo’s criminal lifestyle was done with ease, you had no problem turning a blind eye to your own morals because you fell in love with him, he was the love of your life. Perhaps what you truly fell in love with was not Chrollo, but a version of himself. One that was limited and crafted perfectly to your likes, wants to make you easier to control. Had you fallen for such a scheme so easily? 

Overthinking proved to be good in only one way, it made you even drowsier than you already had been, so at the very least you could sleep some time away as you waited for your beloved to come back to you.

“I mean…you knew I wasn’t serious, right?” Uvo scratched at the back of his neck, his forehead wrinkling as he feared the worst, that he accidentally meddled in the Boss’ business, the Boss’ relationship, just for the sake of getting a few laughs. 

“Of course” Chrollo chuckled, patting Uvo’s back reassuringly. “But your timing was rather convenient, she was starting to get a little too comfortable with getting her way. Best to remind her who’s in charge, you were simply the catalyst to allow me to do so.”
